We had a great experience with JES! They came out and encapsulated our crawl space we have had ground water issues for a long time. Our crawl space was covered in water, mud, and mold. We have even had other companies come to give us a quote that refused to go down there. The work crew was amazing we had Cory m, Shaine C. And Chris jr out they were hard working on time and kind and very communicative. We even had questions after the job was complete they always responded. I was on the fence about hiring this contractor because of the mix reviews but I am happy we did I am no longer freaking out because I smell mold in my home. However this was a very expensive fix JES is not cheap but they got the work done

After considering a number of contractors for our foundation repair, we chose JES. The team included a number of qualified folks, and the onsite team of Jose Rodriquez, Victor Croz, and Nicolas Levano did a great job for the 2 day project. They were prompt, answered questions, and installed 16 steel brackets to reinforce our basement walls. Time will tell, and the job should result in stabilizing the foundation for a very long time. The company obviously has depth, and solid resources to call on when needed. It's very rare to find a service provider these days who look out for you like JES Foundation Repair did for me. Look at my reviews, I've been doing this a while and I don't mind calling them like I see them. I went into this with GREAT trepidation. I have had so many service providers try to overcharge, never call back, talk over my head, just fill in the blank. In EVERY point of this effort I was blown away. They should get an award for customer service for the communication alone! I set up an inspection and they sent me a confirmation. Beforehand, I got a note. On his way, Corey gave me a call. Then, when he arrived I had a true expert on my hands. Like a CSI episode he gave the problem a detail investigation. Here I am worried about all the other service work I've had done. Corey gave me his professional assessment, we discussed it, and away we went. At no point in my entire experience with JES was I let down. I am a phenomenal fan and will always highly recommend them for your foundation needs.

Shortly after Christmas, I walked down to my basement and realized my baseboard was discolored and there was obviously some sort of moisture issue in that area. Turns out, my foundation was cracked. It was very visible from the outside. Oh no. Who do I call for that? I googled and found JES. This company is great. I called. They got me on the schedule right away. Shannon came out for my inspection and consultation was very thorough. Then, following that, the work was scheduled very timely, as well. The day of the work, I met the foreman, Brian, and his crew. Brian walked me through what they would do and, immediately, I knew this was the guy/crew that was going to fix my problem. I just had that feeling. Anyway, if you live in their service area and need foundation repair, then call JES. Their work is quality.

JES sent Marcelo Flores to do the initial inspection and he helped me understand everything I needed to do to make the solution successful. Marcelo even responded to text messages when I had questions later. The installation was done only a few weeks later by Quintin Holthaus, Damien Files, Dante McKenzie, and Eric Townes. These gentlemen discovered that my footer was an unexpected size and they went above and beyond to adapt to this. They were also very positive and polite at all times. They worked well together as a team. I am very impressed with JES and highly recommend them to anyone!

JES is just fantastic! I experienced water coming through my basement walls after two bad rainstorms last September; JES sales representative Adam Crall came later that month to generate a thorough estimate for waterproofing. JES was able to schedule the work for the three days before Thanksgiving. Foreman John Rector and crew members Darrin and Paibai were OUTSTANDING! They were very accommodating and understanding, patient with me who was very apprehensive about jackhammers in the basement (and about the dust potential!). They cleaned up thoroughly! Worth the expense! I recommend them without hesitation!
