Our 18 year old basement was filling with rain water more and more as time went on as much as 2 1/2 feet of water, so after seeing the Evergreen/JES commercials many time's we decided to give them a call, Our initial meet and greet was with Jack Hill, the appointment was at our convenience and Jack was exactly on time, seriously nice guy right from the start, we sat down and he explained everything in plan English, no fancy technical stuff like others would throw at you, we then went outside and looked around the foundation and then we went into the basement for him to take measurements, he took his time and I feel he did everything right, we then go back upstairs to discuss our options, he was not pushy trying to sell me what we didn't need, after the job there crew finished, which was an awesome job Jack followed up with me to make sure everything was done to our satisfaction, It's been 1 1/2 years since the job was completed and Jack continues to follow up with me to make sure everything is still good, AND OUR BASEMENT CONTINUES TO STAY DRY AFTER ALL THE MAJOR FLOODING RAINS WE HAD THIS YEAR!!!!!

The entire JES team needs to be commended — Rafael Garcia, Jose Lovato, and Wilton Mendoza — the very fine crew — arrived on time and ready to do the work; they worked efficiently, effectively, and knowledgeably as a well-oiled team and "machine." They informed us of each step along the way and explained everything thoroughly and completely. They used pictures from their phones to help explain the process and what they were doing. After they finished their work, they cleaned up the work area, gave us all the written information we needed, explained everything — they were so informative, helpful, knowledgeable, kind, WARM and FRIENDLY! It's so nice to work with friendly, happy, smiling people! What an amazing staff — Ally at the office — thank you for answering our questions, being so efficient, providing assistance, and being so warm and friendly, too. The JES crew gave us the invaluable peace of mind that our basement will stay dry. No more worries about rain or mold or mildew or critters getting in! We give you 100 stars! All As, 100%! I had my crawlspace encapsulated last fall, but one of the dehumidifiers indicated that the battery should be replaced. The service tech, Rick Holt, did a thorough inspection, checked both dehumidifiers and sump pumps, inspected my foundation and pointed out a couple of minor things that needed my attention. He went above and beyond my expectations. I would give him six stars if I could.
