Jeanne was very thorough during the initial viewing of our property. She then returned and met with my wife and I and was very gracious in explaining the details of what JES was proposing to do to repair our chimney that was pulling away from the side of the house. Jeanne was very professional in every aspect of her explaining, answering questions, and providing relief to my stressed out wife as we had been given an estimate by a brick Mason that was much more expensive than what Jeanne had proposed to us. All in all Jeanne is a true professional and leaves no details out of the proposal and the repair. Thanks for a wonderful experience Jeanne and JES foundation repair.

My original appointment was to be on a Friday at 2pm. JES texted me the Monday prior asking if I would like to change the appointment to Tuesday at 2, which was great. The inspector, Jay called early Tuesday to see if we could meet at 1130. Jay showed up on time and we immediately dug into the issue…a likely sunken corner foundation of my carport. Jay covered all the possible solutions, went thru the warranty, timing, cost, etc. At no point did I feel pressured to make a decision and Jay conducted himself in a pleasant and professional manor.

Corey Griffin and Bryen Hailey visited my property 4/14/26 and thoroughly addressed every issue I was experiencing. JES Foundation Repair had the lowest pricing and the fastest response time–and I consulted with several other waterproofing companies that said there's no way any company would do the job at that price! I hired JES Foundation to waterproof the exterior of my home and install a crawlspace dehumidifier. The crew of Henry A. Portillo, Jose Rubio, and Jose R. Garcia did a great job of digging down to my footers, putting membrane and drain tile, and then backfilling the exterior. We had some miscommunication about the scope of the work, but Rudy made sure to send another crew and get the work done exactly as I expected it. And then Rudy sent both a mason and a handyman to fix any damage that was done by the Bobcat. I'd highly recommend JES Foundation Repair.

When we bought our old house, the original weep tile had collapsed over time and ground water was seeping into our basement. We also had a crawl space from a 1920’s addition that was dry but needed sealing. Groundworks (which was Foundation Systems of Michigan at the time), did a great job. The perimeter of the entire basement was opened up for new drain tubing and the walls were covered with their vapor membrane. Amazing what a dry basement can do for a house. Since then, we’ve added on and required their services twice more. Always professional, conscientious about cleaning up afterwards (especially on the first job which was a big job), and willing to work with us on small updates. Dale and John are two excellent representatives for Groundworks and I highly recommend them.

The JES team of Antione G, Troy G, and Gerald P. did an outstanding job of making sure my nearly 100 year old basement will never flood again. They were diligent. And LOUDâ ¦ not their fault because jackhammers are loud. They answered all my questions and cleaned up their work area. He came out for our annual inspection, took the time to address my questions and concerns, and came back a few days later to install a new dehumidifier due to an issue with the older one. Chris' attention to detail, courteous and patient manor, and knowledge of the business and systems is top notch! He has promptly returned texts and phone calls and offered to address any additional concerns as they may arise. JES did a fantastic job on our foundation repair! Tice was an absolute pleasure to work with. He spent 3 hours under our house and took over 200 pictures of the damage. Then he spent another 2 hours answering all our questions and explaining the process of repairing the damage and preventing it from happening again. Even though it was a daunting situation, Tice made it palatable and eased our anxiety. Juan and his team were terrific. They worked hard to get the job done and they left no mess! We now have a completely secure foundation and crawl space. It’s actually pleasant to go under our house now! I highly recommend JES to anyone who needs foundation repair. I have already recommended them to my neighbors and friends!

We contacted JES to come out to give us an estimate for spray insulation in the crawl space to help with the cold floors in our home. Blake Snidow came out to meet with us. He went in the crawl space and did an inspection. He found we had several issues under there that he suggested we take care of first. Blake came back after reviewing and gave us several options to correct our issues. He did a great job explaining everything. Unfortunately at this time being on a fixed income we are not going to fix the issues. When we can do it we will definitely call JES.

Hats off to the awesome crew that raised our foundation this week! They were professional, friendly, worked efficiently, and left my yard better than it was before they started. There were a few hiccups in the beginning but our foreman, Manuel Guzman, sorted things out and worked towards the best solution. His team, Jose Cruz, Mayro, and Ruben and him worked so hard. I am greatful with the extensive knowledge and professionalism from technician Corey who serviced my home. Corey caught a mistake and explained everything to me in great detail. Corey also took it upon himself to orchestrate and coordinate the new install date along with the city permit process. What could have turned out to be a nightmare did not due to Corey’s persistent. I really appreciate the sincere effort and I would recommend Jes Foundation to any homeowner needing foundation repair with a proven warranty system.

We contacted JES Foundation Repair after noticing cracks in the walls and uneven floors around the house. They scheduled an inspection quickly, explained the foundation issues in a way that was easy to understand, and gave us a clear plan for the repairs without making the process feel overwhelming. The crew arrived on time, worked efficiently, and kept the area organized throughout the project. After the repair was completed, the difference was noticeable right away and the house felt much more stable. The entire experience was professional, smooth, and far less stressful than we expected going into it.

Alexis, Osman, and Alejandro were courteous and professional during the five days I observed them onsite. Our house needed a wall support system installed and a clogged french drain replaced and we are completely satisfied with their work, however, the true test will be when the Spring and Summer rains hit. The original french drain used to run like a river during the wet season but then last year it stopped draining water. Then the water started coming through the wall. We're looking forward to the french drain sump working again this year and no "crying" walls. I'd add some photos of the beautiful work they did but Google has restrictions for upload source – shame on them. Just one of MANY reasons I'm not a google fan.

Had a problem with our hot water tank not producing hot water. Our technician, Mike H., was straight forward and gave us our options. He even said if we wanted to find other prices that they'd price match (from certified companies). We decided with getting a new tank and thankfully we did because it started leaking while they were working on it. They came Tuesday to do their initial inspection, then came Wednesday to install out new hot water tank! Very happy with the service and friendliness. He also kept shoe covers on and made sure to keep doors closed since we have pets. Highly recommend

We had our seasonal inspection done by JES today. Andre McDuffie was my service technician and he was excellent! He identified the concerns we had and did his best to correct. He made it very understandable as to why we were having the concerns we do. He will be putting a proposal and price together for the work that needs to be done after discussing it with his manager. Over 6 months after having JES complete installing a liner, dehumidifier and pump under our family room addition, we still noticed water. The service repair person, Ethan Mooney, recently came and found that the pump was never plugged in! Ethan was professional and not only fixed that easy problem but installed new equipment and inspected the liner. He was wonderful.
