They also followed up on their work by checking back with us a few days later to ensure we were satisfied. I'd especially like to thank Chaun and his crew for their exceptional work. A clear master of his trade, Chaun ensured our concerns were met beyond expectations. I experienced water coming through my basement walls after two bad rainstorms last September; JES sales representative Adam Crall came later that month to generate a thorough estimate for waterproofing. JES was able to schedule the work for the three days before Thanksgiving. Foreman John Rector and crew members Darrin and Paibai were OUTSTANDING! They were very accommodating and understanding, patient with me who was very apprehensive about jackhammers in the basement (and about the dust potential!). They cleaned up thoroughly! Worth the expense! I recommend them without hesitation!

My scheduled appointment with Cameron ******** from the Mobile, AL. branch was for 12:00 noon, and before the time of the appointment, I received a phone call from Cameron, who stated that he had finished early on another job in the area and wanted to see if I would like to have him come out sooner. I was very pleased to hear that and I was accommodating. Once Cameron arrived, he introduced himself and we sat down to go over the entire process of what the inspection was going to entail. Cameron was very professional, knowledgeable of the job, and a very polite man. After going over the process, Cameron asked if there were any questions I had for him or concerns I've noticed since the install. I did go over a couple of things that were noticed and I was reassured all would be investigated and corrected within the company's ability (Meaning anything outside of what they can do, won't be able to be done which, makes perfect sense). The process of measuring, analyzing, and making adjustments went smooth and quick. Cameron then sat back down with me to discuss his assessment of things and what was done. The appointment from the AFS company that is located out of Mobile, AL. was for my yearly inspection. This was the second interaction with AFS and each time, I have been very impressed and pleased. AFS does not disappoint and relying on them to correctly do the work on one of the most important jobs on a home, is why I love this company! This company is my "go to" for life, and so should it be for all that need this type of work done! Again, a big shout out to Cameron ******** for a job well done! Thank you!

After an evaluation by Sean Wheeler, who is very knowledgeable about foundations, basements crawl spaces and recommended by my neighbor. JES encapsulate my crawl space on my home and extend my sump pump drain system. What an amazing crew that came out. Henry Ayala, Jose Rubio, Diego Ayala are top notch professionals, hard working, efficient, polite, took time to explain how things operate. I’ve actually requested that team to come back in the spring time to do some other work from JES. If there were a 100 star rating they would get it. Absolutely excellent!

Our 18 year old basement was filling with rain water more and more as time went on as much as 2 1/2 feet of water, so after seeing the Evergreen/JES commercials many time's we decided to give them a call, Our initial meet and greet was with Jack Hill, the appointment was at our convenience and Jack was exactly on time, seriously nice guy right from the start, we sat down and he explained everything in plan English, no fancy technical stuff like others would throw at you, we then went outside and looked around the foundation and then we went into the basement for him to take measurements, he took his time and I feel he did everything right, we then go back upstairs to discuss our options, he was not pushy trying to sell me what we didn't need, after the job there crew finished, which was an awesome job Jack followed up with me to make sure everything was done to our satisfaction, It's been 1 1/2 years since the job was completed and Jack continues to follow up with me to make sure everything is still good, AND OUR BASEMENT CONTINUES TO STAY DRY AFTER ALL THE MAJOR FLOODING RAINS WE HAD THIS YEAR!!!!!

It's very rare to find a service provider these days who look out for you like JES Foundation Repair did for me. Look at my reviews, I've been doing this a while and I don't mind calling them like I see them. I went into this with GREAT trepidation. I have had so many service providers try to overcharge, never call back, talk over my head, just fill in the blank. In EVERY point of this effort I was blown away. They should get an award for customer service for the communication alone! I set up an inspection and they sent me a confirmation. Beforehand, I got a note. On his way, Corey gave me a call. Then, when he arrived I had a true expert on my hands. Like a CSI episode he gave the problem a detail investigation. Here I am worried about all the other service work I've had done. Corey gave me his professional assessment, we discussed it, and away we went. At no point in my entire experience with JES was I let down. I am a phenomenal fan and will always highly recommend them for your foundation needs.

