This five star review is for Ethan Mooney, the JES repair person who recently helped us with our JES project. Over 6 months after having JES complete installing a liner, dehumidifier and pump under our family room addition, we still noticed water. The service repair person, Ethan Mooney, recently came and found that the pump was never plugged in! Ethan was professional and not only fixed that easy problem but installed new equipment and inspected the liner. He was wonderful.

The JES team of Antione G, Troy G, and Gerald P. did an outstanding job of making sure my nearly 100 year old basement will never flood again. They were diligent. And LOUDâ ¦ not their fault because jackhammers are loud. They answered all my questions and cleaned up their work area. Plus, and I believe this is really important, they were really nice and friendly. Work hard, do a good job, be kind. They did all that. Thank you so much!

The Groundworks crew out of Austin TX were great. We had major groundwater intrusion that no one could find or have a solution for. The field rep Elias Franco showed up on time assessed the problem and came up with a great solution. After his assessment the repairs were scheduled within a few days and the great crew of Pasi and Robert A. showed up early and were very professional and knowledgeable of the situation. They worked great as a partnership and were in and out with in 3 hours. I highly recommend this location and this crew. Bryce

JES Foundation Repair is best in customer service, knowledge – they know what they're doing and need to do and got the beam in my foundation replaced to my satisfaction with photos. Lee, the person I interacted with was excellent with service, inspection, quote and all around always called me back asap, worked on weekends, did everything he could to make this repair a 5 star experience. The crew, led by Seth, was polite, explained everything to me and got the job done. Highly recommend.
