The team I had working for the past 3 days were wonderful not only they kept all things organized but promptly got to work sending notifications on time of arrival. Kept me updated on anything they were doing and maintaining communication open all the time. Must say that they were professional, polite and I felt I was in good hands throughout the process. Interesting. I left a mixed Google review of JES a few months ago. They replied that they checked their records, I was not in their file, and to call them to follow up. The next day, I received a phone call from someone claiming to be from JES, and we set a date and time for him to come to my home to check the problems I had with the work. This person never showed up. Was he even with JES or was someone trying to scam me in some way? I searched his phone number online and nothing came up.

All three were very courteous and provided me with continuous updates on the work they were doing. They were respectful of my property and also left my yard in clean condition when they departed each day. Would definitely recommend.

The team who fixed our support beams/foundation was wonderful. I can't say enough good things about Freddy ********* Walter ********* and Jaime ***** who did the repairs: they were friendly, timely, and did wonderful work. Also, the permit team at JES really helped us when we still hadn't received word from the city and it had been 6 weeks (and my husband and I had been sleeping on the couch and floor because the support beams were so bad under our room). Thank you to the entire team!

JES performed a full encapsulation for me last year, and I was extremely happy with the entire process. Chris Jones came today for the first yearly inspection and he was so thorough. From the start, he explained the entire process to me, asked if I had any questions, took his time with the inspection, and then went over what he observed, with photos at the end. I appreciated everything he had to say, and he made me feel comfortable, comfortable that there had been no changes in the crawlspace, and everything was working as intended.
