She then returned and met with my wife and I and was very gracious in explaining the details of what JES was proposing to do to repair our chimney that was pulling away from the side of the house. Jeanne was very professional in every aspect of her explaining, answering questions, and providing relief to my stressed out wife as we had been given an estimate by a brick Mason that was much more expensive than what Jeanne had proposed to us.
