We are in the 19 month of an expected 3 month addition build and kitchen remodel. During the process major errors were made in our foundation for the addition that led to flooding and our new addition crawl space not even being able to pass inspection.Brian at JES came in and helped us understand everything that had gone wrong with the original foundation work by our contractor and then helped us create a plan with him and JES to fix everything and get it right.Brian came by the house regularly, checked on our needs, helped us with financing, and helped us prep for the work.Then Paul and team came in and in 2 days totally transformed but was called “the mud room” (our addition crawl space) to a place that could pass foundation inspections and was clean and usable storage space.I cannot say in words how grateful I am for JES and team. Not only did they do the work with excellence … they cared and excelled in listening to us and working with us to rectify a really challenging situation.Thank you JES !

6:00am on Saturday is no time for plumbing issues and yet there it was. Laundry in the washer soaked and both bathrooms unusable. Called my plumber but got voice mail. They don’t do weekends. Who to call? I had no idea. This had the potential to be a terrible, horrible, no good, very bad day. A1 Sewer and Drain was recommended in the Neighborhood app. I gave it a shot and gave them a call. I now have a new plumber! Will definitely use them again. Prince was. very knowledgeable and polite and guided me through next steps. The young lady on the phone that scheduled the appointment was kind and sympathetic. Highly recommend this business!

The JES team of Antione G, Troy G, and Gerald P. did an outstanding job of making sure my nearly 100 year old basement will never flood again. They were diligent. And LOUDâ ¦ not their fault because jackhammers are loud. They answered all my questions and cleaned up their work area. JES did wonderful work for our home. The team we had for the outside work was Agustin Morales, Eduardo Morales, and Jorge Duron. They were very professional in every aspect of the job. I was impressed how they took the time to lay plastic down in our flower beds to keep from disturbing the mulch. This seems small but means so much, especially since we just put it down recently. They let us know when they were arriving via text which was great. Agustin explained everything that was being done and did a walk around with us after the work was complete. He even took the excess dirt and filled some low lying areas in our back yard. We truly appreciate the professionalism and care you took of our home.

These guys worked as a team and accomplished the job in a timely manner. The guys were very professional and volunteered information as they worked. After inspection he showed me problems with insulation, mold, and moisture which explained why I was having heath issues and high energy costs.
