I don’t usually leave reviews, but A1 Drain and Sewer definitely deserves one. I was dealing with a really stubborn clog that I couldn’t fix on my own, and it was starting to stress me out. From the first phone call, they were friendly and reassuring. The technician showed up right on time, explained what was going on perfectly, and got straight to work. You could tell he knew exactly what he was doing. Within a short time, everything was flowing perfectly again. What stood out to me most was how respectful and clean they were — no mess left behind and no pressure to add on extra services. Just honest, solid work. If I ever have another drain issue, I won’t even think twice about who to call. Highly recommend!

Shortly after Christmas, I walked down to my basement and realized my baseboard was discolored and there was obviously some sort of moisture issue in that area. Turns out, my foundation was cracked. It was very visible from the outside. Oh no. Who do I call for that? I googled and found JES. This company is great. I called. They got me on the schedule right away. Shannon came out for my inspection and consultation was very thorough. Then, following that, the work was scheduled very timely, as well. The day of the work, I met the foreman, Brian, and his crew. Brian walked me through what they would do and, immediately, I knew this was the guy/crew that was going to fix my problem. I just had that feeling. Anyway, if you live in their service area and need foundation repair, then call JES. Their work is quality.

I was especially pleased with the guys who worked on site- Brian, Gio, Mohammed, and Davey did a great job getting the work done quickly and thoroughly. They went above in beyond in making sure the work was done (even repairing some undiscovered foundation cracks). The electrician stayed late to make sure everything stayed on schedule. Overall, would recommend. They install a premium product with service to match- while it's expensive, it's high value (and they can help you get 2 year no interest financing.)

He took the time to take measurements and photos, ultimately putting my mind at ease by explaining that it was just natural settling for an 8-year-old home. I am a very satisfied customer of JES. I contacted the company regarding concerns my husband I had concerning a few cracks in my wallboard, tape pulling away and spongy floors. My initial contact was with Kyle Clayton, Contractor Representative, we talked at length about what was needed to correct our concerns. He went under my home, took photos and shot level lines and I was told the house had a small amount of settlement that was causing my problems and to fix the spongy floors, I was told what was needed and explained how all would work. I agreed to the work, an appointment was set up that day as to when the work would start. I received an e-mail from the company telling me of the person that would be following my job and she would be my contact person for any questions and or complaints. I am happy to say I never had to contact her. I received a phone call reminder as to when the crew would show up to do the repairs and the crew called me that day that they were on their way and would arrive at the time agreed upon. I had 4 steel beams put in with 7 large steel jacks for support. The cracks are repaired to the point that when the wall patch work is done, it will stay repaired and I no longer have spongy floors. The floors are solid and strong feeling. So much better! I would like to thank JES and their crew that did the work under my home. They had a hard job and did it in a friendly, courteous, professional manner. Any question I had was answered on the spot and the Supervisor came to the job every day to be sure everything was being done to my satisfaction and to also answer any questions I had. I would like to thank the Field Superintendent Everado Copado and the crew, Roberto, Fausto and Carmilo for your hard work and leaving my home in better shape than before you arrived. Everything was left clean and tidy and I appreciate your help! Thank you!

I had my slab lifted with push piers then filled with poly and this company came in a tad bit more expensive than some other companies however the quality and warranty made them worth the extra cost, which in my opinion is marginal, and their team was professional and explained everything so I knew what was going on during the process. I definitely recommend JES for your foundation repair needs. Huge thanks to the crew that did the repair for push piers it was Agustin G., Agustin L. and Eduardo L. Poly was Andrew F. and Steven S. Super professional they got in did their work and cleaned up great looks like no one was ever there.

I had my crawlspace encapsulated last fall, but one of the dehumidifiers indicated that the battery should be replaced. The service tech, Rick Holt, did a thorough inspection, checked both dehumidifiers and sump pumps, inspected my foundation and pointed out a couple of minor things that needed my attention. He went above and beyond my expectations. I would give him six stars if I could.

JES was very professional from the initial inspection to the crew that installed my crawlspace encapsulation. Antione was my foreman, he was very clear and polite when communicating the schedule and what to expect. The crew arrived on time each day and worked diligently. They even went even the extra mile with a couple changes to the original plan. I am very happy with the results and definitely recommend JES and Antione for crawlspace repairs.

Jay came out to my house to conduct a free estimate to see if some of the cracks in my foundation were symptomatic of a larger problem, or were anything to worry about. He was very professional, took some measurements – including with a laser level – and looked around for any additional signs of a foundation issue. He took the time to explain things to me, and really helped me understand my foundation, terminology, and things to watch for! He helped to point out that I wasn't in any danger from the issues I saw, and gave me helpful advice on ways to make sure it stays that way! Would highly recommend JES to anyone (and would come back to them if I ever have any other issues), but especially would recommend to first time homeowners who have questions and want a straight up and honest answer on their issues!

JES installed my sump pump in October 2023. Today (9/25/24) was my annual maintenance appointment to be sure that everything was working well with it. My technician, Ben, contacted me on 9/24/24 to check in with me on any possible issues that he needed to be made aware of prior to my appointment as well as to confirm my appointment. Very professional and polite. Fast forward to the appointment, Ben arrived on time, once again was very professional. I showed him where it was installed so he could get to work. Unbeknownst to both Ben and I, well there was no power going to the sump pump. That was as easy as flipping a switch on the breaker box. Then, Ben noticed a leak in the piping that was installed when the sump pump was installed. Ben ended up having to cut my drywall in which JES will incur the cost to repair it back. But this was nothing he couldn't handle although he did have to make an unexpected run to Home Depot/Lowes to get the tool needed to cut the pipe. Ben returned in a decent amount of time and got right to work. Ben repaired the pipe, cleaned the sump pump bucket, and ensured everything was working correctly. Towards the end of the appointment, Ben made a few recommendations and ending up finding out that the piping that is coming out of the from of my house that pushes the water out was installed incorrectly and was not was I paid for. Therefore, Ben made a call to his supervisor, Megan Hartman, to put her on notice about this issue as well. Ben assured me that someone from the service department would reach out to me to schedule repairs for the piping outside as well as the wall repair. Overall, I would give Ben a 10/10 and would highly recommend him as your service tech. He made sure to answer any questions I had to the best of his ability, remain professional, kept me informed throughout the whole appt, valued me as a paying customer, and advised me that if I had any further questions after this appt that I shouldn't hesitate to reach out to him. Ben was AWESOME‼

The team of engineers that JES sent out to stabilize our foundation were extremely hard working, committed to customer satisfaction and very professional. These guys worked so hard to get the job done right and when we needed them back to make adjustments and add additional jacks, they were just amazing to work with.
