We hired JES to install a sump pump and repair a crack in our gym after we discovered water damage. While going through the permitting process, we discovered that the water damage was being caused by an unrelated issue with our front steps. Nic from JES came back out to our house free of charge to evaluate the situation and ease our mind. He listened to us and our concerns. After confirming that the water damage was not being caused by the crack in the gym and that the sump pump was not necessary, Nic fully refunded our deposit with JES. Thanks again Nic for stepping in!

Some might say that's a bad thing, but being able to fix all the issues in one project is a huge help! I would highly recommend talking to Jeannie if you are able to get an inspection and quote

We just had JES do a pier lifting foundation repair. Our crew was Kaylen Ridley, Forman; Shane Campbell, Co-Forman; and Larry, Jr, installer. They were so efficient, knowledgeable and professional. They patiently answered all of our questions and cleaned up the entire site completely. Thanks also to Justin Walton our Project Manager. JES reinforced and straightened a long, sagging load-bearing beam in my basement. Their crew was excellent: Freddy ******** (team lead), Walter ******** and Daniel ******* English was their second language but that was not a problem at all. They were skillful, fast and very polite. They were also detail oriented and extremely patient when I asked questions and suggested small changes during the process. They also isolated the work area with plastic sheets, protected my floors with anti-slip coverings and cleaned afterwards. They used high-quality, extra strong materials. Now my home's floor is flatter and feels much more rigid, which is great. My only minor concerns are that before the crew came, some of my calls to their office remained unanswered, and also they didn't bring the right beam when they came the first time, but they corrected it quicly. My family and I are very happy with the results.

Awesome crew! Paul Watkins, Yasser Garcia and Thomas Jackson came to my home to waterproof my crawlspace and install a sump pump. The process was explained in detail and was completed on time. At the end of each day, there were photos and an explanation of the work that was done. I am extremely pleased with the work that was completed by JES! Will recommend to my friends!

We had a drain system installed by JES last week. The installation went well. Our foreman and crew were great and if they ran into any issues they let us know and gave us a solution. We haven't had a chance to test the system yet, but I will update once we have. Our sales person (Joe Palotas) went above and beyond! He walked us through everything on our initial meeting and made us feel comfortable with the direction we went. I would highly recommend requesting him.
