Just completed my annual service inspection on my sump pump. JES does a great job of proactively notifying me when it's time for the next check. The technician who came out (Michael) was very professional, timely and helpful. This is the 3rd or 4th year since the remediation work was completed in my basement. Its an expensive project but well worth it for the peace of mind it brings. I would definitely recommend JES for their expertise and after-project support.

I am very pleased with the professionalism, expertise, and courtesy of the JES foundation team. Roberto, Keith, and Jose explained the encapsulation process to my complete satisfaction! They informed me of their arrival each day and promptly started work.They provided me with before and after pictures of the project so I could see the scope of work performed. They took time to answer my questions in the middle of their work and ensured my understanding. They did a thorough job of cleaning up the work area and left contact information for follow up concerns. Chris and Ben did a very thorough job of inspecting and servicing my sump pumps and crawlspace dehumidifier. They also took the time to re-tape an area of my encapsulation which had been taken up by a plumber. They conducted a thorough inspection of moisture levels in my crawlspace and advised on my concerns about potential clogged drain tiles in my garage and what to monitor. They were very knowledgeable and professional. Highly recommend.

Foreman David Gaskins came to our house after our basement was waterproofed. Some water came in from a heavy rain and and a repair we were promised was not done. David inspected the waterproofing work and found what needed to be done to be sure water would not come in again. This has been a very stressful time for us but David has been wonderful and gone above and beyond to keep in constant touch with us and coming up with a plan on how to make the corrections. We are just so thankful that he is the one that came to our house to look at what the problem was. Your company is lucky to have him.

We were very pleased with the prompt, courteous, efficient and professional response for service on our Basement Dehumidifier Unit performed by Christopher Phillips on behalf of the JES team today. The unit was initially expertly installed by Andrew Alman with JES and has performed exceptionally well until recently. Mr. Phillips was able to perform a comprehensive diagnostic survey to uncover a problem and to restore complete function. Within minutes our ambient relative humidity was restored and our basement environment improved. JES is fortunate to have Mr. Phillips on the team and we greatly appreciate competent and professional attention to customer service .
