Alexis, Osman, and Alejandro were courteous and professional during the five days I observed them onsite. Our house needed a wall support system installed and a clogged french drain replaced and we are completely satisfied with their work, however, the true test will be when the Spring and Summer rains hit. The original french drain used to run like a river during the wet season but then last year it stopped draining water. Then the water started coming through the wall. We're looking forward to the french drain sump working again this year and no "crying" walls. I'd add some photos of the beautiful work they did but Google has restrictions for upload source – shame on them. Just one of MANY reasons I'm not a google fan.

These guys worked as a team and accomplished the job in a timely manner. The guys were very professional and volunteered information as they worked. They've earned my trust and will be the first company I call if I ever need their services again, but not on my current property because they did such a great job they won't ever have to come back! Hats off to the awesome crew that raised our foundation this week! They were professional, friendly, worked efficiently, and left my yard better than it was before they started. There were a few hiccups in the beginning but our foreman, Manuel Guzman, sorted things out and worked towards the best solution. His team, Jose Cruz, Mayro, and Ruben and him worked so hard. I was truly impressed with their skill and so thankful that this was the crew I got for this job!

On June 20th I met an inspector named Michael Riskin who came to my house to complete a foundation inspection. The initial problem was my step was cracked and falling apart. I was afraid to walk upstairs. After the the inspection was done I informed his company could not complete the repairs but he didn't just say I am done we can't do the repairs. He took the time to explain the problem and gave me a solution with another company. I felt so comfortable and confident about moving forward with my next step with the help from Micheal. That's not it he also gave me some advice about safe and fixing my steps on my deck in which this was not part of his job. He did not know I had no idea how to go about fixing or get started with anything repairing of those stairs. He took the out of his schedule to text me the size and kind of nails to get and how far to go so I would not cause any more problems. Michael think you for being a caring person to a stranger who need help in more ways the knew. Thank you so kindly.

Time will tell for longevity, but we're happy. Engineer, Sean Wang, communicated everything quite clear and we understood what was going on. We needed more posts an the center beam of our house jacked up due to sagging. The three workers who came out, Mike Baines, Bryan Covell, and Brandon Pritt were all great. Very respectful of our property, really tried to keep everything neat and tidy. Answered all our questions along the way. Good job cleaning up. I love that they brought their own buckets (step up from other companies.) Again, all three installers of our new support posts were great and very polite. They did a great job from what we can tell.

JES installed my sump pump in October 2023. Today (9/25/24) was my annual maintenance appointment to be sure that everything was working…
JES installed my sump pump in October 2023. Today (9/25/24) was my annual maintenance appointment to be sure that everything was working well with it. My technician, Ben, contacted me on 9/24/24 to check in with me on any possible issues that he needed to be made aware of prior to my appointment as well as to confirm my appointment. Very professional and polite. Fast forward to the appointment, Ben arrived on time, once again was very professional. I showed him where it was installed so he could get to work. Unbeknownst to both Ben and I, well there was no power going to the sump pump. That was as easy as flipping a switch on the breaker box. Then, Ben noticed a leak in the piping that was installed when the sump pump was installed. Ben ended up having to cut my drywall in which JES will incur the cost to repair it back. But this was nothing he couldn't handle although he did have to make an unexpected run to Home Depot/Lowes to get the tool needed to cut the pipe. Ben returned in a decent amount of time and got right to work. Ben repaired the pipe, cleaned the sump pump bucket, and ensured everything was working correctly. Towards the end of the appointment, Ben made a few recommendations and ending up finding out that the piping that is coming out of the from of my house that pushes the water out was installed incorrectly and was not was I paid for. Therefore, Ben made a call to his supervisor, Megan Hartman, to put her on notice about this issue as well. Ben assured me that someone from the service department would reach out to me to schedule repairs for the piping outside as well as the wall repair. Overall, I would give Ben a 10/10 and would highly recommend him as your service tech. He made sure to answer any questions I had to the best of his ability, remain professional, kept me informed throughout the whole appt, valued me as a paying customer, and advised me that if I had any further questions after this appt that I shouldn't hesitate to reach out to him. Ben was AWESOME‼

His understanding of the challenges a cracked beam presents allowed him to explain the repair process clear and concisely. I went with JES on encapsulating my crawl space and replacing almost half of the massive joists several years ago; I'm absolutely sticking with them on shoring up the beam. Yes, they are expensive; their quality work is worth every penny!

