Andre Williams from JES did a long-overdue and much needed inspection of my crawlspace upgrade done by JES. My crawlspace entrance is not very big and can be challenging. I do not feel comfortable attempting to crawl down there! He made sure that the sump pumps and air-handler were all plugged-in and operating—replacing the back-up battery, which was dead. He is extremely knowledgeable, personable, and efficient—I am so grateful to know that everything is working smoothly.

Chris Phillips was amazing. He was friendly, knowledgeable and completely saved us from getting flooded in the crawl. We didn’t realize an outlet where one of the pumps was plugged into, was inoperable.. he could have just left it that way and told us to get an electrician – but he went above and beyond to actually find a solution until we could get an electrician to fix it. Which minimizes the emergency for us. Now we can take a day to get it fixed without the concern of flooding. Thanks Chris!

They arrived early and did an excellent job being very respectful of the lawn and gardens. Bryan Rutherford and Austin Hicks were the technicians on the job. I recently understood what the cracks in the walls meant. *sigh* I did some research and contacted JES Foundation. I got an immediate response and inspection date. The team sent Michael Kim to assess my issue. Now, finding out that your house is shifting is not good news. Why? Cost? Fear? Is my house going to sink? However, Mike (Michael Kim of the Manassas office in VA) (hope he doesn't mind if I call him Mike) was very good at keeping me calm. He was very knowledgeable, kind and patient. I appreciate his dedication to his clients and his attention to detail and overall professionalism. I appreciate everything that has happened up to this date. I suspect I will be happy with the overall service. Greatly appreciated.

Celeste from JES went above and beyond. After having plumbers here multiple times, no one got to the root of our problem until Celeste got here and spent a great deal of time crawling under our house to find the problem. It’s been years that we’ve been trying to figure out why our basement is wet, and no one else could figure it out. I am so grateful for Celeste and JES. They are truly committed to finding solutions.
