We had a major leak in our laundry room wall due to (what we would discover was) a broken washer drainpipe. A1 was very communicative and set up an appointment even while we were still fighting with our insurance. Dispatch kept us well informed on the day of our appointment. Patrick was very professional, knowledgeable, and was able to quickly identify and fix our problem. And the cost with parts and labor was still less than half of what our insurance deductible would have been. Highly recommended.

I had my crawlspace encapsulated last fall, but one of the dehumidifiers indicated that the battery should be replaced. The service tech, Rick Holt, did a thorough inspection, checked both dehumidifiers and sump pumps, inspected my foundation and pointed out a couple of minor things that needed my attention. He went above and beyond my expectations. I would give him six stars if I could.

We just had our dehumidifier replaced. JES technicians David Hill and Landon Pollard did a great job! The new dehumidifier was a bit bigger than the old one and they had to do some extra work getting it in but they were fantastic. They arrived on time and completed the job earlier than expected, well done! ??
