JES does quality work and stands behind their work. We had our crawl space encapsulated. Their product was definitely sturdier and of a higher quality than others. James is great to work with; he came back to make sure the crawl space was clean. I would recommend JES and James for foundation and crawl space work.

I recently with JES Foundation Repairs to encapsulate my crawlspace, and I am thrilled with the results. From start to finish, the experience was nothing short of excellent. From the initial consultation to the final inspection, the team at JES Foundation Repairs demonstrated a high level of professionalism and expertise. Joey McCullough took the time to thoroughly assess the condition of my crawlspace, explain the encapsulation process in detail, and answer all of my questions. I appreciated most about JES Foundation Repairs was their clear and consistent communication. I was kept informed throughout the project, from the work scheduling to the progress updates during the encapsulation. The quality of the work done by JES Foundation Repairs exceeded my expectations. Supervisor, Eric Goodman and his crew member arrived on time and worked diligently to ensure that every aspect of the encapsulation was completed to the highest standard.

I have been a customer with JES for about a year now. We purchased our home and quickly realized within the first few months there were some problems missed in inspection. JES came out promptly, gave us understandable answers. At the one year mark of service, we had Gage come out to check out how everything was looking under the house. He was communicative, on time, and very professional while also being friendly and explaining everything. Unfortunately some new issues have arisen but he made the "bad news" feel less upsetting and was more than willing to work around what we could try to accomplish budget wise. Gage followed up fast too in scheduling the dates for service. I truthfully cannot imagine the level of professionalism and speed from any other service than what JES provides.

The personnel at JES Foundation Repair Ashland were consummate professionals from the beginning of the process to the end. Our 90-plus-year-old house was sinking by 2" in its middle, so it was imperative that we right the foundation. Tice, utilizing high-tech equipment, assiduously inspected our house for a full four hours, going through every possible detail in a comprehensive and fully comprehensible way–including his offering of affordable financing. In addition, he kept in contact with us every step of the way, patiently answering our multitudinous queries and most importantly aiding us in navigating the permitting process through Albemarle county. Roberto and Oscar, who did the install of a dozen beams and a sump pump, were highly knowledgeable, had numerous years of experience, and worked tirelessly in their doing of a superior job on site; they also did a nice job of cleaning up on the last day. Materials were of the highest quality–there was no cutting corners with JES. All went seamlessly from the beginning of the process to its culmination. I have no reservations whatsoever about JES Foundation and the work they did, and would unhesitatingly recommend them to anyone–the peace of mind they brought us, knowing that our house's foundation is once again stable, is priceless.

We are long term clients of JES – Ashland. Recently, we met Zach during our annual check up. He was refreshingly comprehensive in his explanation on the condition of our crawl space. In a 90 year old home, things do continue to change and he recommended we adjust the current jack system to stabilize it with some alterations which would adjust and reinforce the aged construction. Additionally we upgraded the dehumidification system. Zach was knowledgeable and efficient. We also would like to commend his supervisor, “J.B.” , who helped coordinate the job and the installation crew. The workers were polite and efficient. We are very pleased with the results. I still don’t know how they could negotiate working in a VERY low crawl space! Thanks expediting the installation by moving the date for us when the permit arrived earlier than expected. Everyone we interacted with made us glad we stayed with JES. You make us feel like “family”.
