Foundation concerns can be stressful when buying a home, but Jeanne took the time to thoroughly inspect everything, explain her findings clearly, and answer every question we had with patience and honesty. After needing to fix a crack in our foundation that was leaking water into the basement we did our due diligence and scouted several estimates. We opted for JES with Rudy Gonzalez and Jose Reyes undertaking the task to complete the repairs. From the moment we met Rudy and Jose they were professional, attentive , and ensured I understood the work prior to starting any repairs. They explained each step of the multi step process and encouraged me to take pictures at each milestone. As the repairs came to a completion Rudy and Jose left the worksite cleaner than when they arrived and put professional touches on the freshly poured concrete. At the end, they again reviewed their work and sought questions. Their customer service was impeccable as they showcased their craftsmanship. Thank you Rudy Gonzalez and Jose Reyes.

What a wonderful crew they sent Marty and a younger guy worked for 3 hours in the heat pumping foam nonstop. I dont know what kind of void was under there but they had to come back on another day. The second time worked they filled in some cracks to the slab being lifted which is normal. I feel bad I didnt get the young guys name but I couldnt be happier with their professionalism and dedication to get the job done right.

Jay came out to my house to conduct a free estimate to see if some of the cracks in my foundation were symptomatic of a larger problem, or were anything to worry about. He was very professional, took some measurements – including with a laser level – and looked around for any additional signs of a foundation issue. He took the time to explain things to me, and really helped me understand my foundation, terminology, and things to watch for! He helped to point out that I wasn't in any danger from the issues I saw, and gave me helpful advice on ways to make sure it stays that way! Would highly recommend JES to anyone (and would come back to them if I ever have any other issues), but especially would recommend to first time homeowners who have questions and want a straight up and honest answer on their issues!

JES Foundation Repair had the lowest pricing and the fastest response time–and I consulted with several other waterproofing companies that said there's no way any company would do the job at that price! I hired JES Foundation to waterproof the exterior of my home and install a crawlspace dehumidifier. The crew of Henry A. Portillo, Jose Rubio, and Jose R. Garcia did a great job of digging down to my footers, putting membrane and drain tile, and then backfilling the exterior. We had some miscommunication about the scope of the work, but Rudy made sure to send another crew and get the work done exactly as I expected it. And then Rudy sent both a mason and a handyman to fix any damage that was done by the Bobcat. I'd highly recommend JES Foundation Repair.

James did amazing! Definitely recommend him and this company — only thing I didn’t love was that I had to pay for an hour and a half for him to go get a part ($325) and drive back to my house. It took him about 15 minutes tops to fix the drain and I wish it was more cost efficient. I had to send a picture beforehand and wish they would have brought the part the first time. But all in all would recommend James!!

I contacted JES Foundation Repair to fix my sinking driveway and I was completely impressed by the professionalism and dedication demonstrated by everyone I met. Bryan Rutherford and Morgan Oakley arrived at my home right on time. They were friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. They started working right away, also took the time to thoroughly explain to me the entire process and gave me an accurate estimated time of completion. When the job was about 90% finished, unfortunately a piece of equipment broke down. They finished the remaining tasks as much as they could, cleaned the worksite and promised to come back a week later to complete the job, as soon as the faulty equipment was fixed. To my surprise, Bryan called me the next morning and told me that he’d be back on that day, as he was concerned about the unsealed area of the driveway and wanted to take care of it right away. He managed to find a workaround, drove to my house (out of his way) and completed the remaining job. They did such a fantastic job my driveway almost looks like a new one again! Thank you, Bryan, Morgan, Jesse for your help. I would not hesitate to recommend JES Foundation Repair to anyone in need of reliable and trustworthy concrete repair.

We have used JES Foundation Repair in Ashland for a few projects over the years, and they encapsulated our crawl space and installed a dehumidifier.What really sets JES apart is their long-term commitment to their customers. No major home project is perfect, and whenever minor follow-up problems have arisen from past work, they have stepped up without hesitation. They don't just disappear after the initial job is done; their team is highly responsive. For example, when our dehumidifier needed attention, Brian Donald came back out, assessed the situation, and fixed the issue promptly and professionally. It is rare to find a contractor that truly stands behind their work and maintains that level of accountability. Knowing they will always return to make things right gives us total peace of mind. Mr. Rudy Gonzale, Superintendant at the JES in Bristow, VA, came to our rescue when my husband and I called about a foundation water problem. Rudy showed up in a very timely manner. He was very polite, professional, and very knowledgeable. He explained things in a way in which we could understand what was going on with the issue we were experiencing. Rudy listened to and understood our concerns and in a very professional manner he demonstrated empathy and assurance that everything will be alright. Even though my husband and I had never met Rudy before we felt he treated us like he would a family member. Rudy was a blessing to us. He was true to his word that "Everything would be alright". I had a consultation with Paul Grauer yesterday, and I must say I was extremely impressed with how thorough and professional he was throughout the entire process. He took the time to clearly explain the company, the foundation repair process, and how the materials would be applied, ensuring I fully understood every step. What stood out to me most was the level of care and patience he showed during our conversation. We had our basement walls repaired and a water management system installed in our home over 16 years ago and it is still as good as the day JES installed it. Jay Hyman was our sales rep back then and still works at JES, now as a professional inspector. I posted a complaint about 4 months ago regarding an issue I was having with the system installed by JES a few years ago. I want to provide an update. The JES team of Rick, Matt, Dalton, Davonte, and especially JR, we're excellent in resolving the issue. They effectively evaluated the situation, took ownership of the problem, and quickly established a plan to remedy the situation. They were efficient in executing their plan and I am beyond satified with the end results. Everyone exemplified professionalism, were courteous, and respectful. JR's follow up was on point and I am so glad that he was spearheading the effort. Thank you JES. You definitely exceeded my expectations.

