Very appreciate of the work done to solve water issues in my basement. Antoine Gant, Gerald Peoples, and Troy Griffin did a phenomenal job installing a drainage system and pump. Along with the installation work, they also helped clear all the sandbags away from the work area. I’m thankful for their willingness to go above and beyond the scope of the job. It was a huge help. They were tidy, patient, and open to answering any questions I had. After they were done they gave me very specific instructions on how to manage the work area. No complaints at all about the work these gentleman did in my home! Blessings.

We are long term clients of JES – Ashland. Recently, we met Zach during our annual check up. He was refreshingly comprehensive in his explanation on the condition of our crawl space. In a 90 year old home, things do continue to change and he recommended we adjust the current jack system to stabilize it with some alterations which would adjust and reinforce the aged construction. Additionally we upgraded the dehumidification system. Zach was knowledgeable and efficient. We also would like to commend his supervisor, “J.B.” , who helped coordinate the job and the installation crew. The workers were polite and efficient. We are very pleased with the results. I still don’t know how they could negotiate working in a VERY low crawl space! Thanks expediting the installation by moving the date for us when the permit arrived earlier than expected. Everyone we interacted with made us glad we stayed with JES. You make us feel like “family”.

Just had JES out for some maintenance and annual inspection. Technician that came out, Justin rocks. He was so knowledgeable about what he was doing and what was going on with my home, and overall good guy. He also performed some small maintenance while he was here as well. He was very respectful courteous and just made me feel comfortable about this whole ordeal. Just wanna say if you guys run across him you will be satisfied with the services he’s provided. We just had JES do a pier lifting foundation repair. Our crew was Kaylen Ridley, Forman; Shane Campbell, Co-Forman; and Larry, Jr, installer. They were so efficient, knowledgeable and professional. They patiently answered all of our questions and cleaned up the entire site completely. Thanks also to Justin Walton our Project Manager.
