Scott Ashmore came out and gave us an estimate today for fixing our cement patio. What a nice guy. He explained everything about the job from start to finish. He's very knowledgable and answered all our questions. He left us with a feeling that they will really do a great job but we'll find out. I'll have to leave an update when the job is finished. But I'm confident it will a good one!

We have been struggling with ground water in our basement for years but assumed it would require excavation around the outside of our home which we really did not want to do as we have some very old shrubs. After a visit from Damon Trent, we were pleased to find out that the problem could be solved from inside our home. The crew of Thomas Reamer, Sam Leap, Ramon Goard and Jason Wall arrived on time, were very professional and polite. Of course it rained throughout the day and were wet, muddy and hot. They worked tirelessly throughout the day and did not leave until 9:00 p.m. We are very impressed with the level of competence and dedication by the entire team and recommend them highly. Thanks for a great job!!!!

I used Groundworks on a previous project on my home. They did such a good job on that project that when I needed some concrete slab leveling work done, knew who I was going to call. Very appreciate of the work done to solve water issues in my basement. Antoine Gant, Gerald Peoples, and Troy Griffin did a phenomenal job installing a drainage system and pump. Along with the installation work, they also helped clear all the sandbags away from the work area. I’m thankful for their willingness to go above and beyond the scope of the job. It was a huge help. They were tidy, patient, and open to answering any questions I had. After they were done they gave me very specific instructions on how to manage the work area. No complaints at all about the work these gentleman did in my home! Blessings.

Foreman David Gaskins came to our house after our basement was waterproofed. Some water came in from a heavy rain and and a repair we were promised was not done. David inspected the waterproofing work and found what needed to be done to be sure water would not come in again. This has been a very stressful time for us but David has been wonderful and gone above and beyond to keep in constant touch with us and coming up with a plan on how to make the corrections. We are just so thankful that he is the one that came to our house to look at what the problem was. Your company is lucky to have him.
