I had forman Charles and installers Hunter, Ricco, and Rock come out and encapsulate my crawl space today. The guys were prompt, professional, and very polite! I highly recommend their work (they need a drone to help with photos in tight crawlspaces like mine lol). This is a huge expensive project, but a heck of an investment. Dont hire your cousin to do this job (the previous owner of my house did this, my floors sag and i had mold on my joists), hire professionals, I highly recommend the JES crew. I will tell all my friends to go with JES if they have foundation issues. 10 out of 10! Thanks again guys!!!

We had a lovely free inspection with Chris Routten today. He was scheduled for 90 minutes to diagnose an issue with water leaking in our basement and we ended up taking 3 hours of his time! He was so thorough, finding some additional weak spots for us. He provided a solution to our current issue, as well as options we were interested to hear regarding some longer term fixes. The most relieving part is he was not super “salesy” – so I felt I could make the right decision for work to do now versus later. Highly recommend.

After needing to fix a crack in our foundation that was leaking water into the basement we did our due diligence and scouted several estimates. We opted for JES with Rudy Gonzalez and Jose Reyes undertaking the task to complete the repairs. From the moment we met Rudy and Jose they were professional, attentive , and ensured I understood the work prior to starting any repairs. They explained each step of the multi step process and encouraged me to take pictures at each milestone. As the repairs came to a completion Rudy and Jose left the worksite cleaner than when they arrived and put professional touches on the freshly poured concrete. At the end, they again reviewed their work and sought questions. Their customer service was impeccable as they showcased their craftsmanship. Thank you Rudy Gonzalez and Jose Reyes.

James did amazing! Definitely recommend him and this company — only thing I didn’t love was that I had to pay for an hour and a half for him to go get a part ($325) and drive back to my house. It took him about 15 minutes tops to fix the drain and I wish it was more cost efficient. I had to send a picture beforehand and wish they would have brought the part the first time. But all in all would recommend James!!

We just finished getting the underside of our house encapsulated by JES Foundation Repair. The whole process went flawless. I contacted them online and they sent Blaine Harvey to speak with us and give an estimate. We went with JES because we wanted a company who does this work for a living. Everything went smoothly. The communication level was awesome. Ibrahim and Jovone performed the work in below freezing weather. That's dedication. Their professionalism was top notch throughout. Today we had the pleasure of meeting Brandon Harriford. He was punctual, friendly and put us to ease. He’s very knowledgeable as well. He suggested several areas of concern and explained his thinking for his concern. He was not pushy at all and gave us the information so we could talk about it and get back to him. We just moved into our new home and needed some foundation repairs to be done. JES foundation had done some work on the house previously but after the foundation inspection it turned out that the house needed additional work on the other side. The lead foundation inspector Rob Tennyson was very honest and clear and worked with us on a comprehensive plan for the foundation work. Once it was time to start doing the work Rob took personal time to come a day before the project to clear out the vegetation that was going to be in the way of the repairs and hauled everything on his personal truck. Top notch customer care. The next day the crew supervised by Rudy Gonzales and lead by Jose Lopez were very professional, punctual, clean and fast. Once the holes had been dug, they found out that our gas line ran too close to the house and could cause danger if they were to proceed any further. Rudy informed me and suggested that we go through our finished basement to complete the installation of the piers. The crew took care of everything and within 3 days all the work had been completed and the entire team (Victorino Joya, Ernosto Castillo, Daniel Yacilo, and Jose Rafael 6) was out of the house. Rudy went out of his way to make sure that there would be no damage to the interior or exterior of my house. Again, fantastic customer service. Highly recommended company!

Danny came out with Brian, dug up the old qwest piping and replaced it extremely fast.Danny and Brian were awesome, fantastic customer service, and extremely knowledgable. I've now had JES complete two projects in my exposed crawlspace. Both times, they have added adjustable jacks on top of footers and either replaced a main beam or added a supplemental metal I Beam. I've been extremely impressed with their quality of work, timeliness, and efficiency. They show up ready to work and are sure to ask questions if needed. I was told on multiple occasions I'd be receiving an update from the office and each time I had to call them. Our project manager Jonathan Cooper was beyond great, and his jokes weren’t too shabby either! He did a thorough job of inspecting/identifying the issue and providing a solution. He was easy to get ahold of in a pinch and made sure we had a clear understanding of what was being done and why. Our foreman Brandon Warren and his team (Roosevelt White, Tyler H., and Larry Jr.) were nothing short of amazing. They were super polite, provided clear communication/status updates, and were extremely efficient – completed an estimated 3-day job in our basement in a day and a half! I can’t recommend JES Works enough. Thanks to Cooper, Brandon, and his team, JES has a customer for life.

Troy, was an excellent first step into our journey with your company. He did an excellent job of assessing our needs and wants and was quick to provide paperwork and a contract. Luis, Eduardo and Jose C were the on-site crew and were nothing short of amazing. When unknow issues were found they were quick to talk to those in your office and provide multiple solution choices. Luis and his crew were prompt in their arrivals, wonderfully polite, task driven, detail oriented, always had time for our questions and concerns, very hard workers, efficient in their use of time and left the job site as tidy as possible each day. JES should be thrilled to have such a topnotch crew that represents the company so extraordinarily well. They are absolute gems in this modern day world of home repair High praise for your subcontractors as well. The pest control and brickmasons were top shelf and easy to work with. JES did 2 great jobs for us. We had a concrete slab that settled over the years and Shaun and Chris used their expertise to safely and quickly lift it level. It was amazing to watch! Then the next day Shakeen, Jonathan and Darnell came out and did an entire crawl space encapsulation on our 2800 sqft 1972 brick colonial. These guys worked so hard and did it in a day- making sure everything was perfectly set up to keep our home insulated, pest free and less humid. They showed us pictures of our completed crawl space and left our space totally clean. Everyone was friendly and professional. Thanks to Lee at JES for getting us all set up. We would define use JES again.

A date and time was scheduled for the work to be done. Abdoul and his team came out on the scheduled date and time and did a great job. They were very polite, friendly, and professional. My two year dehumidifier was leaking a lot of water. I called JES and the service tech (Aric Banks) did an excellent job of fixing the problem. He leveled the pump, cleaned the filter and drain tube and moved the pump to a new location so that the water from the pump would drain more efficiently.