My entire experience with JES has left me completely satisfied. My project was a two day job scheduled by the Inspecter Ryan at the time of his initial visit and the signing of the contract. The foreman, Gregory Shock showed up on time on the days scheduled, April 21st and 22nd, 2025. His attention to detail was incredible and his willingness to answer questions and explain all of the process was so much more than I could have expected. Both during the project and upon completion, he showed himself to be personable, professional, knowledgeable, and able to go above and beyond to make sure that both my wife and I were fully satisfied with the work he performed. His clean-up was thorough. making sure that anything that he disturbed was left as he had found it originally. he even took the time to answer questions before he left related to the warranty on the work that he had performed. I speak specifically about sales representative, COREY TEUBERT. Corey did a complete and detailed examination under my home. JES has done 2 prior jobs for my home on Chincoteague in Virginia. Corey studied the prior work and answered concerns honestly and clearly. He found that my dryer vent exhaust had come apart (from another company's work) and effected a temporary fix. He did not have to do that, but it was a kindness and perhaps will prevent a house fire from a dangerous spot that we were unaware. That type of person, who looks out for the welfare of others, is someone clients will and can appreciate. Corey was clean, kind, courteous, respectful, humorous and an outstanding representative of JES. I very much appreciated that he was not wearing offensive cologne as I am highly allergic. Other sales representatives are less thoughtful. What more can I say? He is a fine young man, a veteran and a very nice man!!

JES did 2 great jobs for us. We had a concrete slab that settled over the years and Shaun and Chris used their expertise to safely and quickly lift it level. It was amazing to watch! Then the next day Shakeen, Jonathan and Darnell came out and did an entire crawl space encapsulation on our 2800 sqft 1972 brick colonial. These guys worked so hard and did it in a day- making sure everything was perfectly set up to keep our home insulated, pest free and less humid. They showed us pictures of our completed crawl space and left our space totally clean. Everyone was friendly and professional. Thanks to Lee at JES for getting us all set up. We would define use JES again.

Our problem was that we had over 1.5 inch of sag from the center of the house. It was affecting door and window operation. Also had a musty smell. Finally had enough and called JES. Ryan came out the next day and did an estimate. There is only 18 inches of space under the house. Ryan low crawled every inch of it and showed me pictures and explained what would have to be done. The solution was going to be running beams along the east and west side of the house. Digging 12 holes, installing 12 jacks and raising the sides of the house to support the floor. Then encapsulate the crawl space. Day one. Emilio and Edward show up. Clear out all the old insulation and junk. Dig 12 holes. Then get the ground ready for the jacks. Day two… They return and set up the jacks and lift the sides of the house. I'm making this sound too easy. Remember, they are on their bellies with 18 inches of space digging holes by hand and doing all this work. Day three… David, Zeke, John, and Elvis show up to do the encapsulation. In 18 inches of space, they crawled around and got the work done. They ran out of day. Said they needed to come back next mooring. Day four… they came back for about three hours to finish up. This was a very tough project. Very cramped space for three days. Both crews got it done in the time promised. They greatly exceeded expectations.

I am greatful with the extensive knowledge and professionalism from technician Corey who serviced my home. Corey caught a mistake and explained everything to me in great detail. Corey also took it upon himself to orchestrate and coordinate the new install date along with the city permit process. What could have turned out to be a nightmare did not due to Corey’s persistent. All three were very courteous and provided me with continuous updates on the work they were doing. They were respectful of my property and also left my yard in clean condition when they departed each day. Would definitely recommend.
