I rarely write reviews but I just had to rave about Ajeet Ryatt of JES Foundation. I'm experiencing interior cracking and was afraid there was a foundation issue. From the moment he arrived Ajeet was the model of professionalism. He explained the evaluation process and answered all of my questions. Thankfully, my issue was not related to the foundation. Of course I would never wish foundation issues on anyone but in the event you need foundation repair, I highly recommend JES and Ajeet.

Joe A. and his team crushed our crawlspace encapsulation. They came out the start day and walked the job site with me and put my mind at ease. Joe worked late the first day to make sure the job got done but had to return to install a pump to the dehumidifier. They did it this morning which took them no time. I would recommend JES and Joe’s team to anyone in need of waterproofing or encapsulation.

What a team of hard workers! Bruce C. sat with us for a couple hours to work up a plan and explain the process, Antoine G. and his team Gearld P., Troy G., and Kevin P. were amazing with the installation inside and out! Knocked it out in 2 days and kept the entire work area nice and clean! They walked through the completed work and were very efficient and professional. Jay came out to my house to conduct a free estimate to see if some of the cracks in my foundation were symptomatic of a larger problem, or were anything to worry about. He was very professional, took some measurements – including with a laser level – and looked around for any additional signs of a foundation issue. He took the time to explain things to me, and really helped me understand my foundation, terminology, and things to watch for! He helped to point out that I wasn't in any danger from the issues I saw, and gave me helpful advice on ways to make sure it stays that way! Would highly recommend JES to anyone (and would come back to them if I ever have any other issues), but especially would recommend to first time homeowners who have questions and want a straight up and honest answer on their issues!

I am very pleased with the professionalism, expertise, and courtesy of the JES foundation team. Roberto, Keith, and Jose explained the encapsulation process to my complete satisfaction! They informed me of their arrival each day and promptly started work.They provided me with before and after pictures of the project so I could see the scope of work performed. They took time to answer my questions in the middle of their work and ensured my understanding. They did a thorough job of cleaning up the work area and left contact information for follow up concerns. The crew foreman, Rod, kept me informed of their arrival time. Upon arrival we covered the installation details and everything was laid out as planned.
