After considering a number of contractors for our foundation repair, we chose JES. The team included a number of qualified folks, and the onsite team of Jose Rodriquez, Victor Croz, and Nicolas Levano did a great job for the 2 day project. They were prompt, answered questions, and installed 16 steel brackets to reinforce our basement walls. Time will tell, and the job should result in stabilizing the foundation for a very long time. The company obviously has depth, and solid resources to call on when needed. Many thanks to the entire team including those I contracted with, spoke to on the phone, and quizzed on a number of topics for the job. John F.

Andre Williams was on time very knowledgeable at his job. Excellent customer service advised me of other things that were needed to improve the air quality in my home. The foundation of my home front porch and explained the importance of the stability of my home and the service call for my Sup pump system was thoroughly inspected and checked and everything is good. Andre is excellent at his job and I greatly appreciated his willingness to help and improve the foundation of my home. I greatly appreciate Andre for helping my family and I and look forward to having him to provide other services to our home. Thank you Karen Estes

We had a wonderful experience with JES. We started noticing some cracks in our walls/floors and called for a consultation. Brian was extremely thorough and explained everything that would be necessary to get things fixed. He detailed all the options for payment/financing (since foundation work is not cheap!) and helped ease our fears a little bit about completely breaking our budget. JES took care of getting all permits for us. The true reason for 5 stars, however, is Santos and his crew. They were INCREDIBLE. They went above and beyond to make sure the work they did was done well. The whole team was incredibly friendly and very communicative throughout the process. There were a couple a snags at the beginning that could have been problematic, but Santos and his crew ensured that everything ran smoothly. The one thing that really stood out to us – Santos changed the original plan to make it more appealing, even though it was a little harder and more work for him. He said "if it were my house, I would want it to look nice, not the easiest solution." Highly, highly recommend if you need any foundation repair!

We had a great experience with JES! They came out and encapsulated our crawl space we have had ground water issues for a long time. Our crawl space was covered in water, mud, and mold. We have even had other companies come to give us a quote that refused to go down there. The work crew was amazing we had Cory m, Shaine C. And Chris jr out they were hard working on time and kind and very communicative. We even had questions after the job was complete they always responded. I was on the fence about hiring this contractor because of the mix reviews but I am happy we did I am no longer freaking out because I smell mold in my home. However this was a very expensive fix JES is not cheap but they got the work done

I had an issue with what I thought was an awful leak behind my vanity. I called on Friday LATE afternoon, and the sweet receptionist Jorden was very empathetic and was able to get me seen within a day. Lee was AMAZING. He knew everything and was able to recreate the noises I heard and reassure this busy mom here that does nothing but worry that we didn't have an issue. He went into details over and over for me, and was so patient and so nice. I will never hire another company other than these guys. They gave me not only my peace of mind back, but they're the real deal, and very down to Earth. Incredible service!!!!

During my annual inspection March 27, 2026, it was determined that my property required several jacks to address a settling issue. This discovery led to the need for a professional installation to remedy the problem. On April 15, 2026, I had the pleasure of meeting my installation crew: Shakeen B, Darnell L, and Benard M. They contacted me beforehand to let me know when they would arrive. Upon their arrival, the crew explained in detail what the installation process would entail. Their clear communication ensured I understood each step before the work began. The crew promptly began the job, completing all tasks efficiently. Once the work was finished, they thoroughly cleaned up the area. Photos were taken of the completed work, and I was advised that these would be sent to me for my records. Additionally, the crew informed me about the timeline for their return visit to inspect the newly installed jacks. All JES personnel have consistently demonstrated professionalism and courtesy. They keep clients fully informed throughout the process, ensuring transparency about all work being done. Based on my experience, I highly recommend JES to anyone in need of foundation repairs. Phillip sets the standard for exemplary customer service, professionalism, and knowledge. His service work on equipment in my crawl space was five star! His understanding of the challenges a cracked beam presents allowed him to explain the repair process clear and concisely. I went with JES on encapsulating my crawl space and replacing almost half of the massive joists several years ago; I'm absolutely sticking with them on shoring up the beam. Yes, they are expensive; their quality work is worth every penny!
