The team who fixed our support beams/foundation was wonderful. I can't say enough good things about Freddy ********* Walter ********* and Jaime ***** who did the repairs: they were friendly, timely, and did wonderful work. Also, the permit team at JES really helped us when we still hadn't received word from the city and it had been 6 weeks (and my husband and I had been sleeping on the couch and floor because the support beams were so bad under our room). Thank you to the entire team!

JES did 2 great jobs for us. We had a concrete slab that settled over the years and Shaun and Chris used their expertise to safely and quickly lift it level. It was amazing to watch! Then the next day Shakeen, Jonathan and Darnell came out and did an entire crawl space encapsulation on our 2800 sqft 1972 brick colonial. These guys worked so hard and did it in a day- making sure everything was perfectly set up to keep our home insulated, pest free and less humid. They showed us pictures of our completed crawl space and left our space totally clean. Everyone was friendly and professional. Thanks to Lee at JES for getting us all set up. We would define use JES again.

Yesterday we had JES come and fix my sidewalk where it had cracked. We were scheduled for 3-4pm. The field workers were down a guy and the jobs ahead of me took longer than planned. By the time TJ King and Carlos Silva got to my house it was already 7pm. I have to say I was amazed at their work ethic. They treated me like I was the first job of the day. They worked without a break and made my sidewalk look perfect. I did not hear one complaint come from either worker the whole time they were here. They left my house sometime after 11:30pm. The only complaint I would have would be with the home office communication (letting clients know that the field team will be late) and the Inspector not communicating how involved the job would be. I will def hire them again.

Scott Ashmore came out and gave us an estimate today for fixing our cement patio. What a nice guy. He explained everything about the job from start to finish. He's very knowledgable and answered all our questions. He left us with a feeling that they will really do a great job but we'll find out. I'll have to leave an update when the job is finished. But I'm confident it will a good one!

I would like to commend the JES team(s) that repaired my foundation and flooring in Nov/Dec 2022. Conan B., Eric Z., Corey B., Cameron M. and David H. all worked extremely hard to repair my 1958 rancher and I am very pleased with the results.They were all genuinely determined to do their best work and I am completely satisfied with the result. Even after we determined that the service I was looking for isn’t a service JES provides and I felt like I had wasted his time he remained professional and pleasant and assured me it was no trouble and he was happy to take a look around while he was here to see if there were any concerns that he could inform me about.Although I won’t be using this company for this project, I am pleased with experience and will definitely consider JES for future needs if they arise.(the service I was wanting: to have an egress window cut into the basement foundation)Update 12/7/22 – Bradley just called me and informed me that he found someone who may be able to help with the egress window. Awesome crew! Paul Watkins, Yasser Garcia and Thomas Jackson came to my home to waterproof my crawlspace and install a sump pump. The process was explained in detail and was completed on time. At the end of each day, there were photos and an explanation of the work that was done. I am extremely pleased with the work that was completed by JES! Will recommend to my friends!
