Hats off to the awesome crew that raised our foundation this week! They were professional, friendly, worked efficiently, and left my yard better than it was before they started. There were a few hiccups in the beginning but our foreman, Manuel Guzman, sorted things out and worked towards the best solution. His team, Jose Cruz, Mayro, and Ruben and him worked so hard. I was truly impressed with their skill and so thankful that this was the crew I got for this job!

JES stabilized our house foundation which is in sandy soil close to tidal water. The supervisor, Moises Paz came to the house several times prior to the repair to ensure the engineer had a clear understanding of the problem. He stayed in touch every step of the process. The crew Foreman Jaime Castillo and his team Antonio Canales and Jason Morales were very professional. They put down sheeting to protect the lawns and were careful around the shrubs. Mr. Castillo explained everything he was doing and why. They cleaned up, added top soil and seeded. Very satisfied. We recommend JES and Mr. Paz for any foundation work in Maryland.

We have been experiencing issues with the dehumidifer installed by JES. Mr. Andre Williams responded to our request to have the dehumidifier removed. He removed the existing dehumidifer this afternoon. Mr. Williams is professional, pleasant and courteous. He was a delight to work with.

We had JES repair one side of our sinking foundation years ago and they did a fantastic job. When we recently saw wall cracks on the opposite side of the house, we immediately called them. They are incredibly responsive and so trustworthy. Jay came out, did a thorough inspection, and explained that we had a door problem, not a foundation problem. He also confirmed that JES’s years old fix our our foundation is perfect. We are so relieved to have the piece of mind that JES provides and appreciated Jay’s professionalism, comprehensiveness, and the fact that he went above and beyond (he even did a temporary fix for my door!).

Andre Williams was on time very knowledgeable at his job. Excellent customer service advised me of other things that were needed to improve the air quality in my home. The foundation of my home front porch and explained the importance of the stability of my home and the service call for my Sup pump system was thoroughly inspected and checked and everything is good. Andre is excellent at his job and I greatly appreciated his willingness to help and improve the foundation of my home. JES Foundation Repair had the lowest pricing and the fastest response time–and I consulted with several other waterproofing companies that said there's no way any company would do the job at that price! I hired JES Foundation to waterproof the exterior of my home and install a crawlspace dehumidifier. The crew of Henry A. Portillo, Jose Rubio, and Jose R. Garcia did a great job of digging down to my footers, putting membrane and drain tile, and then backfilling the exterior. We had some miscommunication about the scope of the work, but Rudy made sure to send another crew and get the work done exactly as I expected it. And then Rudy sent both a mason and a handyman to fix any damage that was done by the Bobcat. I'd highly recommend JES Foundation Repair.

Jeswork was really great. The construction engineer took photos of my crawlspace and explained in detail their recommendations and the cost and financing. The work team was excellent and explained what they did each day and showed pictures. They found termites and got in contact with a pest contractor before the encapsulation when my termite contractor failed to come and treat the termites.
