Justin Wood's service and customer relationship approach should be set as the "Gold Standard" for customer service. In all these years of dealing with JES i have never come across service delivered so professionally, someticulously, so patiently, so caringly. He was respectful, he was knowledgeable, he was informative, he was efficient and he told us what he was doing and did it excellently. His professionalism was beyond amazing!! The crew (Osman Oohoq, Abner Gonzalez, Maynor Rubio, Alexandro Vazquez and Cristopher Gonsalez) that worked at my Alps Drive address did an excellent job. They were very polite and respectful. I received an update at the end of each day from the crew leader. They finished ahead of time and everything went very smoothly. I would highly recommend JES.

The team who fixed our support beams/foundation was wonderful. I can't say enough good things about Freddy ********* Walter ********* and Jaime ***** who did the repairs: they were friendly, timely, and did wonderful work. Also, the permit team at JES really helped us when we still hadn't received word from the city and it had been 6 weeks (and my husband and I had been sleeping on the couch and floor because the support beams were so bad under our room). Thank you to the entire team!

The crew was friendly, communicative, and as far as I can see they did a professional job and left the workplace tidy. Time will tell if the job was effective, but so far, so good! My original appointment was to be on a Friday at 2pm. JES texted me the Monday prior asking if I would like to change the appointment to Tuesday at 2, which was great. The inspector, Jay called early Tuesday to see if we could meet at 1130. Jay showed up on time and we immediately dug into the issue…a likely sunken corner foundation of my carport. Jay covered all the possible solutions, went thru the warranty, timing, cost, etc. At no point did I feel pressured to make a decision and Jay conducted himself in a pleasant and professional manor.
