My Overall experience was great. Michael, Tyler and Jebediah were friendly and did a great job. Michael answers all my questions. My only complaint is the company didn't notify me that they weren't coming on the day scheduled because of a permit problem. I had to reach out to the project manager because they never showed up. I called and left my name address and phone number and never got a call back. But Nathan let me know it's was rescheduled for the following week. The work is completed and looks great. Just follow up with your customers if there is a delay.

Fantastic job from start to finish. Brandon was very helpful in scoping the work required. Awesome crew! Paul Watkins, Yasser Garcia and Thomas Jackson came to my home to waterproof my crawlspace and install a sump pump. The process was explained in detail and was completed on time. At the end of each day, there were photos and an explanation of the work that was done. I am extremely pleased with the work that was completed by JES! Will recommend to my friends!

I had JES Foundation Repair out for an estimate on a drainage issue. While showing the problem, we discovered a separate plumbing issue, water leaking out of the wall. Jason didn’t hesitate to jump in, diagnose it, and fix it even though it wasn’t part of the original job. I didn’t expect that, and I appreciated it. He was professional, easy to work with, and the solution he recommended for the concrete seemed well thought out and reasonable. Would definitely recommend.

JES Foundation Crew of Brian Swain (Foreman), Gio and David arrived on site and were all very friendly, professional and knowledgeable of the job. Brian performed a walk through of the project before and after the word explaining what would be accomplished and the final walk through to show the excellent workmanship. I truly appreciate their work and the benefit the installation will bring. Please send this crew again if and when I need more foundational work. I also want to thank Brian Ventura for his excellent and professional annual inspection of my house and recommendation to have this work completed. JES, keep serving the residents happy in maintaining safe home with solid foundations.
