Upon my request, Blaine from JES foundation came by to discuss issues I was having with my crawl space. After inspection he showed me problems with insulation, mold, and moisture which explained why I was having heath issues and high energy costs. Blaine was very professional and I appreciated his expertise.

Chris did my assessment, explained the issues with pictures and videos then made sure I understood every aspect of the solution. Roberto and his team finished up in three days. They were great. Very friendly and explained everything they were doing. I don’t know how this could have gone smoother. Adam, the electrician, was great as well. It was a two plus hour drive for all of them to get down here and I really do appreciate it. I recommended them to my Father in law and would do so for anyone else that needs foundation work.

I am only giving Ground Works a 4 star review because of the Gentleman who did the job. Kidd Smith and the crew he was with did AMAZING work and were extremely helpful and respectful in every way!!! I can’t say enough about how amazing their work was. When it comes to the actual company itself they are very arrogant, never did I receive a call back when I needed to speak with them. I had contacted them 2x and NOT ONCE did they return my calls or even acknowledge that I had called. The supervisor “Dan,” was very arrogant on the phone when he accused me of trying to not pay!! Then a Kate called me not long after asking about payment and was not very nice and obviously can’t hear. I explained that when the job was finished I would then write out the check for the remaining balance and that paying over the phone through debit or credit card was not an option. This was explained from the beginning when I sat down and signed all the paperwork and contract. They are not very professional and they definitely don’t know how to communicate between themselves or with clients!!! Kidd Smith and crew Thank you for the AMAZING job done on my sidewalk!!!!

I had basement waterproofing done and JES did great work. They started the job on schedule and finished a day early. Roberto Lemus, Osman Ochoa and Alejandro Vazquez were fantastic. Roberto kept me informed during the entire process. At the end of every day I was given an update and walk thru. They cleaned up when the entire job was finished. Roberto, Eduardo,Suave and Dennison did a OUTSTANDING JOB on our crawl space. We are impressed the way they work together as team to removed all the debris out of the crawl space and get it prepare for installing the sub pump, black tubing and dehumidifier. The work they did as follow: Installed 2 inches insulation all around the foundation, dig trench around the perimeter for drainage and lay the black tubing and gravel on top , dig 2 holes 2ft deep for the sub pump, lay down white plastic bearers on top of the dirt , installed dehumidifier unit ,vent and crawl space new . Highly recommended Roberto, Eduardo, Suave, Denison to do your crawl space and there are “EXCELLENT TEAM “. Daniel, the electrical. He is a very thorough installing the wiring and vey dedicated to his job. Thank you for all of your hard work.. Thank you, Virgil and Emma
