Time will tell for longevity, but we're happy. Engineer, Sean Wang, communicated everything quite clear and we understood what was going on. We needed more posts an the center beam of our house jacked up due to sagging. The three workers who came out, Mike Baines, Bryan Covell, and Brandon Pritt were all great. Very respectful of our property, really tried to keep everything neat and tidy. Answered all our questions along the way. Good job cleaning up. I love that they brought their own buckets (step up from other companies.) Again, all three installers of our new support posts were great and very polite. They did a great job from what we can tell.

Groundworks called to follow up on the job they did for me a year and a half ago. Jeff was Great! I didn't feel rushed when I asked my questions and he did a thorough review of the work Groundworks had done in 2019, 2022 and 2023. It was comforting to hear that everything is aligned and level as it should be. Jeff was knowledgeable, professional and personable. I've had Groundworks do jobs for us three times now, and they're the first ones I call for any future work on my house foundation. Thank you for such reliable service!!

JES has done an encapsulation of my crawlspace including a dehumidifier to control humidity. Chris Good did an excellent inspection and presentation of the work to be done. The job was done in a timely manner. The foreman, Zach, has excellent customer service skills and kept me informed of the job's progress to include a new crawlspace door. Both he and his team attacked this job with hard work on a very hot day and finished in one day instead of the original estimate of two days.

JES stabilized our house foundation which is in sandy soil close to tidal water. The supervisor, Moises Paz came to the house several times prior to the repair to ensure the engineer had a clear understanding of the problem. He stayed in touch every step of the process. The crew Foreman Jaime Castillo and his team Antonio Canales and Jason Morales were very professional. They put down sheeting to protect the lawns and were careful around the shrubs. Mr. Castillo explained everything he was doing and why. They cleaned up, added top soil and seeded. Very satisfied. We recommend JES and Mr. Paz for any foundation work in Maryland.

We live in a newer home and our pest control service noticed the crawl space had high humidity. To protect our investment, we decide to encapsulate the crawl space. Christian Distler-Caravetta at JES inspected the crawl and provided a couple options. Upon purchase Christian had the job completed the following week, and in one day. Christian and the team were top notch, exceptional service! Since encapsulating we have noticed the indoor humidity and temperature are significantly less variable and our hardwoods are now unaffected by outdoor humidity changes. Many thanks to Christian! JES did wonderful work for our home. The team we had for the outside work was Agustin Morales, Eduardo Morales, and Jorge Duron. They were very professional in every aspect of the job. I was impressed how they took the time to lay plastic down in our flower beds to keep from disturbing the mulch. This seems small but means so much, especially since we just put it down recently. They let us know when they were arriving via text which was great. Agustin explained everything that was being done and did a walk around with us after the work was complete. He even took the excess dirt and filled some low lying areas in our back yard. We truly appreciate the professionalism and care you took of our home.

During the process major errors were made in our foundation for the addition that led to flooding and our new addition crawl space not even being able to pass inspection.Brian at JES came in and helped us understand everything that had gone wrong with the original foundation work by our contractor and then helped us create a plan with him and JES to fix everything and get it right.Brian came by the house regularly, checked on our needs, helped us with financing, and helped us prep for the work.Then Paul and team came in and in 2 days totally transformed but was called “the mud room” (our addition crawl space) to a place that could pass foundation inspections and was clean and usable storage space.I cannot say in words how grateful I am for JES and team. Not only did they do the work with excellence … they cared and excelled in listening to us and working with us to rectify a really challenging situation.Thank you JES !

Chris Phillips came out from JES to explain the basement encapsulation that had been done by the previous owner on the house we just purchased. He taught us a lot and explained what to look for. He was patient and took the time to answer my many questions. Chris showed that the dehumidifier was doing a great job controlling the crawl space moisture and that the moisture level in the wood joists was right were it should be. He proposed adding a battery back up to the sump pump, that we will be going ahead with. He was very knowledgeable and gave great service. It gave me a lot of confidence in the quality of the work JES had done. I highly recommend Chris and JES for any foundation repair or encapsulation work.

