I would recommend JES Foundation Repair. Right from the start, I enjoyed working with Elizabeth in the planning of my project. She checked in throughout the entire process. Going in to the project, we knew it was a big project. However we ran into a few unforeseen difficulties, Dada, Cody and Pepe did a great job in communicating with me about the status of our project multiple times a day. While it took a little longer than anticipated, I am just so happy knowing my home is safe from the water that has been damaging my house.

To start, Our Sales representative Blaine Harvey was very professional. Did a complete inspection of the property. Made a few recommendations but really focused and addressed our concern/problem areas. This is greatly appreciated.Roberto and Jose Martinez, the installation crew were very polite and professional as well. Addressed all concerns and answered every question showing their expertise in the field. They were very clean throughout the installation. Under the house was left better than before. We had plastic underneath but needed to be removed in order for them to work. Did not expect them to re-line the ground upon completion but they used heavy duty plastic as a replacement. This is greatly appreciated. It is always the little things that make the difference in projects to homeowners. I would like to also mention Jo in the Richmond area office. Was very helpful in getting the information on the account up to date and taking the payment over the phone. Very well spoken and appreciate the small chit chat. She was a tremendous asset. We will need future work (Cleanspace) and would like to work with JES again.Thank youAndrea

The entire JES team needs to be commended — Rafael Garcia, Jose Lovato, and Wilton Mendoza — the very fine crew — arrived on time and ready to do the work; they worked efficiently, effectively, and knowledgeably as a well-oiled team and "machine." They informed us of each step along the way and explained everything thoroughly and completely. They used pictures from their phones to help explain the process and what they were doing. After they finished their work, they cleaned up the work area, gave us all the written information we needed, explained everything — they were so informative, helpful, knowledgeable, kind, WARM and FRIENDLY! It's so nice to work with friendly, happy, smiling people! What an amazing staff — Ally at the office — thank you for answering our questions, being so efficient, providing assistance, and being so warm and friendly, too. The JES crew gave us the invaluable peace of mind that our basement will stay dry. No more worries about rain or mold or mildew or critters getting in! We give you 100 stars! All As, 100%! He kept us updated on his arrival time, which was later than expected because of delays at previous appointments. We expressed some concerns regarding some changes And past issues in The basement of our 200+ year-old house.
