Jeanne was very thorough during the initial viewing of our property. She then returned and met with my wife and I and was very gracious in explaining the details of what JES was proposing to do to repair our chimney that was pulling away from the side of the house. Jeanne was very professional in every aspect of her explaining, answering questions, and providing relief to my stressed out wife as we had been given an estimate by a brick Mason that was much more expensive than what Jeanne had proposed to us. All in all Jeanne is a true professional and leaves no details out of the proposal and the repair. Thanks for a wonderful experience Jeanne and JES foundation repair.

The work itself, foundation crack, was handled quickly and professionally. The work team Osman Ochoa, Jose Vasquez, Rudi Gonzales were professional, courteous and made a point to explain what they were doing and why. I called JES for mold concerns in crawl spaces and also found that I had some structural support issues. Celeste C. came out to inspect and was awesome- knowledgeable and thorough. Tyler Holthaus, Brandon Warren, Larry Robinson Jr, and Roosevelt White did an amazing job, efficient and great attention to detail. Really nice guys working in some especially tricky tight spots!
