Additionally, he gave us suggestions and things to look out for in the future. He gave us his personal contact information for any future concerns and if needed, assist us with a letter of clearance. Celeste from JES went above and beyond. After having plumbers here multiple times, no one got to the root of our problem until Celeste got here and spent a great deal of time crawling under our house to find the problem. It’s been years that we’ve been trying to figure out why our basement is wet, and no one else could figure it out. I am so grateful for Celeste and JES. They are truly committed to finding solutions. I cannot say enough – absolutely excellent!!!

I had a leaky waterline.. My division has qwest piping, it sprung leaks in the waterline from the house to the city's hookup. Danny came out with Brian, dug up the old qwest piping and replaced it extremely fast.Danny and Brian were awesome, fantastic customer service, and extremely knowledgable. He answered all my questions during the process.

We have been struggling with ground water in our basement for years but assumed it would require excavation around the outside of our home which we really did not want to do as we have some very old shrubs. After a visit from Damon Trent, we were pleased to find out that the problem could be solved from inside our home. The crew of Thomas Reamer, Sam Leap, Ramon Goard and Jason Wall arrived on time, were very professional and polite. Of course it rained throughout the day and were wet, muddy and hot. They worked tirelessly throughout the day and did not leave until 9:00 p.m. We are very impressed with the level of competence and dedication by the entire team and recommend them highly. Thanks for a great job!!!!
