I posted a complaint about 4 months ago regarding an issue I was having with the system installed by JES a few years ago. I want to provide an update. The JES team of Rick, Matt, Dalton, Davonte, and especially JR, we're excellent in resolving the issue. They effectively evaluated the situation, took ownership of the problem, and quickly established a plan to remedy the situation. They were efficient in executing their plan and I am beyond satified with the end results. Everyone exemplified professionalism, were courteous, and respectful. JR's follow up was on point and I am so glad that he was spearheading the effort. Thank you JES. You definitely exceeded my expectations.

They were responsive, diligent in their work and the crew (Osman, Joje, and Roverto) we're all kind, knowledgeable and had great attitudes and always did things right. We've used JES in the Richmond metro area twice in the past five years and have been very pleased with their work on both projects. In November 2019, they installed two push piers under a corner of our mid-1960s house that was sinking and installed a CrawlSeal encapsulation system in the crawl space. In September 2024, they installed a steel I-beam and two engineered jacks in the crawl space under a fireplace hearth that didn't have adequate support. Both projects involved working very close to the residential gas line. In both projects, the work was done very well and completed on schedule. Each employee has been professional, knowledgeable, hard-working, and very pleasant to deal with. On the most recent project, Cameron Flynn, lead jack installer, and John Trak, certified field inspector, were terrific. We trust JES employees and will not hesitate to call on them if we need them in the future.

Abdul Jalloh is a tremendous field inspector. He is professional, courteous and a good communicator. He carefully explained the big scope of the job and the details. He continued to answer all my questions to my satisfaction. Abdul has a strong knowledge of the housing and engineering areas of the project. He provided options. Abdul provided the trust factor I needed to have JES perform the work needed. I highly recommend the company and you would benefit from having Abdul as your field inspector.

Jaime Castillo (foreman), and Antonio Canales were absolutely AMAZING! They stayed in communication with us throughout the process, and made sure that everything was up to par. I highly recommend this crew! They are courteous, kind, and cleaned up well after they finished. This team came in after a previous team made a hot mess the week prior. The concern they showed was amazing. Give this team a raise!

We had our outside walkway lifted today as it had sunk to a dangerous angle. JES gave us a thorough inspect and estimate. They arrived early and did an excellent job being very respectful of the lawn and gardens. Bryan Rutherford and Austin Hicks were the technicians on the job. Mike came to carry out the annual inspection of our house to ensure no settlement had occurred since JES had fixed our foundation issues a few years ago. He explained everything very clearly and made sure I could see for myself how the laser showed perfect alignment still. He was very thorough and most personable. I look forward to seeing him again next year.
