We just had our crawlspace encapsulation completed by JES, and the experience was nothing short of remarkable. From start to finish, it was the best all-around customer service you could ask for. Our inspector, Wylace Liggon, was fantastic and set the stage for a smooth project. The crew, Rafael Garcia Lopez, Jose Lovato, and Wilton Mendoza were a total powerhouse. The second they arrived on-site, they jumped straight to work and didn't stop. Their communication was easy and transparent, and I was so impressed by the amazing care they took with our property. They were professional, respectful, and efficient. A huge shoutout to our electrician, Justin Basile, as well, for his outstanding work and attention to detail. It is rare to find a team that works this seamlessly together. If you want a company that treats your home with respect and delivers top-tier results, I highly recommend this crew at JES!

I was extremely pleased with the work that the men from JES foundation did. We had water seeping into our basement and they came and installed a french drain and also did some work with our gutters to extend them far out. Abdul W. found a root from a bush that was pushing against the wall and cut it off so it would not be an issue. He was very informative and educated me as the work was being done and pointed out problem areas they were going to fix along the way. The other men, Nilhon R. and Walter F. The men did a great job overall and cleaned up all of the mess afterward and I would highly recommend them.

JES encapsulated my crawl space (including a dehumidifier) and waterproofed one side of my house's foundation. The crew: Daniel Yacila, Alexander Falcon, and Pedro Llontop did an outstanding job. They were professional, courteous, hardworking, accommodating, thorough, and very friendly. The quality of their work was excellent. I would be happy to do business with this crew in the future. JES also elevated my front porch and sidewalk and that crew exhibited the same attributes.

Jeanne was very helpful and provided a detail explanation of what the repairs entailed, show evidence of a preliminary analysis about the problem, and all the different options to get the repairs done. I highly recommend Jeanne to come to do a preliminary analysis if you see cracks that affect the outside walls or the foundation of your house.

I recently had Celeste Curlee from JES out to my home in Frederick County, MD for an inspection related to a foundation and concrete repair project, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the experience. Celeste was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly thorough from start to finish. She took the time to carefully survey the property, explain what she was seeing, and walk me through the underlying issues in a way that was clear and easy to understand—no jargon, no pressure, just honest expertise. What stood out most was her attention to detail and her willingness to answer every question I had. She made sure I fully understood both the condition of my foundation and the recommended solutions, including why they mattered long-term. It’s rare to find someone who combines technical knowledge with such strong communication skills. If you’re in the Frederick County area and need an evaluation for foundation or concrete work, I highly recommend asking for Celeste. She made what could have been a stressful process feel straightforward and manageable.

We had our outside walkway lifted today as it had sunk to a dangerous angle. JES gave us a thorough inspect and estimate. They arrived early and did an excellent job being very respectful of the lawn and gardens. Bryan Rutherford and Austin Hicks were the technicians on the job.
