Our foundation repair work was completed more quickly than expected. Rafael Garcia Lopez, Luis Rivera, and Luis David Palma did an excellent job cleaning after the job. Supervisor, Moises Paz, sent photos and updates throughout the process so we knew what was happening outside. We had a hard time finding a company to do this work and would definitely recommend them.

My two year dehumidifier was leaking a lot of water. I called JES and the service tech (Aric Banks) did an excellent job of fixing the problem. He leveled the pump, cleaned the filter and drain tube and moved the pump to a new location so that the water from the pump would drain more efficiently.

Additionally, he gave us suggestions and things to look out for in the future. He gave us his personal contact information for any future concerns and if needed, assist us with a letter of clearance. Overall very happy with JES. Communication from the firm was timely and responsive from quote to final inspection. I was especially pleased with the guys who worked on site- Brian, Gio, Mohammed, and Davey did a great job getting the work done quickly and thoroughly. They went above in beyond in making sure the work was done (even repairing some undiscovered foundation cracks). The electrician stayed late to make sure everything stayed on schedule. Overall, would recommend. They install a premium product with service to match- while it's expensive, it's high value (and they can help you get 2 year no interest financing.)
