This company is 110% top notch. I highly recommend them. They got here in a short amount of time and fixed a clog in my main line. They were over $700.00 cheaper than one other “local” company I called to come out to one of my rental properties. John Lewis was not only a few hours earlier than anticipated (we were called ahead of time asking first if I was ok with him coming early, he didn’t just show up). He was also very courteous and explained everything thoroughly. They offer a membership program that he also explained to me that I will be joining. Jeanne was very helpful and provided a detail explanation of what the repairs entailed, show evidence of a preliminary analysis about the problem, and all the different options to get the repairs done. I highly recommend Jeanne to come to do a preliminary analysis if you see cracks that affect the outside walls or the foundation of your house.

My husband and I had Nick and Blake come out to look at a house we are considering buying. These guys were awesome at putting together a game plan to fix this basement. They had a great presentation to show me why the basement had water coming in it and why the wall was caving in. They also showed me how this could be fixed and that this would be a smooth process. I am very convinced that this is the company that we need to use to fix this issue.

Foreman David Gaskins came to our house after our basement was waterproofed. Some water came in from a heavy rain and and a repair we were promised was not done. David inspected the waterproofing work and found what needed to be done to be sure water would not come in again. This has been a very stressful time for us but David has been wonderful and gone above and beyond to keep in constant touch with us and coming up with a plan on how to make the corrections. We are just so thankful that he is the one that came to our house to look at what the problem was. Your company is lucky to have him.
