Ethan was very professional as well as the entire team… from assessment to estimating and scheduling, the process was seamless and I was kept in-the-loop the entire time. I've been calling on A1 for many years for my plumbing needs and they have never failed to deliver quality workmanship. In this case, they were dealing with the gas water heater I had purchased and they had to modify the height of the stand due to height differences from old to new, which was done in short-order. Haul-away and cleanup was quick.

The whole team was courteous and kept the work environment clean as possible. We felt we were informed through the whole process and brought us down to the basement to show the progress. Jes Foundation, I can truly say there worth the money. Everyone involved was courteous and professional with me. I am greatful with the extensive knowledge and professionalism from technician Corey who serviced my home. Corey caught a mistake and explained everything to me in great detail. Corey also took it upon himself to orchestrate and coordinate the new install date along with the city permit process. What could have turned out to be a nightmare did not due to Corey’s persistent. I really appreciate the sincere effort and I would recommend Jes Foundation to any homeowner needing foundation repair with a proven warranty system.

We had a lot of hills we had to climb and plans to change but the JES team did it. They started the project, ran into some issues, and had to rewrite the plans. I made a few calls and management came out and the project was back on. Joseph “Joe” Palotas, Certified Field Inspector, and Nick Feaster, Sales Manager, did an amazing job of making sure we could continue the repairs when we hit a wall. Neither Joe nor Nick are scared to get their hands dirty. Nick even came out and explained in detail what needed to be done and put on his boot and went to work helping. The crew, Michael Burrell, Steve Marshall, and Nick Feaster are very nice, polite young men. They did an excellent job getting everything done in an acceptable time manner. When the project was complete they took the time to explain everything to me in great detail. Very happy with the service JES provided.
