Justin Wood's service and customer relationship approach should be set as the "Gold Standard" for customer service. In all these years of dealing with JES i have never come across service delivered so professionally, someticulously, so patiently, so caringly. He was respectful, he was knowledgeable, he was informative, he was efficient and he told us what he was doing and did it excellently. His professionalism was beyond amazing!! After considering a number of contractors for our foundation repair, we chose JES. The team included a number of qualified folks, and the onsite team of Jose Rodriquez, Victor Croz, and Nicolas Levano did a great job for the 2 day project. They were prompt, answered questions, and installed 16 steel brackets to reinforce our basement walls. Time will tell, and the job should result in stabilizing the foundation for a very long time. The company obviously has depth, and solid resources to call on when needed. Many thanks to the entire team including those I contracted with, spoke to on the phone, and quizzed on a number of topics for the job. John F.

Jorge, the project manager, maintained communications well, answered my questions in a timely manner, and offered up solutions which met the needs of the specific project. Ahmed Fotana and Kevin Roberts, the two on-site technicians, were punctual, took the time to educate me while performing the job, and the workmanship met my quality expectations. My experience with JES for the most part was great! Mr. John Trak was my initial inspector who confirmed my fears, but showed me the best way to fix the problem. There were a few scheduling conflicts but once my crew showed up they completed my project in two days. Thank you Dustin my site lead, once he took control he showed up, and performed. Jordan, and Lewis were the other crew members they worked efficiently and smart. JES Foundation and Repair gave me peace of mind, a secured foundation, and added value to my home.

Chris Phillips from JES came out yesterday to upgrade my sump pump to a unit with a battery backup that would pump even if the power was out. He was very knowledgeable and did a great job removing the old pump and installing the new and improved setup. Chris’s workmanship was top notch as he connected all the plumbing and electrical controls. He tested it all out and now I have the peace of mind that the crawl space will stay dry even if we lose power during a storm. I highly recommend Chris and JES for your foundation and crawlspace work.

I had JES encapsulate the crawlspace under my house. Roosevelt, Omari, and Sean did a great job with the installation. They were very thorough about their work and did a great job cleaning up when everything was complete. They especially did a great job on the custom door leading into the basement/crawlspace area of my home. It now feels like there is a true barrier between the outside of my home and the basement/crawlspace.
