I called JES for mold concerns in crawl spaces and also found that I had some structural support issues. Celeste C. came out to inspect and was awesome- knowledgeable and thorough. Tyler Holthaus, Brandon Warren, Larry Robinson Jr, and Roosevelt White did an amazing job, efficient and great attention to detail. Really nice guys working in some especially tricky tight spots! I would recommend JES Foundation Repair. Right from the start, I enjoyed working with Elizabeth in the planning of my project. She checked in throughout the entire process. Going in to the project, we knew it was a big project. However we ran into a few unforeseen difficulties, Dada, Cody and Pepe did a great job in communicating with me about the status of our project multiple times a day. While it took a little longer than anticipated, I am just so happy knowing my home is safe from the water that has been damaging my house.

Jay came out to my house to conduct a free estimate to see if some of the cracks in my foundation were symptomatic of a larger problem, or were anything to worry about. He was very professional, took some measurements – including with a laser level – and looked around for any additional signs of a foundation issue. He took the time to explain things to me, and really helped me understand my foundation, terminology, and things to watch for! He helped to point out that I wasn't in any danger from the issues I saw, and gave me helpful advice on ways to make sure it stays that way! Would highly recommend JES to anyone (and would come back to them if I ever have any other issues), but especially would recommend to first time homeowners who have questions and want a straight up and honest answer on their issues!

I can’t say enough good things about Freddy Zavaleta, Walter Zavaleta, and Jaime Salas who did the repairs: they were friendly, timely, and did wonderful work. Also, the permit team at JES really helped us when we still hadn’t received word from the city and it had been 6 weeks (and my husband and I had been sleeping on the couch and floor because the support beams were so bad under our room). To be honest, I have been having issues with JES since we moved into our house. I always felt like we were trying to be scared into buying a service. However, Ethan came out today and he was the first technician that made me feel like I was actually heard and did exactly what I wanted him to. Plus, he was seriously so happy and a big ball of sunshine! Ethan actually changed my perception about my past service calls with JES. If I had to recommend a technician from JES, it would definitely be Ethan!

The inspector, Jay called early Tuesday to see if we could meet at 1130. Jay showed up on time and we immediately dug into the issue…a likely sunken corner foundation of my carport. Jay covered all the possible solutions, went thru the warranty, timing, cost, etc. At no point did I feel pressured to make a decision and Jay conducted himself in a pleasant and professional manor.

We just had our dehumidifier replaced. JES technicians David Hill and Landon Pollard did a great job! The new dehumidifier was a bit bigger than the old one and they had to do some extra work getting it in but they were fantastic. They arrived on time and completed the job earlier than expected, well done! ??

My field inspector Rick Smith drove 2 1/2 hours and then spent 3 hours with me fully inspecting my foundation and explaining every detail of the process and educating me along the way. I felt like he really cared and wasn’t just trying to sell me the most expensive product. Because I felt so comfortable with Rick, I feel confident that JES is going to go above and beyond in repairing my foundation and protecting my home.

First and foremost, I NEVER write reviews; however, I found it necessary in this case because the two young men who came to perform the work were true professionals. Foreman Michael Kuffour and Co-foreman Alan Brown arrived on time! They professionally introduced themselves. I felt immediately at ease because once I directed them to the area that needed repair, they quickly communicated operation issues and recommended changes so that the work to be performed was accurately understood in layperson's terms. They utilized precision measuring instruments and fixtures to measure the dimensions of finished work pieces: downspouts and sump pump operations. They were extremely conscientious and ensured that work complied with all relevant codes, standards, and job specifications. They followed procedures to maintain the work environment neat and orderly. Mike, the Project Supervisor, arrived. Mike was knowledgeable and provided information on further work and any materials and equipment needed. He communicated ways to gain efficiencies and more effective installation methods in collaboration with us (the customer), which I greatly appreciated so that we could meet the goals and work towards a final resolution to our water problem. He inspected the Encapsulation work under the crawl space also. Once the meeting was over, I felt secure that the remainder of the result would be proficiently performed and up to code. I recommend JES to anyone, for they provide A-1 work. The guys that they sent were tens (10) in every sense. For this, I give them five stars ***** . Thank You
