I had an issue with what I thought was an awful leak behind my vanity. I called on Friday LATE afternoon, and the sweet receptionist Jorden was very empathetic and was able to get me seen within a day. Lee was AMAZING. He knew everything and was able to recreate the noises I heard and reassure this busy mom here that does nothing but worry that we didn't have an issue. He went into details over and over for me, and was so patient and so nice. I will never hire another company other than these guys. They gave me not only my peace of mind back, but they're the real deal, and very down to Earth. Incredible service!!!!

James did amazing! Definitely recommend him and this company — only thing I didn’t love was that I had to pay for an hour and a half for him to go get a part ($325) and drive back to my house. It took him about 15 minutes tops to fix the drain and I wish it was more cost efficient. I had to send a picture beforehand and wish they would have brought the part the first time. But all in all would recommend James!!

Jay came out to my house to conduct a free estimate to see if some of the cracks in my foundation were symptomatic of a larger problem, or were anything to worry about. He was very professional, took some measurements – including with a laser level – and looked around for any additional signs of a foundation issue. He took the time to explain things to me, and really helped me understand my foundation, terminology, and things to watch for! He helped to point out that I wasn't in any danger from the issues I saw, and gave me helpful advice on ways to make sure it stays that way! Would highly recommend JES to anyone (and would come back to them if I ever have any other issues), but especially would recommend to first time homeowners who have questions and want a straight up and honest answer on their issues!

I called JES for mold concerns in crawl spaces and also found that I had some structural support issues. Celeste C. came out to inspect and was awesome- knowledgeable and thorough. Tyler Holthaus, Brandon Warren, Larry Robinson Jr, and Roosevelt White did an amazing job, efficient and great attention to detail. Really nice guys working in some especially tricky tight spots! Very happy with the work and would highly recommend JES.

My technician notified me he was on the way came on time was professional and knowledgeable of the project and was able to give additional advise on things to look out for. JES Foundation Crew of Brian Swain (Foreman), Gio and David arrived on site and were all very friendly, professional and knowledgeable of the job. Brian performed a walk through of the project before and after the word explaining what would be accomplished and the final walk through to show the excellent workmanship. I truly appreciate their work and the benefit the installation will bring. Please send this crew again if and when I need more foundational work. I also want to thank Brian Ventura for his excellent and professional annual inspection of my house and recommendation to have this work completed. JES, keep serving the residents happy in maintaining safe home with solid foundations.

Our 18 year old basement was filling with rain water more and more as time went on as much as 2 1/2 feet of water, so after seeing the Evergreen/JES commercials many time's we decided to give them a call, Our initial meet and greet was with Jack Hill, the appointment was at our convenience and Jack was exactly on time, seriously nice guy right from the start, we sat down and he explained everything in plan English, no fancy technical stuff like others would throw at you, we then went outside and looked around the foundation and then we went into the basement for him to take measurements, he took his time and I feel he did everything right, we then go back upstairs to discuss our options, he was not pushy trying to sell me what we didn't need, after the job there crew finished, which was an awesome job Jack followed up with me to make sure everything was done to our satisfaction, It's been 1 1/2 years since the job was completed and Jack continues to follow up with me to make sure everything is still good, AND OUR BASEMENT CONTINUES TO STAY DRY AFTER ALL THE MAJOR FLOODING RAINS WE HAD THIS YEAR!!!!!
