I called A1 because I had a leak and my kitchen faucet was not working. I told them it was an emergency since I was having to empty a bowl of water to prevent a flood. They scheduled me for an appointment. They actually showed up five hours earlier than scheduled for. Pat was fabulous he shutdown the water and replaced my faucet. He made sure we had pressure with both cold and hot. He was very professional and completed the mission in a timely matter. Thanks A1 and Pat! We just finished getting the underside of our house encapsulated by JES Foundation Repair. The whole process went flawless. I contacted them online and they sent Blaine Harvey to speak with us and give an estimate. We went with JES because we wanted a company who does this work for a living. Everything went smoothly. The communication level was awesome. Ibrahim and Jovone performed the work in below freezing weather. That's dedication. Their professionalism was top notch throughout. I would highly recommend JES with Blaine, Ibrahim and Jovone for any project. Thanks guys!!!

I have been a customer with JES for about a year now. We purchased our home and quickly realized within the first few months there were some problems missed in inspection. JES came out promptly, gave us understandable answers. At the one year mark of service, we had Gage come out to check out how everything was looking under the house. He was communicative, on time, and very professional while also being friendly and explaining everything. Unfortunately some new issues have arisen but he made the "bad news" feel less upsetting and was more than willing to work around what we could try to accomplish budget wise. Gage followed up fast too in scheduling the dates for service. I truthfully cannot imagine the level of professionalism and speed from any other service than what JES provides.
