Just had JES out for some maintenance and annual inspection. Technician that came out, Justin rocks. He was so knowledgeable about what he was doing and what was going on with my home, and overall good guy. He also performed some small maintenance while he was here as well. He was very respectful courteous and just made me feel comfortable about this whole ordeal. Just wanna say if you guys run across him you will be satisfied with the services he’s provided. JES just performed “PolyRenewal” concrete slab leveling around our pool deck. You can barely see the penetration holes and the slabs are completely level with no tripping hazards. The two technicians; Kavon C and Justin R were great and you could tell that they knew their craft. Great guys that were efficient, prompt and very engaging! We are completely pleased with the final results!

I contracted with JES to have my Foundation repaired a Sump Pump and a full basement Dehumidifier installed. The onsite foreman Mr. Jaime Castillo was timely with keeping to the set work schedule JES provided. The work crew, Mr. Noel Larios, Mr. Erik Morales and Mr. Antonio Canales show strong work ethic in preforming their duties. Mr. Castillo explained each step of the job in layman’s terms as they worked. I myself have the habit of asking the same questions repeatedly and the foreman Mr. Castillo would take his time and re-explain the task as they worked. Mr. Canales was also knowledgeable with helping me understand the Sump Pump drainage process.The clean up was excellent paying attention to every detail.

Phillip was absolutely wonderful and very thorough. He took pictures of everything in our foundation and took the time to explain everything to us. He double checked our humidifier and drain line to make sure it was all working properly. I will definitely request Phillip to service our humidifier and to inspect the encapsulation from now on.

We just had our dehumidifier replaced. JES technicians David Hill and Landon Pollard did a great job! The new dehumidifier was a bit bigger than the old one and they had to do some extra work getting it in but they were fantastic. They arrived on time and completed the job earlier than expected, well done! ??
