Spouses Jesse and Stella Waltz started JES Foundation Repair out of their home in 1993. Over 20 years later, JES was the first company to partner with Groundworks to build the nation’s leading and fastest-growing foundation and water management solutions company. JES is the recipient of multiple awards in their local communities and was honored with the Angi Super Service Award in 2023. Jeronmy and Willie we're outstanding! Jeronmy, as the lead technician, was extremely knowledgeable and thorough and they worked very well together as a team. I had a simple preventive maintenance procedure to have my water heater flushed, but with their amazing customer service, extensive knowledge base and delightful personalities, I think I will request them for any future Plumbing work I may require. I have had A1 provide service for a few issues now and they truly live up to their name, I have yet to have a bad experience.

Lynn and his team just finished the job in the basement. The original plan had to be changed as unforeseen circumstances popped up and he worked with us to develop a new solution. The whole team was courteous and kept the work environment clean as possible. We felt we were informed through the whole process and brought us down to the basement to show the progress. All three were very courteous and provided me with continuous updates on the work they were doing. They also followed up on their work by checking back with us a few days later to ensure we were satisfied. I'd especially like to thank Chaun and his crew for their exceptional work. A clear master of his trade, Chaun ensured our concerns were met beyond expectations. His professionalism was matched by his crew's quality workmanship, and it was clear that he excelled in the role of both leader and mentor by coaching his teammates throughout the project. My original appointment was to be on a Friday at 2pm. JES texted me the Monday prior asking if I would like to change the appointment to Tuesday at 2, which was great. The inspector, Jay called early Tuesday to see if we could meet at 1130. Jay showed up on time and we immediately dug into the issue…a likely sunken corner foundation of my carport. Jay covered all the possible solutions, went thru the warranty, timing, cost, etc. At no point did I feel pressured to make a decision and Jay conducted himself in a pleasant and professional manor.

We had a major leak in our laundry room wall due to (what we would discover was) a broken washer drainpipe. A1 was very communicative and set up an appointment even while we were still fighting with our insurance. Dispatch kept us well informed on the day of our appointment. Patrick was very professional, knowledgeable, and was able to quickly identify and fix our problem. And the cost with parts and labor was still less than half of what our insurance deductible would have been. Highly recommended.

Andre Williams from JES did a long-overdue and much needed inspection of my crawlspace upgrade done by JES. My crawlspace entrance is not very big and can be challenging. I do not feel comfortable attempting to crawl down there! He made sure that the sump pumps and air-handler were all plugged-in and operating—replacing the back-up battery, which was dead. He is extremely knowledgeable, personable, and efficient—I am so grateful to know that everything is working smoothly.

Very professional and courteous and spent more time on the job than expected due to equipment problems. Instead of saying we'll come back some other time, they worked through it, went way past the scheduled time on site and got it done. I'm very appreciative of them and the job they did.
