The entire JES team needs to be commended — Rafael Garcia, Jose Lovato, and Wilton Mendoza — the very fine crew — arrived on time and ready to do the work; they worked efficiently, effectively, and knowledgeably as a well-oiled team and "machine." They informed us of each step along the way and explained everything thoroughly and completely. They used pictures from their phones to help explain the process and what they were doing. After they finished their work, they cleaned up the work area, gave us all the written information we needed, explained everything — they were so informative, helpful, knowledgeable, kind, WARM and FRIENDLY! It's so nice to work with friendly, happy, smiling people! What an amazing staff — Ally at the office — thank you for answering our questions, being so efficient, providing assistance, and being so warm and friendly, too. The JES crew gave us the invaluable peace of mind that our basement will stay dry. No more worries about rain or mold or mildew or critters getting in! We give you 100 stars! All As, 100%! JES has completed two separate jobs on my home. Recently, we had them encapsulate our crawl space due to excessive moisture and a budding mold problem. Rudy González expertly conducted an in depth inspection of the area and showed us all the existing and potential issues. He quickly arranged for a quick response team to do our job while the weather was dry. Osman, Alejandro and Roverto worked extremely hard to complete this project in one day. We now have an encapsulated crawl space that can now serve as additional storage. it is super dry and has a humidifier installed to maintain a dry environment. These guys work hard and our very easy to work with. Please note that "encapsulation" is a real "dirty job" but these guys are true professionals.

JES repaired 7 slabs of concrete around my swimming pool. The entire operation was professional and timely from estimating and project management to scheduling and work performance. I received a written estimate for the work with a comprehensive scope followed by a contractual agreement including payment terms. Once I accepted the job, the company scheduled the work and maintained communication with me regarding the work. The day of the repair their crew showed up to the site led by Seth. They were courteous and knowledgeable about this work. They got busy immediately with great results. The slabs were jacked into their proper positions and then structural foam was injected through the slabs to support them in their correct locations. Seth and his crew completed the job and cleaned up the work area as if they were never there. The slabs look perfect and we couldn't be happier. Thank you JES!!

JES did an excellent job on our crawl space. We had water accumulating around the whole perimeter of the crawl space. We had also had a toilet leak causing black mold, which had been professionally cleaned up, but we wanted fresh insulation. The JES team arrived on schedule and worked diligently to remove the insulation above and the flimsy plastic that covered the earthen floor of the crawl space. They then laid rubber matting and white membrane over the dirt and put thick styrofoam on the walls. They dug a trench around the perimeter and installed 2 sump pumps and 2 humidifiers to deal with future water. Meanwhile a separate team arrived to put foam under our patio to stop it from sliding away from the house. Everyone called before they arrived and each member of this large team was always professional and answered all questions thoroughly. They cleaned up well each day which I thoroughly appreciate. I highly recommend this team of hard workers.

Bryan Rutherford did a great job putting foam under the patio and sealing where it meets the house. The crawl space team, Gio Ordonez, Mohamed Kamara, and Pedro Llontop worked hard each day and were always professional. Superintendent Demetrius Cooper came by to ensure everything was going well and he answered additional questions and made great recommendations. Overall the whole crew was excellent. I highly recommend this team, their dedication to doing the work well and their professionalism.

“We were referred by our realtor to contact Omar to inspect our sunken driveway, although our driveway is bricked and he didn’t offer this service (only concrete) he did give us a referral to a contractor and gave us a free inspection for our foundation. He was very professional,extremely patient, friendly and knowledgeable.  We learned so much on the different services that JES has to offer. We definitely will be contacting him when we’re ready to proceed! We look forward to working with this wonderful company!”
