I have been a customer with JES for about a year now. We purchased our home and quickly realized within the first few months there were some problems missed in inspection. JES came out promptly, gave us understandable answers. At the one year mark of service, we had Gage come out to check out how everything was looking under the house. He was communicative, on time, and very professional while also being friendly and explaining everything. Unfortunately some new issues have arisen but he made the "bad news" feel less upsetting and was more than willing to work around what we could try to accomplish budget wise. Gage followed up fast too in scheduling the dates for service. I truthfully cannot imagine the level of professionalism and speed from any other service than what JES provides.

We are in the 19 month of an expected 3 month addition build and kitchen remodel. During the process major errors were made in our foundation for the addition that led to flooding and our new addition crawl space not even being able to pass inspection.Brian at JES came in and helped us understand everything that had gone wrong with the original foundation work by our contractor and then helped us create a plan with him and JES to fix everything and get it right.Brian came by the house regularly, checked on our needs, helped us with financing, and helped us prep for the work.Then Paul and team came in and in 2 days totally transformed but was called “the mud room” (our addition crawl space) to a place that could pass foundation inspections and was clean and usable storage space.I cannot say in words how grateful I am for JES and team. Not only did they do the work with excellence … they cared and excelled in listening to us and working with us to rectify a really challenging situation.Thank you JES !

Within three days of calling, JES had Chad onsite to do a thorough inspection. Based on our introductory conversation, I could tell Chad was very knowledgeable and experienced. He spent nearly two hours inspecting my home to identify the cause of the issue I was experiencing. Upon completion, Chad informed me that he and JES could not help. They couldn't help because the problem was not with my basement or foundation walls. Rather he pointed out two downspouts and a grading issue under the down spouts that were caus of my issues. It is not very often I have run across a true professional like Chad who did not put profit over honesty. Because he was honest, I have likely kept thousands of dollars in my pockets and JES Foundation Repair has earned my respect, my honest review, and all future references I make for them to friends and family in the area with foundation issues. I posted a complaint about 4 months ago regarding an issue I was having with the system installed by JES a few years ago. I want to provide an update. The JES team of Rick, Matt, Dalton, Davonte, and especially JR, we're excellent in resolving the issue. They effectively evaluated the situation, took ownership of the problem, and quickly established a plan to remedy the situation. They were efficient in executing their plan and I am beyond satified with the end results. Everyone exemplified professionalism, were courteous, and respectful. JR's follow up was on point and I am so glad that he was spearheading the effort. Thank you JES. You definitely exceeded my expectations.
