On June 20th I met an inspector named Michael Riskin who came to my house to complete a foundation inspection. The initial problem was my step was cracked and falling apart. I was afraid to walk upstairs. After the the inspection was done I informed his company could not complete the repairs but he didn’t just say I am done we can’t do the repairs. He took the time to explain the problem and gave me a solution with another company. I felt so comfortable and confident about moving forward with my next step with the help from Micheal. That’s not it he also gave me some advice about safe and fixing my steps on my deck in which this was not part of his job. He did not know I had no idea how to go about fixing or get started with anything repairing of those stairs. He took the out of his schedule to text me the size and kind of nails to get and how far to go so I would not cause any more problems. Michael think you for being a caring person to a stranger who need help in more ways the knew. Thank you so kindly.

Every step of the process was very professional and informative. Our estimate interview was very informative and they gave us info for future use too. The guys came to do the lifting of the driveway were great! They were done in 2-3 hours and it looks great. Definitely, would suggest JES for your project.

We had JES repair one side of our sinking foundation years ago and they did a fantastic job. When we recently saw wall cracks on the opposite side of the house, we immediately called them. They are incredibly responsive and so trustworthy. Jay came out, did a thorough inspection, and explained that we had a door problem, not a foundation problem. He also confirmed that JES’s years old fix our our foundation is perfect. We are so relieved to have the piece of mind that JES provides and appreciated Jay’s professionalism, comprehensiveness, and the fact that he went above and beyond (he even did a temporary fix for my door!).

I had a fantastic experience with Jeff from JES Foundation Repair. I was worried about separation in my baseboards and door trims, but Jeff was incredibly thorough during his inspection. He took the time to take measurements and photos, ultimately putting my mind at ease by explaining that it was just natural settling for an 8-year-old home. He didn't try to oversell me or use fear tactics. It's rare to find that level of honesty–I'd recommend him to anyone!

“We were referred by our realtor to contact Omar to inspect our sunken driveway, although our driveway is bricked and he didn’t offer this service (only concrete) he did give us a referral to a contractor and gave us a free inspection for our foundation. He was very professional,extremely patient, friendly and knowledgeable.  We learned so much on the different services that JES has to offer. Jake, Austin, Maxwell, and Michael were here on July 8 to do work on my crawl space. They made sure I knew what was going on and did the work so they were done earlier than I thought they would be. Jake even helped me remove a large tree limb from my roof. FSM also put in my gutter a few years ago so I have received two good jobs from this company.
