Just had JES out for some maintenance and annual inspection. Technician that came out, Justin rocks. He was so knowledgeable about what he was doing and what was going on with my home, and overall good guy. He also performed some small maintenance while he was here as well. He was very respectful courteous and just made me feel comfortable about this whole ordeal. Just wanna say if you guys run across him you will be satisfied with the services he’s provided. The personnel at JES Foundation Repair Ashland were consummate professionals from the beginning of the process to the end. Our 90-plus-year-old house was sinking by 2" in its middle, so it was imperative that we right the foundation. Tice, utilizing high-tech equipment, assiduously inspected our house for a full four hours, going through every possible detail in a comprehensive and fully comprehensible way–including his offering of affordable financing. In addition, he kept in contact with us every step of the way, patiently answering our multitudinous queries and most importantly aiding us in navigating the permitting process through Albemarle county. Roberto and Oscar, who did the install of a dozen beams and a sump pump, were highly knowledgeable, had numerous years of experience, and worked tirelessly in their doing of a superior job on site; they also did a nice job of cleaning up on the last day. Materials were of the highest quality–there was no cutting corners with JES. All went seamlessly from the beginning of the process to its culmination. I have no reservations whatsoever about JES Foundation and the work they did, and would unhesitatingly recommend them to anyone–the peace of mind they brought us, knowing that our house's foundation is once again stable, is priceless.

I would recommend JES Foundation Repair. Right from the start, I enjoyed working with Elizabeth in the planning of my project. She checked in throughout the entire process. Going in to the project, we knew it was a big project. However we ran into a few unforeseen difficulties, Dada, Cody and Pepe did a great job in communicating with me about the status of our project multiple times a day. While it took a little longer than anticipated, I am just so happy knowing my home is safe from the water that has been damaging my house.

Josh Clarke came out to provide us with a quote for poly fill, and he was excellent to work with. We never felt rushed, and he made sure we understood exactly what he was seeing and what options were available. What stood out most was how personable and genuine he was. When we decided to sell our house who knew it would come with so many problems! You find so many things you never noticed and one of those things I noticed was some cracks in the bricks. Called a brick guy and he just wanted to hide it with mortar, but did say I should check my foundation. So I called one company and they tried to rip me off with inflated prices because I’m female. So, I decided a second opinion was necessary. The second company I called was JES Foundation because everyone kept dropping their name. I was wary about calling them because I was afraid it would be too expensive. Man was I wrong. Not only were the prices comparable to the other company I called, they wanted to do it right! The contract actually had a layout of the actual work they would be doing(the other company did not include that!) and when they said they would be here at 8am they were here!!! On time? Augustine and his crew were so great. Professional, caring of my yard and dedicated to their work. I also want to thank Brian Perrin for his inspection and the photos he sent me of my crawlspace. Now at this point you can tell I’m impressed with this company. To say they blew me away is an understatement. I think the moral of my long post is hire the best to get the best. These guys are the best! Thank you JES and your great team.
