Josh Clarke came out to provide us with a quote for poly fill, and he was excellent to work with. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to thoroughly explain the process and answer all of our questions. We never felt rushed, and he made sure we understood exactly what he was seeing and what options were available. What stood out most was how personable and genuine he was. It’s clear that he cares about helping homeowners make informed decisions rather than simply making a sale. We really appreciated Josh’s honesty, professionalism, and the time he spent.

JES was a great experience: Original contact Josh was on time, professional, friendly, knowledgeable. Explained the process and realistic expectations. Set repair date less than a week away. Installers called to notify of arrival time. CJ and Truman were on time, very polite and personable. Explained what they were going to do to be sure we were in agreement and how they were going to do it and discussed expected result. They were very proficient at the process. Repair was complicated covered entryway but outcome was excellent. CJ and Truman very competent and pleasant. Work site was clean and neat on departure. These people know what they are doing and are very good at it. Highly recommended.

During my annual inspection March 27, 2026, it was determined that my property required several jacks to address a settling issue. This discovery led to the need for a professional installation to remedy the problem. On April 15, 2026, I had the pleasure of meeting my installation crew: Shakeen B, Darnell L, and Benard M. They contacted me beforehand to let me know when they would arrive. Upon their arrival, the crew explained in detail what the installation process would entail. Their clear communication ensured I understood each step before the work began. The crew promptly began the job, completing all tasks efficiently. Once the work was finished, they thoroughly cleaned up the area. Photos were taken of the completed work, and I was advised that these would be sent to me for my records. Additionally, the crew informed me about the timeline for their return visit to inspect the newly installed jacks. All JES personnel have consistently demonstrated professionalism and courtesy. They keep clients fully informed throughout the process, ensuring transparency about all work being done. Based on my experience, I highly recommend JES to anyone in need of foundation repairs. Our 18 year old basement was filling with rain water more and more as time went on as much as 2 1/2 feet of water, so after seeing the Evergreen/JES commercials many time's we decided to give them a call, Our initial meet and greet was with Jack Hill, the appointment was at our convenience and Jack was exactly on time, seriously nice guy right from the start, we sat down and he explained everything in plan English, no fancy technical stuff like others would throw at you, we then went outside and looked around the foundation and then we went into the basement for him to take measurements, he took his time and I feel he did everything right, we then go back upstairs to discuss our options, he was not pushy trying to sell me what we didn't need, after the job there crew finished, which was an awesome job Jack followed up with me to make sure everything was done to our satisfaction, It's been 1 1/2 years since the job was completed and Jack continues to follow up with me to make sure everything is still good, AND OUR BASEMENT CONTINUES TO STAY DRY AFTER ALL THE MAJOR FLOODING RAINS WE HAD THIS YEAR!!!!!

Just completed my annual service inspection on my sump pump. JES does a great job of proactively notifying me when it's time for the next check. The technician who came out (Michael) was very professional, timely and helpful. This is the 3rd or 4th year since the remediation work was completed in my basement. Its an expensive project but well worth it for the peace of mind it brings. I would definitely recommend JES for their expertise and after-project support.

Phillip sets the standard for exemplary customer service, professionalism, and knowledge. His service work on equipment in my crawl space was five star! His understanding of the challenges a cracked beam presents allowed him to explain the repair process clear and concisely. I went with JES on encapsulating my crawl space and replacing almost half of the massive joists several years ago; I'm absolutely sticking with them on shoring up the beam. Yes, they are expensive; their quality work is worth every penny!
