Spouses Jesse and Stella Waltz started JES Foundation Repair out of their home in 1993. Crew placed a French drain, new sump pump, water sealed foundation wall and replaced sump pump at rear of house in 2 days. Prompt, courteous and thorough answers to questions. Team included Derrick trask, Kean Smith, Ronnie west and Ron and even field supervisor Jason and sales rep Phil Dutton. Pre work construction marking coordination by office rep Charles. The entire team were very patient with me the homeowner throughout the process to explain the work being done.

Our pathway to the house had partially sunk over the years. We also had some sinking in our driveway. We hired JES to raise the concrete slabs so as to remove what was a pretty serious tripping hazard. Austin Hicks and Seth Hensan were on time, polite, personable, knowledgeable and extremely efficient. They explained everything they were going to do. They were done in less than 90 minutes. Everything looks great. Will definitely use them again! It's safe to walk up to the front door again!

We had another great experience with JES Foundation Repair. This was the third time we’ve used them and we were once again incredibly happy with the end result. Diego, Henry, and Adrian installed 3 foundation piers and did an outstanding job from start to finish. They were professional, hardworking, respectful of our property, and took the time to explain everything along the way. The crew worked efficiently and made sure the job was done right. Every crew we’ve had has been excellent. We’re very happy with the results and would definitely recommend JES Foundation Repair to anyone needing foundation work done.

Mike came to carry out the annual inspection of our house to ensure no settlement had occurred since JES had fixed our foundation issues a few years ago. He explained everything very clearly and made sure I could see for myself how the laser showed perfect alignment still. He was very thorough and most personable. I look forward to seeing him again next year.

Had a problem with our hot water tank not producing hot water. Our technician, Mike H., was straight forward and gave us our options. He even said if we wanted to find other prices that they'd price match (from certified companies). We decided with getting a new tank and thankfully we did because it started leaking while they were working on it. They came Tuesday to do their initial inspection, then came Wednesday to install out new hot water tank! Very happy with the service and friendliness. He also kept shoe covers on and made sure to keep doors closed since we have pets. Highly recommend
