I had 3 intelijacks installed in a day w/ minimal cleanup. They were friendly, efficient and knew how to do this based on engineering plans. Jesus Baires, Freddy & Walter Zavaleta know what they are doing so if they arrive, . . . . you are in good hands. They cleared up my misunderstanding and were very understanding. The cost of installing is a bit pricey but it will be done safely and at code. Get Gerald to do your estimate and engineering. He knows his stuff!

Jeswork was really great. The construction engineer took photos of my crawlspace and explained in detail their recommendations and the cost and financing. The work team was excellent and explained what they did each day and showed pictures. They found termites and got in contact with a pest contractor before the encapsulation when my termite contractor failed to come and treat the termites.

I rarely write reviews but I just had to rave about Ajeet Ryatt of JES Foundation. I'm experiencing interior cracking and was afraid there was a foundation issue. From the moment he arrived Ajeet was the model of professionalism. He explained the evaluation process and answered all of my questions. Thankfully, my issue was not related to the foundation. Of course I would never wish foundation issues on anyone but in the event you need foundation repair, I highly recommend JES and Ajeet.

On the installation day the foreman Joel Lugo and his team members Jose Garcia Roberto Lemus and Jose Alejandro Vazquez showed up. They were very skilled and knew a lot about their work. I recently understood what the cracks in the walls meant. *sigh* I did some research and contacted JES Foundation. I got an immediate response and inspection date. The team sent Michael Kim to assess my issue. Now, finding out that your house is shifting is not good news. Why? Cost? Fear? Is my house going to sink? However, Mike (Michael Kim of the Manassas office in VA) (hope he doesn't mind if I call him Mike) was very good at keeping me calm. He was very knowledgeable, kind and patient. I appreciate his dedication to his clients and his attention to detail and overall professionalism. I appreciate everything that has happened up to this date. I suspect I will be happy with the overall service. Greatly appreciated.

This review is solely for the estimator that came to my home, Michael. He was on time, knowledgeable, pleasant, patient, and kind. He walked me through the whole process, answered all my questions, and showed me photos of past projects. He followed up in a timely manner as I was going through several estimates and shared their price matching and other estimate details. In the end, I went with another company but his professionalism and thoughtfulness are a strong and bright reflection of JES and how they treat their employees and how their employees care about their company!

My original appointment was to be on a Friday at 2pm. JES texted me the Monday prior asking if I would like to change the appointment to Tuesday at 2, which was great. The inspector, Jay called early Tuesday to see if we could meet at 1130. Jay showed up on time and we immediately dug into the issue…a likely sunken corner foundation of my carport. Jay covered all the possible solutions, went thru the warranty, timing, cost, etc. At no point did I feel pressured to make a decision and Jay conducted himself in a pleasant and professional manor.

The team who fixed our support beams/foundation was wonderful. I can’t say enough good things about Freddy Zavaleta, Walter Zavaleta, and Jaime Salas who did the repairs: they were friendly, timely, and did wonderful work. Also, the permit team at JES really helped us when we still hadn’t received word from the city and it had been 6 weeks (and my husband and I had been sleeping on the couch and floor because the support beams were so bad under our room). Thank you to the entire team!

Chris and Ben did a very thorough job of inspecting and servicing my sump pumps and crawlspace dehumidifier. They also took the time to re-tape an area of my encapsulation which had been taken up by a plumber. They conducted a thorough inspection of moisture levels in my crawlspace and advised on my concerns about potential clogged drain tiles in my garage and what to monitor. They were very knowledgeable and professional. Highly recommend.

They let us know every step that they were doing in order to secure under the house. They cleaned up behind themselves.
