It's very rare to find a service provider these days who look out for you like JES Foundation Repair did for me. Look at my reviews, I've been doing this a while and I don't mind calling them like I see them. I went into this with GREAT trepidation. I have had so many service providers try to overcharge, never call back, talk over my head, just fill in the blank. In EVERY point of this effort I was blown away. They should get an award for customer service for the communication alone! I set up an inspection and they sent me a confirmation. Beforehand, I got a note. On his way, Corey gave me a call. Then, when he arrived I had a true expert on my hands. Like a CSI episode he gave the problem a detail investigation. Here I am worried about all the other service work I've had done. Corey gave me his professional assessment, we discussed it, and away we went. At no point in my entire experience with JES was I let down. I am a phenomenal fan and will always highly recommend them for your foundation needs.

Had cold floors during the winter and wanted this fixed. Michael Berger came out and suggested encapsulating my craw space. Was very professional and answered all emails immediately. The guys who came out to do the work were very polite and professional. Had 2 separate teams come out and both teams where great. The crawlspace deffinently had its obstacles due to a addition being built previously and hard to get to areas. After the job was done lots of pics were takin so I could see the areas that were hard to get to. This was great because it insured me it was done correctly. The encapsulation looks great and worked well. Had a small coldspot still and was immediately contacted by Sean Wheeler to get this addressed . They came out for free to assure that my issue was addressed and that I was satisfied. Now my floors are warm and it's 25°. Don't be scared to go with the bigger company. JES Foundation is an amazing company and I highly recommend them.

They worked tirelessly over the course of 3 days to take equipment and supplies to a basement with no outside entrance. They kept my house as free as possible from dust and debris. I had a subsidence problem that was addressed by a multi-pronged approach, a series of push piers to stabilize the perimeter of the foundation and central supports to level central beams of my home's frame. The house is now stable. The crews that did the site work were careful of my property, courteous, and showed no aversion nor complaint to go the extra mile to hand dig where it was obvious that the heavy equipment could not be brought into my fenced-in property. The communication throughout the process was great and sales support was responsive and helpful. This company hires, respects, and assists veterans.

Thank heaven for JES! Not only did they discover our sump pump had stopped working long ago, but they also recognized the work needed would be beyond just swapping out a pump. The intake lines had clogged and the tank was filled to the brim with unspeakable creepy black gunk. Other companies estimates didn’t include full removal of the crud or clearing intake/outflow lines. Then Ben, the installer arrived. He was 120% professional, respectful, eager, and friendly…even when he found a dead frog floating on the surface of the goop! You can tell that Ben really loves his work. It was joyful to witness his tenacity in getting that tank completely clean even though it took twice as long as was probably expected. And then near the end of the job, when verifying the lines were clear, another frog appeared. This time the frog was alive. Undaunted, Ben rescued and removed it. Throughout the process Ben inspired confidence in the quality and thoroughness of the work to be performed. I would recommend JES from beginning of the estimate process, scheduling communications, through job complete.
