After inspection he showed me problems with insulation, mold, and moisture which explained why I was having heath issues and high energy costs. PERFECTION all around. Zach Cannon Is absolutely ? great. Best inspection I've had. He's courteous, respectful and when it comes to his job, he's very thorough. He inspects the interior of the home as well and explained why he was asking permission to do so. In the crawlspace he actually checked the jacks and made sure the dehumidifier was clean. It's hard to have a great customer experience these days or receive good customer service. You can tell Zach has pride and takes pride in his work. I'll be requesting him for next year's annual inspection.
