We just had JES do a pier lifting foundation repair. Our crew was Kaylen Ridley, Forman; Shane Campbell, Co-Forman; and Larry, Jr, installer. They were so efficient, knowledgeable and professional. They patiently answered all of our questions and cleaned up the entire site completely. Thanks also to Justin Walton our Project Manager. CJ Pedroza was the A1 technician sent to replace my garbage disposal. He arrived on time, was pleasant and neatly dressed in uniform shirt and had a badge clearly identifying himself. He got to work immediately, had some issues removing the old disposal which he resolved quickly and completed the new customer furnished disposal in about 45 minutes. He vacuumed up and took away all the old unit and trash. I would give him 5 stars.

During my annual inspection March 27, 2026, it was determined that my property required several jacks to address a settling issue. This discovery led to the need for a professional installation to remedy the problem. On April 15, 2026, I had the pleasure of meeting my installation crew: Shakeen B, Darnell L, and Benard M. They contacted me beforehand to let me know when they would arrive. Upon their arrival, the crew explained in detail what the installation process would entail. Their clear communication ensured I understood each step before the work began. The crew promptly began the job, completing all tasks efficiently. Once the work was finished, they thoroughly cleaned up the area. Photos were taken of the completed work, and I was advised that these would be sent to me for my records. Additionally, the crew informed me about the timeline for their return visit to inspect the newly installed jacks. All JES personnel have consistently demonstrated professionalism and courtesy. They keep clients fully informed throughout the process, ensuring transparency about all work being done. Based on my experience, I highly recommend JES to anyone in need of foundation repairs. What a team of hard workers! Bruce C. sat with us for a couple hours to work up a plan and explain the process, Antoine G. and his team Gearld P., Troy G., and Kevin P. were amazing with the installation inside and out! PERFECTION all around. Zach Cannon Is absolutely ? great. Best inspection I've had. He's courteous, respectful and when it comes to his job, he's very thorough. He inspects the interior of the home as well and explained why he was asking permission to do so. In the crawlspace he actually checked the jacks and made sure the dehumidifier was clean. It's hard to have a great customer experience these days or receive good customer service. You can tell Zach has pride and takes pride in his work. I'll be requesting him for next year's annual inspection.

6:00am on Saturday is no time for plumbing issues and yet there it was. Laundry in the washer soaked and both bathrooms unusable. Called my plumber but got voice mail. They don’t do weekends. Who to call? I had no idea. This had the potential to be a terrible, horrible, no good, very bad day. A1 Sewer and Drain was recommended in the Neighborhood app. I gave it a shot and gave them a call. I now have a new plumber! Will definitely use them again. Prince was. very knowledgeable and polite and guided me through next steps. The young lady on the phone that scheduled the appointment was kind and sympathetic. Highly recommend this business!

It was great working with Adam Cronk. He was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He explained steps he performed to check & repair shower mechanism. He took time to answer my many questions, I like to understand how things work for future reference. I have an older home and Adam made a couple trips for parts he needed. He didn't leave until repairs were complete and shower worked as expected. My alloted time ran a little longer than expected but I appreciate Adam taking time to do the repairs correctly. I've scheduled appointments with A1 Sewer & Drain in the past and each time been pleased with both the technician sent and work performed. I would definitely call again if a need arise.

Ray did an amazing job! He was professional and courteous. He was knowledgeable about the work. (On a side note, I think he said he had been a plumber for 20 years.) He was actually able to come a little earlier than scheduled, which was great because I thought I might have to reschedule my dryer replacement appointment. JES was very professional from the initial inspection to the crew that installed my crawlspace encapsulation. Antione was my foreman, he was very clear and polite when communicating the schedule and what to expect. The crew arrived on time each day and worked diligently. They even went even the extra mile with a couple changes to the original plan. I am very happy with the results and definitely recommend JES and Antione for crawlspace repairs.
