JES has completed two separate jobs on my home. Recently, we had them encapsulate our crawl space due to excessive moisture and a budding mold problem. Rudy González expertly conducted an in depth inspection of the area and showed us all the existing and potential issues. He quickly arranged for a quick response team to do our job while the weather was dry. Osman, Alejandro and Roverto worked extremely hard to complete this project in one day. We now have an encapsulated crawl space that can now serve as additional storage. it is super dry and has a humidifier installed to maintain a dry environment. These guys work hard and our very easy to work with. Please note that "encapsulation" is a real "dirty job" but these guys are true professionals.

It's very rare to find a service provider these days who look out for you like JES Foundation Repair did for me. Look at my reviews, I've been doing this a while and I don't mind calling them like I see them. I went into this with GREAT trepidation. I have had so many service providers try to overcharge, never call back, talk over my head, just fill in the blank. In EVERY point of this effort I was blown away. They should get an award for customer service for the communication alone! I set up an inspection and they sent me a confirmation. Beforehand, I got a note. On his way, Corey gave me a call. Then, when he arrived I had a true expert on my hands. Like a CSI episode he gave the problem a detail investigation. Here I am worried about all the other service work I've had done. Corey gave me his professional assessment, we discussed it, and away we went. At no point in my entire experience with JES was I let down. I am a phenomenal fan and will always highly recommend them for your foundation needs.

I had basement waterproofing done and JES did great work. They started the job on schedule and finished a day early. Roberto Lemus, Osman Ochoa and Alejandro Vazquez were fantastic. Roberto kept me informed during the entire process. At the end of every day I was given an update and walk thru. They cleaned up when the entire job was finished. I want to recognize Chris Jones with JES for providing one of the most thorough and professional home inspections I have ever experienced. I purchased my home in 2019, and since then I have been trying to solve a persistent HVAC-related problem. My home inspection identified the HVAC system as an area of concern, so I had it serviced, inspected, and cleaned before moving in. Despite that, the evaporator coils continued freezing. I hired one HVAC contractor, who found nothing wrong. When the problem persisted, I hired a second HVAC contractor after the coils froze again. I was again told everything appeared normal and was advised to keep the return vents clear and change the filter regularly. Over time, I also began noticing excessive humidity on the lower level after heavy rains, along with a mildew smell at the bottom of my stairs. The upper level remained cool and properly dehumidified, so I began to suspect the crawlspace. That's when I called JES and met Chris Jones. Before he even entered the crawlspace, Chris took the time to listen carefully to everything I had experienced over the years. He then invited me to accompany him during the inspection, explaining what he was seeing and educating me about the crawlspace as we went. Rather than rushing through the inspection, he methodically evaluated each area and answered my questions. The most significant findings were beneath the air handler. Chris discovered active moisture from a leaking return duct, a disconnected duct near the air handler with mold growth, and a dripping condensate line. These issues had gone undetected despite multiple previous HVAC inspections. What's even more impressive is that this was one of the tightest areas of the crawlspace—roughly 2½ to 3 feet high—yet Chris crawled into it, documented everything with photographs, and shared them with me. He didn't stop there. After I mentioned another area of concern, he willingly investigated it as well. Together we removed part of a wall covering and uncovered additional issues that otherwise would have remained hidden. At the end of the visit, Chris told me he wasn't sure JES would be able to help with all of the problems I had uncovered. What he didn't realize was that he already had. He found the root causes that I had been searching for since buying my home. Chris demonstrated something that is becoming increasingly difficult to find: integrity. He never tried to sell me something I didn't need. He simply performed an exceptionally thorough inspection, educated me throughout the process, and gave me the information I needed to finally understand what was happening in my home. Ironically, the most disappointing part of the experience was that I wasn't able to pay him for the level of expertise and effort he provided. I thought I was scheduling a crawlspace inspection, but what I received was one of the most valuable diagnostic inspections I've had in seven years. Thank you, Chris Jones. Your professionalism, persistence, and integrity are a tremendous asset to JES.

We needed a replacement barrier for our crawlspace entrance. While other companies deemed our job too small for them, JES provided a timely and professional service for our home. They also followed up on their work by checking back with us a few days later to ensure we were satisfied. I'd especially like to thank Chaun and his crew for their exceptional work. A clear master of his trade, Chaun ensured our concerns were met beyond expectations. His professionalism was matched by his crew's quality workmanship, and it was clear that he excelled in the role of both leader and mentor by coaching his teammates throughout the project. We would absolutely go with JES for any additional work on our property; 10/10 would recommend.

My Overall experience was great. Michael, Tyler and Jebediah were friendly and did a great job. Michael answers all my questions. My only complaint is the company didn't notify me that they weren't coming on the day scheduled because of a permit problem. I had to reach out to the project manager because they never showed up. I called and left my name address and phone number and never got a call back. But Nathan let me know it's was rescheduled for the following week. The work is completed and looks great. Just follow up with your customers if there is a delay.
