Blake Snidow was excellent. I would have gave him 10/10 stars if I could. He started our inspection today, on time, & called when on his way. Which around where we live, it’s hard to even get a contractor out to our house. Besides being on time, Blake was efficient and professional the entire time. Making everything easy for us to understand and giving us options on what to do and why. For 2 old people we definitely appreciate Blake’s patience and true passion for working. He’s a great representation of JES & Groundworks.

Yesterday we had JES come and fix my sidewalk where it had cracked. We were scheduled for 3-4pm. The field workers were down a guy and the jobs ahead of me took longer than planned. By the time TJ King and Carlos Silva got to my house it was already 7pm. I have to say I was amazed at their work ethic. They treated me like I was the first job of the day. They worked without a break and made my sidewalk look perfect. I did not hear one complaint come from either worker the whole time they were here. They left my house sometime after 11:30pm. The only complaint I would have would be with the home office communication (letting clients know that the field team will be late) and the Inspector not communicating how involved the job would be. I will def hire them again.

We contacted JES to come out to give us an estimate for spray insulation in the crawl space to help with the cold floors in our home. Blake Snidow came out to meet with us. He went in the crawl space and did an inspection. He found we had several issues under there that he suggested we take care of first. Blake came back after reviewing and gave us several options to correct our issues. He did a great job explaining everything. Unfortunately at this time being on a fixed income we are not going to fix the issues. When we can do it we will definitely call JES.

The Groundworks crew out of Austin TX were great. We had major groundwater intrusion that no one could find or have a solution for. The field rep Elias Franco showed up on time assessed the problem and came up with a great solution. After his assessment the repairs were scheduled within a few days and the great crew of Pasi and Robert A. showed up early and were very professional and knowledgeable of the situation. They worked great as a partnership and were in and out with in 3 hours. I highly recommend this location and this crew. Bryce
