Just completed my annual service inspection on my sump pump. JES does a great job of proactively notifying me when it's time for the next check. The technician who came out (Michael) was very professional, timely and helpful. This is the 3rd or 4th year since the remediation work was completed in my basement. Its an expensive project but well worth it for the peace of mind it brings. I would definitely recommend JES for their expertise and after-project support.

He explained everything he did clearly, as well as making sure we understood what to watch for as far as potential problems. We hired JES to install a sump pump and repair a crack in our gym after we discovered water damage. While going through the permitting process, we discovered that the water damage was being caused by an unrelated issue with our front steps. Nic from JES came back out to our house free of charge to evaluate the situation and ease our mind. He listened to us and our concerns. After confirming that the water damage was not being caused by the crack in the gym and that the sump pump was not necessary, Nic fully refunded our deposit with JES. Thanks again Nic for stepping in!

Awesome! JES was the only company that was going to permit and have the county inspect their work. Top notch quality and the best value compared to other contractors that bid non permitted work. They fixed my sinking sidewalk and moldy crawlspace. The floors are warm all winter long and the house smells clean and fresh. Nick Feaster was a great inspector. He seemed new at this job but was well trained and personable. 100% would recommend!
