JES recently completed work for us, and I would like to commend the crew—Jamie Castillo, Edras Aguilera, and Joel Larlas—for the quality, speed, and value of their work. Their efficiency and professionalism were evident throughout the project. Each team member knew his role and executed it exceptionally well; their teamwork and skill made what initially seemed like a complex job unfold with impressive ease. JES just performed “PolyRenewal” concrete slab leveling around our pool deck. You can barely see the penetration holes and the slabs are completely level with no tripping hazards. The two technicians; Kavon C and Justin R were great and you could tell that they knew their craft. Great guys that were efficient, prompt and very engaging! We are completely pleased with the final results!

Joe A. and his team crushed our crawlspace encapsulation. They came out the start day and walked the job site with me and put my mind at ease. Joe worked late the first day to make sure the job got done but had to return to install a pump to the dehumidifier. They did it this morning which took them no time. I would recommend JES and Joe’s team to anyone in need of waterproofing or encapsulation.

We had our outside walkway lifted today as it had sunk to a dangerous angle. JES gave us a thorough inspect and estimate. They arrived early and did an excellent job being very respectful of the lawn and gardens. Bryan Rutherford and Austin Hicks were the technicians on the job. Very pleasant to deal with and explained everything. Thanks JES.

Chris did my assessment, explained the issues with pictures and videos then made sure I understood every aspect of the solution. Roberto and his team finished up in three days. They were great. Very friendly and explained everything they were doing. I don’t know how this could have gone smoother. Adam, the electrician, was great as well. It was a two plus hour drive for all of them to get down here and I really do appreciate it. I recommended them to my Father in law and would do so for anyone else that needs foundation work.

He's very knowledgable and answered all our questions. He left us with a feeling that they will really do a great job but we'll find out. I'll have to leave an update when the job is finished. Excellent customer service & explanation during inspection. I have a concrete slab with a large crack, and other signs of it having sunk in places. It's been overwhelming to wrap my head around how such a thing gets fixed (this is my first home,) and this appears to be an awful issue to have. I decided to start with Groundworks for an inspection. Booking was very easy. Brendan was my inspector, and he immediately made me feel comfortable & confident about the project. He called the day before to talk about my issue, & texted before arriving at my home. He was incredibly thorough in his inspection. He talked me through everything he was seeing & listened to my concerns. He had to explain A LOT to me about concrete & how it is effected by weather, water, soil changes, etc. He was patient & kind. He inspected the house inside and out, and we talked about the slab project & also my crawl space, which has issues that are likely effecting the slab. Brendan sat down & showed me several videos explaining what was going on with the slab & crawl space, and how Groundworks would go about fixing both. He even called one of his colleagues, a project foreman, to answer something he wasn't certain about. We spoke to the foreman together on speaker phone, so I could ask follow up questions & fully understand the best option for fixing my slab. Together, Brendan & Chris recommended we stabilize my slab as compared to lifting it, bc I have pipes inside the slab & I'm doing polished concrete for the final flooring. (we can make the floor level in that process). Stabilization will involve demo work to pull up the existing parquet flooring & drilling small holes in the concrete at various spots to inject the polymer which will replace eroded soil under the slab, fill any gaps where moisture & water have penetrated & thus, secure the slab. Brendan explained all the warranty & continued services they will provide to make sure the slab continues to be in good shape. The price was well below the number I had swimming around in my head. I thought it would be $30k or more, but it's approx $10k. I couldn't believe it. The work also can be done over 2 days, which blew my mind. The work will take place in a couple weeks. I will do a follow up review about that, and also the crawl space project. I feel comfortable with Brendan advising me on my house projects & confident in what will happen. I finally have piece of mind that my house will be fixed properly & not become the money pit nightmare I feared.
