Desmond, James, and Eric came out to install a window well drain and vapor barrier. They were polite, professional, friendly and got the job done quickly. They were also just over all great guys to have working on my house. If I ever need any other foundation work I'll be requesting them. If anyone I know needs work I'll be sure to recommend JES and make sure to they request Desmond K, James M, and Eric T.

I just received a visit from Inspector Andre Williams. I was happy to receive a text message to confirm the arrival time. I also received an arrival text. This heads up allowed me the opportunity to move my feisty dog to another room. Andre's visit was due to a request I put in for a warning signal that has been repeating for the last week. Andre explained the reason for the signal, and immediately resolved the problem. That definitely put me at ease. Thank you so much Andre. The signal was driving me crazy, but now I feel sanity returning. Wonderful!

Great follow up – the first lift didn't achieve the results I wanted. So Megan from JES contacted me and she had her staff perform a second lift. No more water pooling on our patio. She did a great job setting expectations and help get me the results I wanted.

We just moved into a home that had driveway issues. Grounwirks came out and inspected a few weeks ago. James did a great job of explaining the process and showing us how it work. Today Colton and Andrew showed up to complete the job. We were amazed at the difference it made. We had multiple places that had dropped several inches. They took care of my drive, sidewalk and back patio. It really looks great and is no longer a safety hazard. Groundwork’s is a top notch company. Fast, efficient and on time as well as a great pice! If you choose Groundwork’s you have made a great choice.

During my annual inspection March 27, 2026, it was determined that my property required several jacks to address a settling issue. This discovery led to the need for a professional installation to remedy the problem. On April 15, 2026, I had the pleasure of meeting my installation crew: Shakeen B, Darnell L, and Benard M. They contacted me beforehand to let me know when they would arrive. Upon their arrival, the crew explained in detail what the installation process would entail. Their clear communication ensured I understood each step before the work began. The crew promptly began the job, completing all tasks efficiently. Once the work was finished, they thoroughly cleaned up the area. Photos were taken of the completed work, and I was advised that these would be sent to me for my records. Additionally, the crew informed me about the timeline for their return visit to inspect the newly installed jacks. All JES personnel have consistently demonstrated professionalism and courtesy. They keep clients fully informed throughout the process, ensuring transparency about all work being done. Based on my experience, I highly recommend JES to anyone in need of foundation repairs.
