I had a consultation with Paul Grauer yesterday, and I must say I was extremely impressed with how thorough and professional he was throughout the entire process. He took the time to clearly explain the company, the foundation repair process, and how the materials would be applied, ensuring I fully understood every step. What stood out to me most was the level of care and patience he showed during our conversation. He even encouraged me to call my wife so she could be included in the discussion and have all of her questions answered as well. At no point did I feel rushed — he made sure we were comfortable, informed, and confident in the process. That level of customer service and attention to detail is exactly what earned my business. We had a lot of issues with water, pests and climate underneath the house. JES, although pricier than the other two contractors (we received three separate estimates), encapsulated our crawl and added additional drainage. It’s like a whole new space under the house. I tend to believe most homeowners don’t understand the hard work that goes on underneath their floors…as a dude that had crawled underneath his house on many occasions, I can tell you that it isn’t easy work due to the various conditions and restrictions. There were a couple communication issues during install, but their team were polite and professional. The finished job looks great. Marley was super patient with my 1,000 questions and concerns, and Chad was knowledgeable and super responsive…he won’t keep a customer hanging.

Brian performed a walk through of the project before and after the word explaining what would be accomplished and the final walk through to show the excellent workmanship. I truly appreciate their work and the benefit the installation will bring. Please send this crew again if and when I need more foundational work.
