Spouses Jesse and Stella Waltz started JES Foundation Repair out of their home in 1993. Over 20 years later, JES was the first company to partner with Groundworks to build the nation’s leading and fastest-growing foundation and water management solutions company. Our pathway to the house had partially sunk over the years. We also had some sinking in our driveway. We hired JES to raise the concrete slabs so as to remove what was a pretty serious tripping hazard. Austin Hicks and Seth Hensan were on time, polite, personable, knowledgeable and extremely efficient. They explained everything they were going to do. They were done in less than 90 minutes. Everything looks great. Will definitely use them again! It's safe to walk up to the front door again!

I just received a visit from Inspector Andre Williams. I was happy to receive a text message to confirm the arrival time. I also received an arrival text. This heads up allowed me the opportunity to move my feisty dog to another room. Andre's visit was due to a request I put in for a warning signal that has been repeating for the last week. Andre explained the reason for the signal, and immediately resolved the problem. That definitely put me at ease. Thank you so much Andre. The signal was driving me crazy, but now I feel sanity returning. Wonderful!

They also followed up on their work by checking back with us a few days later to ensure we were satisfied. I'd especially like to thank Chaun and his crew for their exceptional work. A clear master of his trade, Chaun ensured our concerns were met beyond expectations. His professionalism was matched by his crew's quality workmanship, and it was clear that he excelled in the role of both leader and mentor by coaching his teammates throughout the project.
