We just had our crawlspace encapsulation completed by JES, and the experience was nothing short of remarkable. From start to finish, it was the best all-around customer service you could ask for. Our inspector, Wylace Liggon, was fantastic and set the stage for a smooth project. The crew, Rafael Garcia Lopez, Jose Lovato, and Wilton Mendoza were a total powerhouse. The second they arrived on-site, they jumped straight to work and didn't stop. Their communication was easy and transparent, and I was so impressed by the amazing care they took with our property. They were professional, respectful, and efficient. A huge shoutout to our electrician, Justin Basile, as well, for his outstanding work and attention to detail. It is rare to find a team that works this seamlessly together. If you want a company that treats your home with respect and delivers top-tier results, I highly recommend this crew at JES!

During my annual inspection March 27, 2026, it was determined that my property required several jacks to address a settling issue. This discovery led to the need for a professional installation to remedy the problem. On April 15, 2026, I had the pleasure of meeting my installation crew: Shakeen B, Darnell L, and Benard M. They contacted me beforehand to let me know when they would arrive. Upon their arrival, the crew explained in detail what the installation process would entail. Their clear communication ensured I understood each step before the work began. The crew promptly began the job, completing all tasks efficiently. Once the work was finished, they thoroughly cleaned up the area. Photos were taken of the completed work, and I was advised that these would be sent to me for my records. Additionally, the crew informed me about the timeline for their return visit to inspect the newly installed jacks. All JES personnel have consistently demonstrated professionalism and courtesy. They keep clients fully informed throughout the process, ensuring transparency about all work being done. Based on my experience, I highly recommend JES to anyone in need of foundation repairs. Outstanding company!! Very professional, very reasonable prices, and they do great work! Excellent presentation on the process when they came out for the free quote. I really like that they have an internal engineering team at their company that calculates the amount of correction needed for the repairs.