I had my slab lifted with push piers then filled with poly and this company came in a tad bit more expensive than some other companies however the quality and warranty made them worth the extra cost, which in my opinion is marginal, and their team was professional and explained everything so I knew what was going on during the process. I definitely recommend JES for your foundation repair needs. Huge thanks to the crew that did the repair for push piers it was Agustin G., Agustin L. and Eduardo L. Poly was Andrew F. and Steven S. Super professional they got in did their work and cleaned up great looks like no one was ever there.

JES did wonderful work for our home. The team we had for the outside work was Agustin Morales, Eduardo Morales, and Jorge Duron. They were very professional in every aspect of the job. I was impressed how they took the time to lay plastic down in our flower beds to keep from disturbing the mulch. This seems small but means so much, especially since we just put it down recently. They let us know when they were arriving via text which was great. Agustin explained everything that was being done and did a walk around with us after the work was complete. I had my crawl space encapsulated. We had a problem with moisture seeping through the cement blocks of the crawl space, which then allowed mold to grow. Freddy, Jesus, and Juan did a great job with the installation. They were efficient and the process only took a few hours. Justin the electrician was also really great. And Steven our salesman was very helpful and informative. The price was fair too. I would recommend JES Foundation if you need your crawl space encapsulated.

He was so thorough with his presentation and proposal that we knew JES Foundation Repair was the RIGHT organization for us. The foundation repair work commenced on October 21, 2024. The Foreman (Jaime still and his Team (Angel Molina and Erick Morales) were very efficient and professional. ?The Best? is not strong enough to describe them. The completed the work October 22, 2024. Our foundation repair work was completed more quickly than expected. Rafael Garcia Lopez, Luis Rivera, and Luis David Palma did an excellent job cleaning after the job. Supervisor, Moises Paz, sent photos and updates throughout the process so we knew what was happening outside. We had a hard time finding a company to do this work and would definitely recommend them.

Our Certified Field Inspector, Matthew Grosse, did an exceptional job!! After thoroughly inspecting our foundation and crawl space, he provided detailed photos of the entire area, walked us through the issues and gave us a comprehensive plan to mitigate the problems with our foundation and crawlspace. He explained the permit process, the work to be performed, and the expected outcome. He answered all of my questions and made me feel good about the project. The work will be warranted for life and the warranty is transferrable. We also received a great military discount! Thanks to Matt for his expertise and personal attention!!

I contracted with JES to have my Foundation repaired a Sump Pump and a full basement Dehumidifier installed. The onsite foreman Mr. Jaime Castillo was timely with keeping to the set work schedule JES provided. The work crew, Mr. Noel Larios, Mr. Erik Morales and Mr. Antonio Canales show strong work ethic in preforming their duties. Mr. Castillo explained each step of the job in layman’s terms as they worked. I myself have the habit of asking the same questions repeatedly and the foreman Mr. Castillo would take his time and re-explain the task as they worked. Mr. Canales was also knowledgeable with helping me understand the Sump Pump drainage process.The clean up was excellent paying attention to every detail.

We had a tremendous experience with JES Foundation Repair. The initial inspection and estimate was thoroughly explained and the appointment was made for the work. We needed to move our auxiliary generator so JES could do the work and JES worked seamlessly with us and our generator company. The scheduling went well. The crews called when they were on their way. They showed up on time and explained everything they were going to accomplish on each day. Before and after pictures were taken and progress was readily shared. Tiger and his crew were professional, polite, and a delight to work with. I wish I had the names of each individual to thank them personally, but they quietly went about their work with industry and effort.The crew took great care to leave as little mark as possible on the landscape. Boards were put down to keep ruts from forming while they ferried a tremendous number of bags of gravel and concrete from their truck to the crawlspace! The holes dug on the outside of the house were prepared with the soil on plastic tarps. When the soil was replaced after repair, the yard looked as if it had never been disturbed. The best part of all of this is that we can really tell the difference in the foundation. Doors open and close with little effort that had previously been very difficult to work. A crack in the drywall can now be patched and painted. The floors are secure. We are very happy with the service and work. Great Job!
