They scheduled an inspection quickly, explained the foundation issues in a way that was easy to understand, and gave us a clear plan for the repairs without making the process feel overwhelming. The crew arrived on time, worked efficiently, and kept the area organized throughout the project. After the repair was completed, the difference was noticeable right away and the house felt much more stable. The entire experience was professional, smooth, and far less stressful than we expected going into it.

I would like to commend the JES team(s) that repaired my foundation and flooring in Nov/Dec 2022. Conan B., Eric Z., Corey B., Cameron M. and David H. all worked extremely hard to repair my 1958 rancher and I am very pleased with the results.They were all genuinely determined to do their best work and I am completely satisfied with the result. During my annual inspection March 27, 2026, it was determined that my property required several jacks to address a settling issue. This discovery led to the need for a professional installation to remedy the problem. On April 15, 2026, I had the pleasure of meeting my installation crew: Shakeen B, Darnell L, and Benard M. They contacted me beforehand to let me know when they would arrive. Upon their arrival, the crew explained in detail what the installation process would entail. Their clear communication ensured I understood each step before the work began. The crew promptly began the job, completing all tasks efficiently. Once the work was finished, they thoroughly cleaned up the area. Photos were taken of the completed work, and I was advised that these would be sent to me for my records. Additionally, the crew informed me about the timeline for their return visit to inspect the newly installed jacks. All JES personnel have consistently demonstrated professionalism and courtesy. They keep clients fully informed throughout the process, ensuring transparency about all work being done. Based on my experience, I highly recommend JES to anyone in need of foundation repairs. Hats off to the awesome crew that raised our foundation this week! They were professional, friendly, worked efficiently, and left my yard better than it was before they started. There were a few hiccups in the beginning but our foreman, Manuel Guzman, sorted things out and worked towards the best solution. His team, Jose Cruz, Mayro, and Ruben and him worked so hard. I was truly impressed with their skill and so thankful that this was the crew I got for this job!
