Ray did an amazing job! He was professional and courteous. He was knowledgeable about the work. (On a side note, I think he said he had been a plumber for 20 years.) He was actually able to come a little earlier than scheduled, which was great because I thought I might have to reschedule my dryer replacement appointment. The work was done quickly, and we are happy customers!

Awesome crew! Paul Watkins, Yasser Garcia and Thomas Jackson came to my home to waterproof my crawlspace and install a sump pump. The process was explained in detail and was completed on time. At the end of each day, there were photos and an explanation of the work that was done. I am extremely pleased with the work that was completed by JES! Will recommend to my friends!

Interesting. I left a mixed Google review of JES a few months ago. They replied that they checked their records, I was not in their file, and to call them to follow up. The next day, I received a phone call from someone claiming to be from JES, and we set a date and time for him to come to my home to check the problems I had with the work. This person never showed up. Was he even with JES or was someone trying to scam me in some way? I searched his phone number online and nothing came up.

Rob was so helpful and thorough guiding us in the areas that needed attention. Fantastic and efficient alternative to pouring new concrete to fix trip hazards and back filling holes to deter rodents.
