This company is 110% top notch. I highly recommend them. They got here in a short amount of time and fixed a clog in my main line. They were over $700.00 cheaper than one other “local” company I called to come out to one of my rental properties. John Lewis was not only a few hours earlier than anticipated (we were called ahead of time asking first if I was ok with him coming early, he didn’t just show up). He was also very courteous and explained everything thoroughly. They offer a membership program that he also explained to me that I will be joining. I posted a complaint about 4 months ago regarding an issue I was having with the system installed by JES a few years ago. I want to provide an update. The JES team of Rick, Matt, Dalton, Davonte, and especially JR, we're excellent in resolving the issue. They effectively evaluated the situation, took ownership of the problem, and quickly established a plan to remedy the situation. They were efficient in executing their plan and I am beyond satified with the end results. Everyone exemplified professionalism, were courteous, and respectful. JR's follow up was on point and I am so glad that he was spearheading the effort. Thank you JES. You definitely exceeded my expectations.

From the moment we met her, it was clear she was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely cared about helping us make an informed decision. Foundation concerns can be stressful when buying a home, but Jeanne took the time to thoroughly inspect everything, explain her findings clearly, and answer every question we had with patience and honesty. She has a way of making complex structural concerns easy to understand, which gave us a lot of confidence during a stressful time. What really stood out was her attention to detail and integrity. JES has completed two separate jobs on my home. Recently, we had them encapsulate our crawl space due to excessive moisture and a budding mold problem. Rudy González expertly conducted an in depth inspection of the area and showed us all the existing and potential issues. He quickly arranged for a quick response team to do our job while the weather was dry. Osman, Alejandro and Roverto worked extremely hard to complete this project in one day. We now have an encapsulated crawl space that can now serve as additional storage. it is super dry and has a humidifier installed to maintain a dry environment. These guys work hard and our very easy to work with. Please note that "encapsulation" is a real "dirty job" but these guys are true professionals.

What really stood out was their professionalism and honesty. they clearly explained what was going on, gave me straightforward pricing, and didn’t try to upsell anything unnecessary. The work was done efficiently and cleanly, and they made sure everything was fully tested before leaving. You can tell they truly care about their customers and take pride in their work. It’s such a relief to find a company that’s reliable, knowledgeable, and respectful of your home. If you’re dealing with any drain or sewer issues, I highly recommend A1 Drain and Sewer.
