Taylor Jeffries came out and gave me a quote for foundation work at my home. He arrived on time and was very professional and informative. He offered me a payment plan option for the work that is affordable whenever I’m ready to move forward. I greatly appreciated JES did NOT charge me for an estimate it was free! (when I called BAY Crawl Space & Foundation they were going to charge me $500 just for an estimate because my home was built in 1920) Because of the information Taylor Jeffries from JES gave me I know my next steps moving forward and what to expect when getting the foundation on my home repaired, Thank you so much!

JES Foundation Repair employees Freddy ********* Walter ******** and Ever ******* did and excellent job on my crawl space encapsulation. All three were very courteous and provided me with continuous updates on the work they were doing. They were respectful of my property and also left my yard in clean condition when they departed each day. Would definitely recommend.

She provided timely updates throughout the entire process, which really helped me stay informed and confident in the work being done. Her customer service was excellent. She was always professional, responsive and willing to answer any questions I had. I also appreciated that she clearly provided me with POC communication upon my request in efforts to connect me with a management team member. She was a pleasure to work with.

I needed my crawlspace encapsulated, support jacks added, and some downspouts buried to get water away from my foundation. Devin C., Delonta K., and Jacob H. went above and beyond, exceeding my already-high expectations. They were upfront about exactly what was going to be done each day they were onsite, informed me where they were going when they left, and were really helpful in answering all of my questions along the way. This crew really did a great job and I can't recommend them enough. It was super hot out and they pushed through and completed the work ahead of schedule while still keeping high standards and quality of work.Ask for this crew by name. They were that good.

Desmond, James, and Eric came out to install a window well drain and vapor barrier. They were polite, professional, friendly and got the job done quickly. They were also just over all great guys to have working on my house. If I ever need any other foundation work I'll be requesting them. We have been struggling with ground water in our basement for years but assumed it would require excavation around the outside of our home…

We have been struggling with ground water in our basement for years but assumed it would require excavation around the outside of our home which we really did not want to do as we have some very old shrubs. After a visit from Damon Trent, we were pleased to find out that the problem could be solved from inside our home. The crew of Thomas Reamer, Sam Leap, Ramon Goard and Jason Wall arrived on time, were very professional and polite. Of course it rained throughout the day and were wet, muddy and hot. They worked tirelessly throughout the day and did not leave until 9:00 p.m. We are very impressed with the level of competence and dedication by the entire team and recommend them highly. Thanks for a great job!!!!

I want to recognize Jeff Doyle for his kindness and professionalism. During his visit with me, he noticed that I had a tree to fall in my yard. Jeff went above and beyond by speaking to some landscapers in my area and helped me secure a great price for the cleanup. He didn't have to, but out of genuine concern, he took the initiative to assist me. I truly appreciate his efforts. It made a lasting impression. It's rare to find someone who takes that extra steps to help others, and Jeff exemplifies exceptional customer service and care. Thank you, Jeff!
