I recently with JES Foundation Repairs to encapsulate my crawlspace, and I am thrilled with the results. From start to finish, the experience was nothing short of excellent. From the initial consultation to the final inspection, the team at JES Foundation Repairs demonstrated a high level of professionalism and expertise. Joey McCullough took the time to thoroughly assess the condition of my crawlspace, explain the encapsulation process in detail, and answer all of my questions. I appreciated most about JES Foundation Repairs was their clear and consistent communication. I was kept informed throughout the project, from the work scheduling to the progress updates during the encapsulation. The quality of the work done by JES Foundation Repairs exceeded my expectations. Supervisor, Eric Goodman and his crew member arrived on time and worked diligently to ensure that every aspect of the encapsulation was completed to the highest standard.

Fortunately Levi one of the operation managers reached out and it was smooth sailing from there. We are in the 19 month of an expected 3 month addition build and kitchen remodel. During the process major errors were made in our foundation for the addition that led to flooding and our new addition crawl space not even being able to pass inspection.Brian at JES came in and helped us understand everything that had gone wrong with the original foundation work by our contractor and then helped us create a plan with him and JES to fix everything and get it right.Brian came by the house regularly, checked on our needs, helped us with financing, and helped us prep for the work.Then Paul and team came in and in 2 days totally transformed but was called “the mud room” (our addition crawl space) to a place that could pass foundation inspections and was clean and usable storage space.I cannot say in words how grateful I am for JES and team. Not only did they do the work with excellence … they cared and excelled in listening to us and working with us to rectify a really challenging situation.Thank you JES !

PERFECTION all around. Zach Cannon Is absolutely ? great. Best inspection I've had. He's courteous, respectful and when it comes to his job, he's very thorough. He inspects the interior of the home as well and explained why he was asking permission to do so. In the crawlspace he actually checked the jacks and made sure the dehumidifier was clean. It's hard to have a great customer experience these days or receive good customer service. You can tell Zach has pride and takes pride in his work. I'll be requesting him for next year's annual inspection.

I had a subsidence problem that was addressed by a multi-pronged approach, a series of push piers to stabilize the perimeter of the foundation and central supports to level central beams of my home's frame. The house is now stable. The crews that did the site work were careful of my property, courteous, and showed no aversion nor complaint to go the extra mile to hand dig where it was obvious that the heavy equipment could not be brought into my fenced-in property. The communication throughout the process was great and sales support was responsive and helpful. This company hires, respects, and assists veterans.
