My husband and I had Nick and Blake come out to look at a house we are considering buying. These guys were awesome at putting together a game plan to fix this basement. They had a great presentation to show me why the basement had water coming in it and why the wall was caving in. They also showed me how this could be fixed and that this would be a smooth process. I am very convinced that this is the company that we need to use to fix this issue.

JES has done an encapsulation of my crawlspace including a dehumidifier to control humidity. Chris Good did an excellent inspection and presentation of the work to be done. The job was done in a timely manner. The foreman, Zach, has excellent customer service skills and kept me informed of the job's progress to include a new crawlspace door. Both he and his team attacked this job with hard work on a very hot day and finished in one day instead of the original estimate of two days.

Chris and Ben did a very thorough job of inspecting and servicing my sump pumps and crawlspace dehumidifier. They also took the time to re-tape an area of my encapsulation which had been taken up by a plumber. They conducted a thorough inspection of moisture levels in my crawlspace and advised on my concerns about potential clogged drain tiles in my garage and what to monitor. They were very knowledgeable and professional. Highly recommend.

After an evaluation by Sean Wheeler, who is very knowledgeable about foundations, basements crawl spaces and recommended by my neighbor. JES encapsulate my crawl space on my home and extend my sump pump drain system. What an amazing crew that came out. Henry Ayala, Jose Rubio, Diego Ayala are top notch professionals, hard working, efficient, polite, took time to explain how things operate. I’ve actually requested that team to come back in the spring time to do some other work from JES. If there were a 100 star rating they would get it. Absolutely excellent!
