Had a problem with our hot water tank not producing hot water. Our technician, Mike H., was straight forward and gave us our options. He even said if we wanted to find other prices that they'd price match (from certified companies). We decided with getting a new tank and thankfully we did because it started leaking while they were working on it. They came Tuesday to do their initial inspection, then came Wednesday to install out new hot water tank! Very happy with the service and friendliness. He also kept shoe covers on and made sure to keep doors closed since we have pets. Highly recommend

I am only giving Ground Works a 4 star review because of the Gentleman who did the job. Kidd Smith and the crew he was with did AMAZING work and were extremely helpful and respectful in every way!!! I can’t say enough about how amazing their work was. When it comes to the actual company itself they are very arrogant, never did I receive a call back when I needed to speak with them. I had contacted them 2x and NOT ONCE did they return my calls or even acknowledge that I had called. The supervisor “Dan,” was very arrogant on the phone when he accused me of trying to not pay!! Then a Kate called me not long after asking about payment and was not very nice and obviously can’t hear. I explained that when the job was finished I would then write out the check for the remaining balance and that paying over the phone through debit or credit card was not an option. This was explained from the beginning when I sat down and signed all the paperwork and contract. They are not very professional and they definitely don’t know how to communicate between themselves or with clients!!! Kidd Smith and crew Thank you for the AMAZING job done on my sidewalk!!!!

We hired JES to install a sump pump and repair a crack in our gym after we discovered water damage. While going through the permitting process, we discovered that the water damage was being caused by an unrelated issue with our front steps. Nic from JES came back out to our house free of charge to evaluate the situation and ease our mind. He listened to us and our concerns. After confirming that the water damage was not being caused by the crack in the gym and that the sump pump was not necessary, Nic fully refunded our deposit with JES. Thanks again Nic for stepping in!

Shortly after Christmas, I walked down to my basement and realized my baseboard was discolored and there was obviously some sort of moisture issue in that area. Turns out, my foundation was cracked. It was very visible from the outside. Oh no. Who do I call for that? I googled and found JES. This company is great. I called. They got me on the schedule right away. Shannon came out for my inspection and consultation was very thorough. Then, following that, the work was scheduled very timely, as well. The day of the work, I met the foreman, Brian, and his crew. Brian walked me through what they would do and, immediately, I knew this was the guy/crew that was going to fix my problem. I just had that feeling. Anyway, if you live in their service area and need foundation repair, then call JES. Their work is quality.

Installers called to notify of arrival time. CJ and Truman were on time, very polite and personable. Explained what they were going to do to be sure we were in agreement and how they were going to do it and discussed expected result. They were very proficient at the process. Repair was complicated covered entryway but outcome was excellent. CJ and Truman very competent and pleasant. Work site was clean and neat on departure. These people know what they are doing and are very good at it. Highly recommended.

I've now had JES complete two projects in my exposed crawlspace. Both times, they have added adjustable jacks on top of footers and either replaced a main beam or added a supplemental metal I Beam. I've been extremely impressed with their quality of work, timeliness, and efficiency. They show up ready to work and are sure to ask questions if needed. I spent time with both crews down in the crawl space and appreciated their professionalism and willingness to make things right.Foreman: Jaime CastilloAntonio CanalesJose Rafael GarciaThe only thing I was not pleased with was how little the office side of things kept in touch with me prior to pinning down this second date. I was told on multiple occasions I'd be receiving an update from the office and each time I had to call them. Again, overall I am very happy, hats off to the site workers and everyone I spoke to the in the office was very pleasant, I just wish they had provided more updates without being prompted. Would do business with again in the future.

I had a subsidence problem that was addressed by a multi-pronged approach, a series of push piers to stabilize the perimeter of the foundation and central supports to level central beams of my home's frame. The house is now stable. The crews that did the site work were careful of my property, courteous, and showed no aversion nor complaint to go the extra mile to hand dig where it was obvious that the heavy equipment could not be brought into my fenced-in property. The communication throughout the process was great and sales support was responsive and helpful. This company hires, respects, and assists veterans.

I had basement waterproofing done and JES did great work. They started the job on schedule and finished a day early. Roberto Lemus, Osman Ochoa and Alejandro Vazquez were fantastic. Roberto kept me informed during the entire process. At the end of every day I was given an update and walk thru. They cleaned up when the entire job was finished. We had an enlightening experience from technician Johnnie Geronimo today. Through his thorough investigation, we were able to get answers to our questions and we signed up for the bulk project to get started right away. I would highly suggest Johnnie to anyone that needs help with complicated floor structural issues. This is an older 1960's home and past repairs were insufficient to todays standards. We are excited now to have the structural repairs addressed so that we can install the hardwood after JES has completed their project. Thank you again Johnnie. You are excellent at what you do! JES should be proud to have you represent their company!
