JES installed my sump pump in October 2023. Today (9/25/24) was my annual maintenance appointment to be sure that everything was working well with it. My technician, Ben, contacted me on 9/24/24 to check in with me on any possible issues that he needed to be made aware of prior to my appointment as well as to confirm my appointment. Very professional and polite. Fast forward to the appointment, Ben arrived on time, once again was very professional. I showed him where it was installed so he could get to work. Unbeknownst to both Ben and I, well there was no power going to the sump pump. That was as easy as flipping a switch on the breaker box. Then, Ben noticed a leak in the piping that was installed when the sump pump was installed. Ben ended up having to cut my drywall in which JES will incur the cost to repair it back. But this was nothing he couldn't handle although he did have to make an unexpected run to Home Depot/Lowes to get the tool needed to cut the pipe. Ben returned in a decent amount of time and got right to work. Ben repaired the pipe, cleaned the sump pump bucket, and ensured everything was working correctly. Towards the end of the appointment, Ben made a few recommendations and ending up finding out that the piping that is coming out of the from of my house that pushes the water out was installed incorrectly and was not was I paid for. Therefore, Ben made a call to his supervisor, Megan Hartman, to put her on notice about this issue as well. Ben assured me that someone from the service department would reach out to me to schedule repairs for the piping outside as well as the wall repair. Overall, I would give Ben a 10/10 and would highly recommend him as your service tech. He made sure to answer any questions I had to the best of his ability, remain professional, kept me informed throughout the whole appt, valued me as a paying customer, and advised me that if I had any further questions after this appt that I shouldn't hesitate to reach out to him. Ben was AWESOME‼

I've now had JES complete two projects in my exposed crawlspace. Both times, they have added adjustable jacks on top of footers and either replaced a main beam or added a supplemental metal I Beam. I've been extremely impressed with their quality of work, timeliness, and efficiency. They show up ready to work and are sure to ask questions if needed. I spent time with both crews down in the crawl space and appreciated their professionalism and willingness to make things right.Foreman: Jaime CastilloAntonio CanalesJose Rafael GarciaThe only thing I was not pleased with was how little the office side of things kept in touch with me prior to pinning down this second date. I was told on multiple occasions I'd be receiving an update from the office and each time I had to call them. Again, overall I am very happy, hats off to the site workers and everyone I spoke to the in the office was very pleasant, I just wish they had provided more updates without being prompted. Would do business with again in the future.

He was so knowledgeable about what he was doing and what was going on with my home, and overall good guy. He also performed some small maintenance while he was here as well. These guys worked so hard to get the job done right and when we needed them back to make adjustments and add additional jacks, they were just amazing to work with. I speak specifically about sales representative, COREY TEUBERT. Corey did a complete and detailed examination under my home. JES has done 2 prior jobs for my home on Chincoteague in Virginia. Corey studied the prior work and answered concerns honestly and clearly. He found that my dryer vent exhaust had come apart (from another company's work) and effected a temporary fix. He did not have to do that, but it was a kindness and perhaps will prevent a house fire from a dangerous spot that we were unaware. That type of person, who looks out for the welfare of others, is someone clients will and can appreciate. Corey was clean, kind, courteous, respectful, humorous and an outstanding representative of JES. I very much appreciated that he was not wearing offensive cologne as I am highly allergic. Other sales representatives are less thoughtful. What more can I say? He is a fine young man, a veteran and a very nice man!!

Our 18 year old basement was filling with rain water more and more as time went on as much as 2 1/2 feet of water, so after seeing the Evergreen/JES commercials many time's we decided to give them a call, Our initial meet and greet was with Jack Hill, the appointment was at our convenience and Jack was exactly on time, seriously nice guy right from the start, we sat down and he explained everything in plan English, no fancy technical stuff like others would throw at you, we then went outside and looked around the foundation and then we went into the basement for him to take measurements, he took his time and I feel he did everything right, we then go back upstairs to discuss our options, he was not pushy trying to sell me what we didn't need, after the job there crew finished, which was an awesome job Jack followed up with me to make sure everything was done to our satisfaction, It's been 1 1/2 years since the job was completed and Jack continues to follow up with me to make sure everything is still good, AND OUR BASEMENT CONTINUES TO STAY DRY AFTER ALL THE MAJOR FLOODING RAINS WE HAD THIS YEAR!!!!!

To be honest, I have been having issues with JES since we moved into our house. I always felt like we were trying to be scared into buying a service. However, Ethan came out today and he was the first technician that made me feel like I was actually heard and did exactly what I wanted him to. Plus, he was seriously so happy and a big ball of sunshine! Ethan actually changed my perception about my past service calls with JES. I had a subsidence problem that was addressed by a multi-pronged approach, a series of push piers to stabilize the perimeter of the foundation and central supports to level central beams of my home's frame. The house is now stable. The crews that did the site work were careful of my property, courteous, and showed no aversion nor complaint to go the extra mile to hand dig where it was obvious that the heavy equipment could not be brought into my fenced-in property. The communication throughout the process was great and sales support was responsive and helpful. This company hires, respects, and assists veterans.

My two year dehumidifier was leaking a lot of water. I called JES and the service tech (Aric Banks) did an excellent job of fixing the problem. He leveled the pump, cleaned the filter and drain tube and moved the pump to a new location so that the water from the pump would drain more efficiently.

Devin C., Delonta K., and Jacob H. went above and beyond, exceeding my already-high expectations. They were upfront about exactly what was going to be done each day they were onsite, informed me where they were going when they left, and were really helpful in answering all of my questions along the way. This crew really did a great job and I can't recommend them enough. Had an excellent experience from JES! During the process of investigating a smell in our house, the encapsulation that was previously installed by JES was destroyed by an outside plumbing service. We made an appointment, but with the situation surrounding this damage needing to get expedited, Chris Barefoot got involved, investigated the encapsulation damage, and completed it two days ahead of time. He made it very understandable as to why we were having the concerns we do. He will be putting a proposal and price together for the work that needs to be done after discussing it with his manager. He came out for our annual inspection, took the time to address my questions and concerns, and came back a few days later to install a new dehumidifier due to an issue with the older one. Chris' attention to detail, courteous and patient manor, and knowledge of the business and systems is top notch! He has promptly returned texts and phone calls and offered to address any additional concerns as they may arise. His colleague Jacob Redman who assisted on the install was also very professional and knowledgeable. We've had great service and look forward to continue to work with Chris and the JES team!

We had JES encapsulate our crawl space. All of the insulation had fallen down and the floor was not protected. The crew that came out to do our install (John, Paibai and Mohammad) were fantastic. They did a great job and worked very quickly. They kept me informed of what they were doing and how it was going. The transformation is incredible. I want to thank them for their hard work and great attitudes. They took great pride in making sure everything looked good and was done correctly. They explained all that was done and showed me the final product. I would recommend highly.
