This review is solely for the estimator that came to my home, Michael. He was on time, knowledgeable, pleasant, patient, and kind. He walked me through the whole process, answered all my questions, and showed me photos of past projects. He followed up in a timely manner as I was going through several estimates and shared their price matching and other estimate details. In the end, I went with another company but his professionalism and thoughtfulness are a strong and bright reflection of JES and how they treat their employees and how their employees care about their company!

Interesting. I left a mixed Google review of JES a few months ago. They replied that they checked their records, I was not in their file, and to call them to follow up. The next day, I received a phone call from someone claiming to be from JES, and we set a date and time for him to come to my home to check the problems I had with the work. This person never showed up. Was he even with JES or was someone trying to scam me in some way? I searched his phone number online and nothing came up.

I recently had to have some foundation work done to my home as well as getting it encapsulated. We decided to go with JES Foundation Repair and could not have been anymore pleased. It was a 4 day job and we had the pleasure of getting to know Joe Autry and Dontay. They arrived every day with a smile on their face ready to go to work. They were able to finish the job in one day. They were courteous and professional. They gave a thorough explanation about everything they did. Roberto, Eduardo,Suave and Dennison did a OUTSTANDING JOB on our crawl space. We are impressed the way they work together as team to removed all the debris out of the crawl space and get it prepare for installing the sub pump, black tubing and dehumidifier. The work they did as follow: Installed 2 inches insulation all around the foundation, dig trench around the perimeter for drainage and lay the black tubing and gravel on top , dig 2 holes 2ft deep for the sub pump, lay down white plastic bearers on top of the dirt , installed dehumidifier unit ,vent and crawl space new . Highly recommended Roberto, Eduardo, Suave, Denison to do your crawl space and there are “EXCELLENT TEAM “. Daniel, the electrical. He is a very thorough installing the wiring and vey dedicated to his job. Thank you for all of your hard work.. Thank you, Virgil and Emma

When we decided to sell our house who knew it would come with so many problems! You find so many things you never noticed and one of those things I noticed was some cracks in the bricks. Called a brick guy and he just wanted to hide it with mortar, but did say I should check my foundation. So I called one company and they tried to rip me off with inflated prices because I’m female. So, I decided a second opinion was necessary. The second company I called was JES Foundation because everyone kept dropping their name. I was wary about calling them because I was afraid it would be too expensive. Man was I wrong. Not only were the prices comparable to the other company I called, they wanted to do it right! The contract actually had a layout of the actual work they would be doing(the other company did not include that!) and when they said they would be here at 8am they were here!!! On time? Augustine and his crew were so great. Professional, caring of my yard and dedicated to their work. I also want to thank Brian Perrin for his inspection and the photos he sent me of my crawlspace. Now at this point you can tell I’m impressed with this company. To say they blew me away is an understatement. I think the moral of my long post is hire the best to get the best. These guys are the best! Thank you JES and your great team.

I didn't feel rushed when I asked my questions and he did a thorough review of the work Groundworks had done in 2019, 2022 and 2023. It was comforting to hear that everything is aligned and level as it should be. Jeff was knowledgeable, professional and personable. I had a consultation with Paul Grauer yesterday, and I must say I was extremely impressed with how thorough and professional he was throughout the entire process. He took the time to clearly explain the company, the foundation repair process, and how the materials would be applied, ensuring I fully understood every step. What stood out to me most was the level of care and patience he showed during our conversation. He even encouraged me to call my wife so she could be included in the discussion and have all of her questions answered as well. At no point did I feel rushed — he made sure we were comfortable, informed, and confident in the process. That level of customer service and attention to detail is exactly what earned my business. I’m now genuinely excited to move forward with the repairs and appreciate the experience Paul provided.

Thank heaven for JES! Not only did they discover our sump pump had stopped working long ago, but they also recognized the work needed would be beyond just swapping out a pump. The intake lines had clogged and the tank was filled to the brim with unspeakable creepy black gunk. Other companies estimates didn’t include full removal of the crud or clearing intake/outflow lines. Then Ben, the installer arrived. He was 120% professional, respectful, eager, and friendly…even when he found a dead frog floating on the surface of the goop! You can tell that Ben really loves his work. It was joyful to witness his tenacity in getting that tank completely clean even though it took twice as long as was probably expected. And then near the end of the job, when verifying the lines were clear, another frog appeared. This time the frog was alive. Undaunted, Ben rescued and removed it. Throughout the process Ben inspired confidence in the quality and thoroughness of the work to be performed. I would recommend JES from beginning of the estimate process, scheduling communications, through job complete.

I’m really happy with the work and conduct of the JES team. I hired them to install 6 pilings to stabilize a garage I had built 4 years ago. They arrived on time, and sent me a text on both mornings when they arrived. The crew was led by Santos Cruz, who was pleasant to speak with and was knowledgeable about the work being done. He answered all of my questions before and during the process. His team consisted of David Allerdings, Lucas Batista, and Joseph Wooten. All of the guys were very tolerant of my two Dogs who occasionally were sniffing and barking around the job site. Even though several of the holes were 5+ feet deep, they did a great job keeping them close to the building in an attempt to not dig up more than needed. The finished job looked very good, and except for the loss of grass, looked almost untouched. Additionally they buried a downspout pipe that had been previously laid on top of the ground which was a nice touch to finish off the job.

I have had a great experience with JES! It started with my annual inspection with Joey Guth who did the inspection and he found a couple of issues! He showed me pictures and explained the solutions! He also presented me with an estimate for the repairs! Once I accepted the estimate! It was only a couple of weeks before JES could get the permits and a crew ready to. One do the work. The crew was Luis and Jose! They showed up on time and were very courteous and respectful to my concerns. Luis showed me pictures of the work and was able to explain exactly what they had done to stabilize the foundation of my house! They left my yard clean! I am very pleased with JES and the employees that I interacted with!

Chris Phillips from JES came out yesterday to upgrade my sump pump to a unit with a battery backup that would pump even if the power was out. He was very knowledgeable and did a great job removing the old pump and installing the new and improved setup. Chris’s workmanship was top notch as he connected all the plumbing and electrical controls. He tested it all out and now I have the peace of mind that the crawl space will stay dry even if we lose power during a storm. I highly recommend Chris and JES for your foundation and crawlspace work.

We live in a newer home and our pest control service noticed the crawl space had high humidity. To protect our investment, we decide to encapsulate the crawl space. Christian Distler-Caravetta at JES inspected the crawl and provided a couple options. Upon purchase Christian had the job completed the following week, and in one day. Christian and the team were top notch, exceptional service! Since encapsulating we have noticed the indoor humidity and temperature are significantly less variable and our hardwoods are now unaffected by outdoor humidity changes. Many thanks to Christian!