Just completed my annual service inspection on my sump pump. JES does a great job of proactively notifying me when it's time for the next check. The technician who came out (Michael) was very professional, timely and helpful. This is the 3rd or 4th year since the remediation work was completed in my basement. Its an expensive project but well worth it for the peace of mind it brings. I would definitely recommend JES for their expertise and after-project support.

I want to recognize Chris Jones with JES for providing one of the most thorough and professional home inspections I have ever experienced. I purchased my home in 2019, and since then I have been trying to solve a persistent HVAC-related problem. My home inspection identified the HVAC system as an area of concern, so I had it serviced, inspected, and cleaned before moving in. Despite that, the evaporator coils continued freezing. I hired one HVAC contractor, who found nothing wrong. When the problem persisted, I hired a second HVAC contractor after the coils froze again. I was again told everything appeared normal and was advised to keep the return vents clear and change the filter regularly. Over time, I also began noticing excessive humidity on the lower level after heavy rains, along with a mildew smell at the bottom of my stairs. The upper level remained cool and properly dehumidified, so I began to suspect the crawlspace. That's when I called JES and met Chris Jones. Before he even entered the crawlspace, Chris took the time to listen carefully to everything I had experienced over the years. He then invited me to accompany him during the inspection, explaining what he was seeing and educating me about the crawlspace as we went. Rather than rushing through the inspection, he methodically evaluated each area and answered my questions. The most significant findings were beneath the air handler. Chris discovered active moisture from a leaking return duct, a disconnected duct near the air handler with mold growth, and a dripping condensate line. These issues had gone undetected despite multiple previous HVAC inspections. What's even more impressive is that this was one of the tightest areas of the crawlspace—roughly 2½ to 3 feet high—yet Chris crawled into it, documented everything with photographs, and shared them with me. He didn't stop there. After I mentioned another area of concern, he willingly investigated it as well. Together we removed part of a wall covering and uncovered additional issues that otherwise would have remained hidden. At the end of the visit, Chris told me he wasn't sure JES would be able to help with all of the problems I had uncovered. What he didn't realize was that he already had. He found the root causes that I had been searching for since buying my home. Chris demonstrated something that is becoming increasingly difficult to find: integrity. He never tried to sell me something I didn't need. He simply performed an exceptionally thorough inspection, educated me throughout the process, and gave me the information I needed to finally understand what was happening in my home. Ironically, the most disappointing part of the experience was that I wasn't able to pay him for the level of expertise and effort he provided. I thought I was scheduling a crawlspace inspection, but what I received was one of the most valuable diagnostic inspections I've had in seven years. Thank you, Chris Jones. Your professionalism, persistence, and integrity are a tremendous asset to JES.

I have had a great experience with JES! It started with my annual inspection with Joey Guth who did the inspection and he found a couple of issues! He showed me pictures and explained the solutions! He also presented me with an estimate for the repairs! Once I accepted the estimate! It was only a couple of weeks before JES could get the permits and a crew ready to. One do the work. The crew was Luis and Jose! They showed up on time and were very courteous and respectful to my concerns. Luis showed me pictures of the work and was able to explain exactly what they had done to stabilize the foundation of my house! They left my yard clean! I am very pleased with JES and the employees that I interacted with!

Our inspector, Wylace Liggon, was fantastic and set the stage for a smooth project. The crew, Rafael Garcia Lopez, Jose Lovato, and Wilton Mendoza were a total powerhouse. The second they arrived on-site, they jumped straight to work and didn't stop. Their communication was easy and transparent, and I was so impressed by the amazing care they took with our property. They were professional, respectful, and efficient. A huge shoutout to our electrician, Justin Basile, as well, for his outstanding work and attention to detail. JES did a fantastic job on our foundation repair! Tice was an absolute pleasure to work with. He spent 3 hours under our house and took over 200 pictures of the damage. Then he spent another 2 hours answering all our questions and explaining the process of repairing the damage and preventing it from happening again. Even though it was a daunting situation, Tice made it palatable and eased our anxiety. Juan and his team were terrific. They worked hard to get the job done and they left no mess! We now have a completely secure foundation and crawl space. It’s actually pleasant to go under our house now! I highly recommend JES to anyone who needs foundation repair. I have already recommended them to my neighbors and friends!
