Mr.Aric Banks Was very courteous, approachable, and professional throughout his entire visit. He kept us updated on his arrival time, which was later than expected because of delays at previous appointments. We expressed some concerns regarding some changes And past issues in The basement of our 200+ year-old house. He respectfully acknowledged our concerns and relayed them to the office during the visit. We hope to continue to have Aric return as needed for future inspections.

We had a drain system installed by JES last week. The installation went well. Our foreman and crew were great and if they ran into any issues they let us know and gave us a solution. We haven't had a chance to test the system yet, but I will update once we have. Our sales person (Joe Palotas) went above and beyond! He walked us through everything on our initial meeting and made us feel comfortable with the direction we went. I would highly recommend requesting him.

On the installation day the foreman Joel Lugo and his team members Jose Garcia Roberto Lemus and Jose Alejandro Vazquez showed up. They were very skilled and knew a lot about their work. They explained how the process works. They ensured that I was happy with the service we got.

Bradley was on time and very friendly. Even after we determined that the service I was looking for isn’t a service JES provides and I felt like I had wasted his time he remained professional and pleasant and assured me it was no trouble and he was happy to take a look around while he was here to see if there were any concerns that he could inform me about.Although I won’t be using this company for this project, I am pleased with experience and will definitely consider JES for future needs if they arise.(the service I was wanting: to have an egress window cut into the basement foundation)Update 12/7/22 – Bradley just called me and informed me that he found someone who may be able to help with the egress window. He definitely went above and beyond!

Jeanne was absolutely fantastic throughout our foundation inspection process. From the moment we met her, it was clear she was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely cared about helping us make an informed decision. Foundation concerns can be stressful when buying a home, but Jeanne took the time to thoroughly inspect everything, explain her findings clearly, and answer every question we had with patience and honesty. She has a way of making complex structural concerns easy to understand, which gave us a lot of confidence during a stressful time. What really stood out was her attention to detail and integrity. She was incredibly thorough, never rushed the process, and made sure we fully understood both the concerns and the overall condition of the home.
