We have used JES Foundation Repair in Ashland for a few projects over the years, and they encapsulated our crawl space and installed a dehumidifier.What really sets JES apart is their long-term commitment to their customers. No major home project is perfect, and whenever minor follow-up problems have arisen from past work, they have stepped up without hesitation. They don't just disappear after the initial job is done; their team is highly responsive. For example, when our dehumidifier needed attention, Brian Donald came back out, assessed the situation, and fixed the issue promptly and professionally. It is rare to find a contractor that truly stands behind their work and maintains that level of accountability. Knowing they will always return to make things right gives us total peace of mind. Highly recommend them for crawl space encapsulation and ongoing structural care!

This company is one of one. Beginning with Paul who came out and discussed all of the things that this company was capable of doing with the concrete slab in our backyard as well as drainage. On Monday morning, July 13th, Rob, the Foreman, Nick the assistant foreman, and De’Sean proceeded efficiently and carefully to do all the work that we agreed to in the contract. I had my slab lifted with push piers then filled with poly and this company came in a tad bit more expensive than some other companies however the quality and warranty made them worth the extra cost, which in my opinion is marginal, and their team was professional and explained everything so I knew what was going on during the process. I definitely recommend JES for your foundation repair needs. Huge thanks to the crew that did the repair for push piers it was Agustin G., Agustin L. and Eduardo L. Poly was Andrew F. and Steven S. Super professional they got in did their work and cleaned up great looks like no one was ever there.

I’m really happy with the work and conduct of the JES team. I hired them to install 6 pilings to stabilize a garage I had built 4 years ago. They arrived on time, and sent me a text on both mornings when they arrived. The crew was led by Santos Cruz, who was pleasant to speak with and was knowledgeable about the work being done. He answered all of my questions before and during the process. His team consisted of David Allerdings, Lucas Batista, and Joseph Wooten. All of the guys were very tolerant of my two Dogs who occasionally were sniffing and barking around the job site. Even though several of the holes were 5+ feet deep, they did a great job keeping them close to the building in an attempt to not dig up more than needed. The finished job looked very good, and except for the loss of grass, looked almost untouched. Additionally they buried a downspout pipe that had been previously laid on top of the ground which was a nice touch to finish off the job.

Luis, Eduardo and Jose C were the on-site crew and were nothing short of amazing. When unknow issues were found they were quick to talk to those in your office and provide multiple solution choices. Luis and his crew were prompt in their arrivals, wonderfully polite, task driven, detail oriented, always had time for our questions and concerns, very hard workers, efficient in their use of time and left the job site as tidy as possible each day. JES should be thrilled to have such a topnotch crew that represents the company so extraordinarily well. They are absolute gems in this modern day world of home repair High praise for your subcontractors as well. The pest control and brickmasons were top shelf and easy to work with. Had a problem with our hot water tank not producing hot water. Our technician, Mike H., was straight forward and gave us our options. He even said if we wanted to find other prices that they'd price match (from certified companies). We decided with getting a new tank and thankfully we did because it started leaking while they were working on it. They came Tuesday to do their initial inspection, then came Wednesday to install out new hot water tank! Very happy with the service and friendliness. He also kept shoe covers on and made sure to keep doors closed since we have pets. Highly recommend

We live in a newer home and our pest control service noticed the crawl space had high humidity. To protect our investment, we decide to encapsulate the crawl space. Christian Distler-Caravetta at JES inspected the crawl and provided a couple options. Upon purchase Christian had the job completed the following week, and in one day. Christian and the team were top notch, exceptional service! Since encapsulating we have noticed the indoor humidity and temperature are significantly less variable and our hardwoods are now unaffected by outdoor humidity changes. Many thanks to Christian! What a wonderful crew they sent Marty and a younger guy worked for 3 hours in the heat pumping foam nonstop. I dont know what kind of void was under there but they had to come back on another day. The second time worked they filled in some cracks to the slab being lifted which is normal. I feel bad I didnt get the young guys name but I couldnt be happier with their professionalism and dedication to get the job done right.

Taylor Jeffries came out and gave me a quote for foundation work at my home. He arrived on time and was very professional and informative. He offered me a payment plan option for the work that is affordable whenever I’m ready to move forward. I greatly appreciated JES did NOT charge me for an estimate it was free! (when I called BAY Crawl Space & Foundation they were going to charge me $500 just for an estimate because my home was built in 1920) Because of the information Taylor Jeffries from JES gave me I know my next steps moving forward and what to expect when getting the foundation on my home repaired, Thank you so much!

This five star review is for Ethan Mooney, the JES repair person who recently helped us with our JES project. Over 6 months after having JES complete installing a liner, dehumidifier and pump under our family room addition, we still noticed water. The service repair person, Ethan Mooney, recently came and found that the pump was never plugged in! Ethan was professional and not only fixed that easy problem but installed new equipment and inspected the liner. He was wonderful.

He didn’t try to sell me anything extra. The Green Sky option sold me on signing a contract. Emilio and Edward did the work. Great communication . Showed me pictures of finished work.
