On the installation day the foreman Joel Lugo and his team members Jose Garcia Roberto Lemus and Jose Alejandro Vazquez showed up. They were very skilled and knew a lot about their work. They explained how the process works. They ensured that I was happy with the service we got.

Jay came out to my house to conduct a free estimate to see if some of the cracks in my foundation were symptomatic of a larger problem, or were anything to worry about. He was very professional, took some measurements – including with a laser level – and looked around for any additional signs of a foundation issue. He took the time to explain things to me, and really helped me understand my foundation, terminology, and things to watch for! He helped to point out that I wasn't in any danger from the issues I saw, and gave me helpful advice on ways to make sure it stays that way! Would highly recommend JES to anyone (and would come back to them if I ever have any other issues), but especially would recommend to first time homeowners who have questions and want a straight up and honest answer on their issues!

JES team was professional, punctual, and highly responsive to my questions regarding the project chartered. Jorge, the project manager, maintained communications well, answered my questions in a timely manner, and offered up solutions which met the needs of the specific project. Ahmed Fotana and Kevin Roberts, the two on-site technicians, were punctual, took the time to educate me while performing the job, and the workmanship met my quality expectations. We had a wonderful experience with JES. We started noticing some cracks in our walls/floors and called for a consultation. Brian was extremely thorough and explained everything that would be necessary to get things fixed. He detailed all the options for payment/financing (since foundation work is not cheap!) and helped ease our fears a little bit about completely breaking our budget. JES took care of getting all permits for us. The true reason for 5 stars, however, is Santos and his crew. They were INCREDIBLE. They went above and beyond to make sure the work they did was done well. The whole team was incredibly friendly and very communicative throughout the process. There were a couple a snags at the beginning that could have been problematic, but Santos and his crew ensured that everything ran smoothly. The one thing that really stood out to us – Santos changed the original plan to make it more appealing, even though it was a little harder and more work for him. He said "if it were my house, I would want it to look nice, not the easiest solution." Highly, highly recommend if you need any foundation repair!

After an evaluation by Sean Wheeler, who is very knowledgeable about foundations, basements crawl spaces and recommended by my neighbor. JES encapsulate my crawl space on my home and extend my sump pump drain system. What an amazing crew that came out. Henry Ayala, Jose Rubio, Diego Ayala are top notch professionals, hard working, efficient, polite, took time to explain how things operate. I’ve actually requested that team to come back in the spring time to do some other work from JES. If there were a 100 star rating they would get it. Absolutely excellent!
