JES reinforced and straightened a long, sagging load-bearing beam in my basement. Their crew was excellent: Freddy ******** (team lead), Walter ******** and Daniel ******* English was their second language but that was not a problem at all. They were skillful, fast and very polite. They were also detail oriented and extremely patient when I asked questions and suggested small changes during the process. They also isolated the work area with plastic sheets, protected my floors with anti-slip coverings and cleaned afterwards. They used high-quality, extra strong materials. Now my home's floor is flatter and feels much more rigid, which is great. My only minor concerns are that before the crew came, some of my calls to their office remained unanswered, and also they didn't bring the right beam when they came the first time, but they corrected it quicly. My family and I are very happy with the results.

Chris and Ben did a very thorough job of inspecting and servicing my sump pumps and crawlspace dehumidifier. They also took the time to re-tape an area of my encapsulation which had been taken up by a plumber. They conducted a thorough inspection of moisture levels in my crawlspace and advised on my concerns about potential clogged drain tiles in my garage and what to monitor. They were very knowledgeable and professional. Highly recommend.

I called JES to look at my basement to make sure i didn’t have any water coming in our laundry room and crawl space, the technicians name was Chad Anderson and he was the best. He took his time and really explained everything he was doing and gave me options. Eventhough we decided not to use JES at this time, if i ever need help i will definitely use them because of Chad.

Jeanne was very helpful and provided a detail explanation of what the repairs entailed, show evidence of a preliminary analysis about the problem, and all the different options to get the repairs done. I highly recommend Jeanne to come to do a preliminary analysis if you see cracks that affect the outside walls or the foundation of your house.

We need two bathroom faucets replaced, with an angle stop. The tech came in, looked at the job, determined the stop couldn't be replaced due to stop placement. He was able to replace the guts, and then proceed to replace the faucets.

Taylor Jeffries came out and gave me a quote for foundation work at my home. He arrived on time and was very professional and informative. He offered me a payment plan option for the work that is affordable whenever I’m ready to move forward. I greatly appreciated JES did NOT charge me for an estimate it was free! (when I called BAY Crawl Space & Foundation they were going to charge me $500 just for an estimate because my home was built in 1920) Because of the information Taylor Jeffries from JES gave me I know my next steps moving forward and what to expect when getting the foundation on my home repaired, Thank you so much!