We had a drain system installed by JES last week. The installation went well. Our foreman and crew were great and if they ran into any issues they let us know and gave us a solution. We haven't had a chance to test the system yet, but I will update once we have. Our sales person (Joe Palotas) went above and beyond! I just received a visit from Inspector Andre Williams. I was happy to receive a text message to confirm the arrival time. I also received an arrival text. This heads up allowed me the opportunity to move my feisty dog to another room. Andre's visit was due to a request I put in for a warning signal that has been repeating for the last week. Andre explained the reason for the signal, and immediately resolved the problem. That definitely put me at ease. Thank you so much Andre. Our 18 year old basement was filling with rain water more and more as time went on as much as 2 1/2 feet of water, so after seeing the Evergreen/JES commercials many time's we decided to give them a call, Our initial meet and greet was with Jack Hill, the appointment was at our convenience and Jack was exactly on time, seriously nice guy right from the start, we sat down and he explained everything in plan English, no fancy technical stuff like others would throw at you, we then went outside and looked around the foundation and then we went into the basement for him to take measurements, he took his time and I feel he did everything right, we then go back upstairs to discuss our options, he was not pushy trying to sell me what we didn't need, after the job there crew finished, which was an awesome job Jack followed up with me to make sure everything was done to our satisfaction, It's been 1 1/2 years since the job was completed and Jack continues to follow up with me to make sure everything is still good, AND OUR BASEMENT CONTINUES TO STAY DRY AFTER ALL THE MAJOR FLOODING RAINS WE HAD THIS YEAR!!!!!

And added Cameron and Truman for a couple days. Brian showed me and explained what they accomplished each step of the way! They worked meticulously and cleaned up each day! Mack came to inspect the job and was more thorough than I was. He took the time to explain the company and the procedure, while inviting any questions I had. Once the contract was signed and the job scheduled, Bryan and Chris came to do the concrete work. They also asked if we had any questions and let us know what we could expect as a result. They took care of the job in less than an hour. We're very happy with the entire process and the results!

Zaven arrived, right on time and did a great job with the annual service of our sump pump system that we've had for many years now. He explained everything he was going to do, in detail and had no problem with us remaining right there while he did the entire inspection of the system, which he gave a thumbs up to, as everything was running as it should. He was very thorough and answered all questions we had. We are very pleased. When we get a call next year to schedule our annual service, we will definitely request that Zaven be the tech they send.

It's very rare to find a service provider these days who look out for you like JES Foundation Repair did for me. Look at my reviews, I've been doing this a while and I don't mind calling them like I see them. I went into this with GREAT trepidation. I have had so many service providers try to overcharge, never call back, talk over my head, just fill in the blank. In EVERY point of this effort I was blown away. They should get an award for customer service for the communication alone! I set up an inspection and they sent me a confirmation. Beforehand, I got a note. On his way, Corey gave me a call. Then, when he arrived I had a true expert on my hands. Like a CSI episode he gave the problem a detail investigation. Here I am worried about all the other service work I've had done. Corey gave me his professional assessment, we discussed it, and away we went. At no point in my entire experience with JES was I let down. I am a phenomenal fan and will always highly recommend them for your foundation needs.

My entire experience with JES has left me completely satisfied. My project was a two day job scheduled by the Inspecter Ryan at the time of his initial visit and the signing of the contract. The foreman, Gregory Shock showed up on time on the days scheduled, April 21st and 22nd, 2025. His attention to detail was incredible and his willingness to answer questions and explain all of the process was so much more than I could have expected. Both during the project and upon completion, he showed himself to be personable, professional, knowledgeable, and able to go above and beyond to make sure that both my wife and I were fully satisfied with the work he performed. His clean-up was thorough. making sure that anything that he disturbed was left as he had found it originally. he even took the time to answer questions before he left related to the warranty on the work that he had performed. Foreman David Gaskins came to our house after our basement was waterproofed. Some water came in from a heavy rain and and a repair we were promised was not done. David inspected the waterproofing work and found what needed to be done to be sure water would not come in again. This has been a very stressful time for us but David has been wonderful and gone above and beyond to keep in constant touch with us and coming up with a plan on how to make the corrections. We are just so thankful that he is the one that came to our house to look at what the problem was. Your company is lucky to have him.
