Groundworks put a draining system in our basement to stop our basement from flooding. Issiah, Lamar, Clayton and Yani spent two days here. They were professional, polite, knowledgeable, clean, and very efficient. My husband and I are in construction and would recommend them to anyone. It is hard to find good companies these days but we have no reservations recommending Groundworks.

My experience with JES for the most part was great! Mr. John Trak was my initial inspector who confirmed my fears, but showed me the best way to fix the problem. There were a few scheduling conflicts but once my crew showed up they completed my project in two days. Thank you Dustin my site lead, once he took control he showed up, and performed. Jordan, and Lewis were the other crew members they worked efficiently and smart. JES Foundation and Repair gave me peace of mind, a secured foundation, and added value to my home.

I recently had to have some foundation work done to my home as well as getting it encapsulated. We decided to go with JES Foundation Repair and could not have been anymore pleased. It was a 4 day job and we had the pleasure of getting to know Joe Autry and Dontay. They arrived every day with a smile on their face ready to go to work. They explained what they were doing each day as they completed the project. Joe Autry and Dontay are a true asset to JES Foundation Repair. If anyone is ever in need of Foundation work or encapsulation JES is the place to call

I had basement waterproofing done and JES did great work. They started the job on schedule and finished a day early. Roberto Lemus, Osman Ochoa and Alejandro Vazquez were fantastic. Roberto kept me informed during the entire process. At the end of every day I was given an update and walk thru. They cleaned up when the entire job was finished. Bradley was on time and very friendly. Even after we determined that the service I was looking for isn’t a service JES provides and I felt like I had wasted his time he remained professional and pleasant and assured me it was no trouble and he was happy to take a look around while he was here to see if there were any concerns that he could inform me about.Although I won’t be using this company for this project, I am pleased with experience and will definitely consider JES for future needs if they arise.(the service I was wanting: to have an egress window cut into the basement foundation)Update 12/7/22 – Bradley just called me and informed me that he found someone who may be able to help with the egress window. He definitely went above and beyond!
