Spouses Jesse and Stella Waltz started JES Foundation Repair out of their home in 1993. We had our basement walls repaired and a water management system installed in our home over 16 years ago and it is still as good as the day JES installed it. Jay Hyman was our sales rep back then and still works at JES, now as a professional inspector. For the first time in 16 years, I recently reached out to JES to get copies of our old paperwork and Jay and the receptionist at the Manassas office were very friendly and super helpful. They went out of their way to get me what I needed. JES is a rare find, a company that’s stands behind their work – 16 years and counting.

I have had a great experience with JES! It started with my annual inspection with Joey Guth who did the inspection and he found a couple of issues! He showed me pictures and explained the solutions! He also presented me with an estimate for the repairs! Once I accepted the estimate! It was only a couple of weeks before JES could get the permits and a crew ready to. One do the work. The crew was Luis and Jose! They showed up on time and were very courteous and respectful to my concerns. Luis showed me pictures of the work and was able to explain exactly what they had done to stabilize the foundation of my house! They left my yard clean! I am very pleased with JES and the employees that I interacted with!

I've now had JES complete two projects in my exposed crawlspace. Both times, they have added adjustable jacks on top of footers and either replaced a main beam or added a supplemental metal I Beam. I've been extremely impressed with their quality of work, timeliness, and efficiency. They show up ready to work and are sure to ask questions if needed. I spent time with both crews down in the crawl space and appreciated their professionalism and willingness to make things right.Foreman: Jaime CastilloAntonio CanalesJose Rafael GarciaThe only thing I was not pleased with was how little the office side of things kept in touch with me prior to pinning down this second date. I was told on multiple occasions I'd be receiving an update from the office and each time I had to call them. Would do business with again in the future.

The crew was friendly, communicative, and as far as I can see they did a professional job and left the workplace tidy. Time will tell if the job was effective, but so far, so good!
