I had a consultation with Paul Grauer yesterday, and I must say I was extremely impressed with how thorough and professional he was throughout the entire process. He took the time to clearly explain the company, the foundation repair process, and how the materials would be applied, ensuring I fully understood every step. What stood out to me most was the level of care and patience he showed during our conversation. He even encouraged me to call my wife so she could be included in the discussion and have all of her questions answered as well. At no point did I feel rushed — he made sure we were comfortable, informed, and confident in the process. That level of customer service and attention to detail is exactly what earned my business. I’m now genuinely excited to move forward with the repairs and appreciate the experience Paul provided.

After needing to fix a crack in our foundation that was leaking water into the basement we did our due diligence and scouted several estimates. We opted for JES with Rudy Gonzalez and Jose Reyes undertaking the task to complete the repairs. From the moment we met Rudy and Jose they were professional, attentive , and ensured I understood the work prior to starting any repairs. They explained each step of the multi step process and encouraged me to take pictures at each milestone. As the repairs came to a completion Rudy and Jose left the worksite cleaner than when they arrived and put professional touches on the freshly poured concrete. At the end, they again reviewed their work and sought questions. Their customer service was impeccable as they showcased their craftsmanship. Thank you Rudy Gonzalez and Jose Reyes.

PERFECTION all around. Zach Cannon Is absolutely ? great. Best inspection I've had. He's courteous, respectful and when it comes to his job, he's very thorough. He inspects the interior of the home as well and explained why he was asking permission to do so. In the crawlspace he actually checked the jacks and made sure the dehumidifier was clean. It's hard to have a great customer experience these days or receive good customer service. You can tell Zach has pride and takes pride in his work. I'll be requesting him for next year's annual inspection.

Luis, Eduardo and Jose C were the on-site crew and were nothing short of amazing. When unknow issues were found they were quick to talk to those in your office and provide multiple solution choices. Luis and his crew were prompt in their arrivals, wonderfully polite, task driven, detail oriented, always had time for our questions and concerns, very hard workers, efficient in their use of time and left the job site as tidy as possible each day. JES should be thrilled to have such a topnotch crew that represents the company so extraordinarily well. They are absolute gems in this modern day world of home repair High praise for your subcontractors as well. The pest control and brickmasons were top shelf and easy to work with. We hired JES to install a sump pump and repair a crack in our gym after we discovered water damage. While going through the permitting process, we discovered that the water damage was being caused by an unrelated issue with our front steps. Nic from JES came back out to our house free of charge to evaluate the situation and ease our mind. He listened to us and our concerns. After confirming that the water damage was not being caused by the crack in the gym and that the sump pump was not necessary, Nic fully refunded our deposit with JES. Thanks again Nic for stepping in!

Just completed my annual service inspection on my sump pump. JES does a great job of proactively notifying me when it's time for the next check. The technician who came out (Michael) was very professional, timely and helpful. This is the 3rd or 4th year since the remediation work was completed in my basement. Its an expensive project but well worth it for the peace of mind it brings. I would definitely recommend JES for their expertise and after-project support.

I had my slab lifted with push piers then filled with poly and this company came in a tad bit more expensive than some other companies however the quality and warranty made them worth the extra cost, which in my opinion is marginal, and their team was professional and explained everything so I knew what was going on during the process. I definitely recommend JES for your foundation repair needs. Huge thanks to the crew that did the repair for push piers it was Agustin G., Agustin L. and Eduardo L. Poly was Andrew F. and Steven S. Super professional they got in did their work and cleaned up great looks like no one was ever there.

Shortly after Christmas, I walked down to my basement and realized my baseboard was discolored and there was obviously some sort of moisture issue in that area. Turns out, my foundation was cracked. It was very visible from the outside. Oh no. Who do I call for that? I googled and found JES. This company is great. I called. They got me on the schedule right away. Shannon came out for my inspection and consultation was very thorough. Then, following that, the work was scheduled very timely, as well. The day of the work, I met the foreman, Brian, and his crew. Brian walked me through what they would do and, immediately, I knew this was the guy/crew that was going to fix my problem. I just had that feeling. Anyway, if you live in their service area and need foundation repair, then call JES. Their work is quality.

JES did an amazing job on our concrete driveway going into our garage. The driveway had settled in was several inches below the garage, making it very difficult to get into the garage. JES gave us a reasonable estimate and sent Austin to do the repairs. He did an amazing job. Our driveway looks great and now it is not a chore to get into the garage anymore and the driveway looks so much better than it did before JES did the repairs. Austin was excellent in his customer service as he explained the entire process and even allowed me to watch as the amazing process took place. He answered all my questions and made sure that I knew exactly what he was doing. I would use JES for my repairs again and I would encourage anybody that has foundation and driveway repair needing done to use JES. And if you can get Austin to be your repairman, then that is even better!

Andre Williams from JES did a long-overdue and much needed inspection of my crawlspace upgrade done by JES. My crawlspace entrance is not very big and can be challenging. I do not feel comfortable attempting to crawl down there! He made sure that the sump pumps and air-handler were all plugged-in and operating—replacing the back-up battery, which was dead. He is extremely knowledgeable, personable, and efficient—I am so grateful to know that everything is working smoothly.
