First and foremost, I NEVER write reviews; however, I found it necessary in this case because the two young men who came to perform the work were true professionals. Foreman Michael Kuffour and Co-foreman Alan Brown arrived on time! They professionally introduced themselves. I felt immediately at ease because once I directed them to the area that needed repair, they quickly communicated operation issues and recommended changes so that the work to be performed was accurately understood in layperson's terms. They utilized precision measuring instruments and fixtures to measure the dimensions of finished work pieces: downspouts and sump pump operations. They were extremely conscientious and ensured that work complied with all relevant codes, standards, and job specifications. They followed procedures to maintain the work environment neat and orderly. Mike, the Project Supervisor, arrived. Mike was knowledgeable and provided information on further work and any materials and equipment needed. He communicated ways to gain efficiencies and more effective installation methods in collaboration with us (the customer), which I greatly appreciated so that we could meet the goals and work towards a final resolution to our water problem. He inspected the Encapsulation work under the crawl space also. Once the meeting was over, I felt secure that the remainder of the result would be proficiently performed and up to code. I recommend JES to anyone, for they provide A-1 work. The guys that they sent were tens (10) in every sense. For this, I give them five stars ***** . Thank You

Time will tell for longevity, but we're happy. Engineer, Sean Wang, communicated everything quite clear and we understood what was going on. We needed more posts an the center beam of our house jacked up due to sagging. The three workers who came out, Mike Baines, Bryan Covell, and Brandon Pritt were all great. Very respectful of our property, really tried to keep everything neat and tidy. Answered all our questions along the way. Good job cleaning up. I love that they brought their own buckets (step up from other companies.) Again, all three installers of our new support posts were great and very polite. They did a great job from what we can tell.

I recently understood what the cracks in the walls meant. *sigh* I did some research and contacted JES Foundation. I got an immediate response and inspection date. The team sent Michael Kim to assess my issue. Now, finding out that your house is shifting is not good news. Why? Cost? Fear? Is my house going to sink? However, Mike (Michael Kim of the Manassas office in VA) (hope he doesn't mind if I call him Mike) was very good at keeping me calm. He was very knowledgeable, kind and patient. I appreciate his dedication to his clients and his attention to detail and overall professionalism. I appreciate everything that has happened up to this date. I suspect I will be happy with the overall service. Greatly appreciated.

I really like that they have an internal engineering team at their company that calculates the amount of correction needed for the repairs. The Forman Austin Hicks and Walter Falcon did a great job keeping me updated on their arrival time, explaining what to expect, and making sure I was satisfied before they left. Exceptional company!

The waterproofing system the JES guys (Antwan, Brandon and Shawn) installed for us is A#1. The guys worked their butts off and kept me up to date on what was going on with the project. From the beginning of the project, Celeste explained the entire sequence of events during the sales stage and kept in touch as the job went along from leveling the cement patio and sidewalk, removing the cement flooring, installing stones, tracking and sump pump discharge line. Excellent job everyone.

Couldnt be happier with the project quality and communication from the workers on sight. The crawl space encapsulation looked very meticulously combed over and done with care and skill, the drain lines dug outside were also done with superb quality but the highlight of the project was without a doubt the workers. Reed Norvell, Charles Simmons, and Darin Harris were incredible workers that were extremely polite and transparent about the state of the job as they relayed regular updates. They were all hospitable, and great at making sure we actively understood what was going on every step of the way not to mention how pleasent and enjoyable they were to talk to. Even with a project this vital and expensive its really the quality of the people and how much you can tell they are putting in that make it a great job and these three workers were truly great, really could not ask for more.

Jesse was awesome. The broken pipe in my yard had filled with water and was tricky to find, but thru due diligence, Jesse did find and identified a busted fitting. He kept me informed throughout. He needed special fittings because of the type of pipe and he had to leave and obtain them. I can't say enough about how he calmed me when I thought my world had collapsed. I hope that if you have any plumbing issues i highly recommend that you call A1 Sewer and Drain. I'm a repeat customer. If you're lucky, you'll get Jesse.

Who to call? I had no idea. This had the potential to be a terrible, horrible, no good, very bad day. A1 Sewer and Drain was recommended in the Neighborhood app. I gave it a shot and gave them a call. I now have a new plumber! Will definitely use them again. It was great working with Adam Cronk. He was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He explained steps he performed to check & repair shower mechanism. He took time to answer my many questions, I like to understand how things work for future reference. I have an older home and Adam made a couple trips for parts he needed. He didn't leave until repairs were complete and shower worked as expected. My alloted time ran a little longer than expected but I appreciate Adam taking time to do the repairs correctly. I've scheduled appointments with A1 Sewer & Drain in the past and each time been pleased with both the technician sent and work performed. I would definitely call again if a need arise.

We met with John K. today for our free estimate regarding our sloping floors. John was extremely thorough, performing an estimate inside our home and on the outside, taking numerous measurements and collecting data. He was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to educate us on our options without any high-pressure sales tactics. We had a wonderful experience with JES. We started noticing some cracks in our walls/floors and called for a consultation. Brian was extremely thorough and explained everything that would be necessary to get things fixed. He detailed all the options for payment/financing (since foundation work is not cheap!) and helped ease our fears a little bit about completely breaking our budget. JES took care of getting all permits for us. The true reason for 5 stars, however, is Santos and his crew. They were INCREDIBLE. They went above and beyond to make sure the work they did was done well. The whole team was incredibly friendly and very communicative throughout the process. There were a couple a snags at the beginning that could have been problematic, but Santos and his crew ensured that everything ran smoothly. The one thing that really stood out to us – Santos changed the original plan to make it more appealing, even though it was a little harder and more work for him. He said "if it were my house, I would want it to look nice, not the easiest solution." Highly, highly recommend if you need any foundation repair!

I knew someone was coming out today to give me an estimate on restoring the foundation of my home, but Mike did so much more than that; he restored my hope.
