Couldnt be happier with the project quality and communication from the workers on sight. The crawl space encapsulation looked very meticulously combed over and done with care and skill, the drain lines dug outside were also done with superb quality but the highlight of the project was without a doubt the workers. Reed Norvell, Charles Simmons, and Darin Harris were incredible workers that were extremely polite and transparent about the state of the job as they relayed regular updates. They were all hospitable, and great at making sure we actively understood what was going on every step of the way not to mention how pleasent and enjoyable they were to talk to. Even with a project this vital and expensive its really the quality of the people and how much you can tell they are putting in that make it a great job and these three workers were truly great, really could not ask for more.

Troy, was an excellent first step into our journey with your company. He did an excellent job of assessing our needs and wants and was quick to provide paperwork and a contract. Luis, Eduardo and Jose C were the on-site crew and were nothing short of amazing. When unknow issues were found they were quick to talk to those in your office and provide multiple solution choices. Luis and his crew were prompt in their arrivals, wonderfully polite, task driven, detail oriented, always had time for our questions and concerns, very hard workers, efficient in their use of time and left the job site as tidy as possible each day. JES should be thrilled to have such a topnotch crew that represents the company so extraordinarily well. They are absolute gems in this modern day world of home repair High praise for your subcontractors as well. The pest control and brickmasons were top shelf and easy to work with. JES was amazing, from start to finish. My estimator was thorough and professional, helping me understand what issues he had identified and how JES would work to remediate it, and helping me work through financing as well. Communication from the scheduling group and the work crews was clear and anticipated my needs; and the teams were on-time, communicating expected and actual arrival. The work crews were a delight to have here. In particular, Tyrone, John, Amir, Kevin, Jackie, and Shai were easy, fun, and kind with one another — all while working extremely hard to tunnel through the worse ice storm this area has seen in 15 years, in order to finish my job on time and precisely as described. They also dug me and my daughter out, when we were stuck in the snow bank on our way to school for the day. That is above and beyond! This is my second time working with JES, and I would hire them again. Highly recommended.

The personnel at JES Foundation Repair Ashland were consummate professionals from the beginning of the process to the end. Our 90-plus-year-old house was sinking by 2" in its middle, so it was imperative that we right the foundation. Tice, utilizing high-tech equipment, assiduously inspected our house for a full four hours, going through every possible detail in a comprehensive and fully comprehensible way–including his offering of affordable financing. In addition, he kept in contact with us every step of the way, patiently answering our multitudinous queries and most importantly aiding us in navigating the permitting process through Albemarle county. Roberto and Oscar, who did the install of a dozen beams and a sump pump, were highly knowledgeable, had numerous years of experience, and worked tirelessly in their doing of a superior job on site; they also did a nice job of cleaning up on the last day. Materials were of the highest quality–there was no cutting corners with JES. All went seamlessly from the beginning of the process to its culmination. I have no reservations whatsoever about JES Foundation and the work they did, and would unhesitatingly recommend them to anyone–the peace of mind they brought us, knowing that our house's foundation is once again stable, is priceless.
