I am greatful with the extensive knowledge and professionalism from technician Corey who serviced my home. Corey caught a mistake and explained everything to me in great detail. Corey also took it upon himself to orchestrate and coordinate the new install date along with the city permit process. What could have turned out to be a nightmare did not due to Corey’s persistent. Blake Snidow was excellent. I would have gave him 10/10 stars if I could. He started our inspection today, on time, & called when on his way. Which around where we live, it’s hard to even get a contractor out to our house. Besides being on time, Blake was efficient and professional the entire time. Making everything easy for us to understand and giving us options on what to do and why. For 2 old people we definitely appreciate Blake’s patience and true passion for working. He’s a great representation of JES & Groundworks.

I had a great experience working with Paul Kelly at JES Foundation. From start to finish, he was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. He took the time to really explain what was going on with my home in a way that actually made sense, and I never felt rushed or pressured into anything. What stood out most was his honesty and attention to detail. He walked me through all my options, answered every question I had, and made sure I felt confident in the decisions being made. The team who fixed our support beams/foundation was wonderful. I can’t say enough good things about Freddy Zavaleta, Walter Zavaleta, and Jaime Salas who did the repairs: they were friendly, timely, and did wonderful work. Also, the permit team at JES really helped us when we still hadn’t received word from the city and it had been 6 weeks (and my husband and I had been sleeping on the couch and floor because the support beams were so bad under our room). Thank you to the entire team!
